OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a setpoint for electric scooters, which allows its safe custody and the optional possibility of recharging its batteries.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The mobility solution in urban centers is increasingly focused on the use of electric vehicles to minimize the impact of vehicle emissions with explosion engines.

Within these electric vehicles the use of the electric scooter is spreading rapidly, due to its low cost, effectiveness, agility, versatility when it is possible to drive along the road or pedestrian zone, and easy portability, being an ideal vehicle in cities for travel short or medium distances.

This causes the need to store these electric scooters inside buildings destined for offices or other uses because their portability facilitates their theft, and many times this is impossible due to the prohibition of some buildings from allowing them to be stored in the same centers and workplaces. The same problem has the visits that approach these buildings in these types of vehicles: the impossibility of leaving them in a safe place during the visit.

This drawback is solved with the use of the slogan of the invention.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The setpoint for electric scooters of the invention comprises in its simplest embodiment:

-at least, a formal and dimensionally suitable locker to contain an electric scooter in a folded position, that is, the instructions have a shape and dimensions that allow the introduction of most electric scooters that are on the market, in their position of creased,

-at least, an electric lock arranged in each ticket office, and

-a control unit, associated with the electric locks of each of the lockers, to produce its opening and control its closing, and that is provided with a user interface for the user to include the necessary software.

In this way, electric scooters are safely protected during the absence of the owner. In addition, if an optionally adapted power supply or outlet is available at the lockers, custody time can be used to charge the battery, which is an additional advantage.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

The setpoint (1) for electric scooters (2) of the invention comprises:

-at least, a box office (3) formally and dimensionally suitable for containing an electric scooter (2) in a folded position, as seen in fig 3,

-at least, an electric lock (4) arranged in each box office (3),, and

-a control unit (5) (see figs 1 and 2), associated with the electric locks (4) of each of the lockers (3) to produce its opening and control its closing, and provided with an interface (6) of user management for what the necessary software will include.

Preferably the interface (6) comprises one or more of the following elements:

-a screen (7) for displaying instructions, operating sequences and similar events, in which the user can visualize the operating state of the setpoint (free, pending the introduction of the scooter and closing, opening or closing status of the lock, payment status if the service is provided in exchange for a payment, etc.),

-a keyboard (8) (ideally alphanumeric) for entering commands, which can be the screen itself (7) if a touch screen is used, which is the solution shown in figures 1 and 2,

-a link (9) to the internet (wired and / or wireless) to connect to user terminals (11) provided with a setpoint management application (1), and which would also serve to connect to a central server, not represented , for control purposes.

Additionally, as a very preferred feature, it is provided that the lockers (3) (return to fig 3) may comprise a power take-off (30) or power supply, not shown, suitable for recharging the batteries (20) of the scooter ( 2) introduced in each of them. In this way the custody time can be used to recharge the batteries (20), increasing the scooter's reach (2). In this case it is preferred that the lockers (3) comprise ventilation openings (31) to avoid heat accumulations inside due to recharging.

Most preferably, each box office (3) comprises a quadrangular drawer shape, to facilitate its manufacture, the drawer ideally having interior dimensions of approximately 500 millimeters wide x 500 millimeters deep x 1500 millimeters high.

Finally, indicate that the slogan (1) of the invention may comprise a plurality of lockers (3) grouped in a row (33) - as seen in fig 1-, to be installed against a wall, or grouped in an island (34 ) as seen in fig 2, that is, accessible from several sides. These islands (34) may have standardized dimensions of a garage space for easy installation in existing garage spaces.

Describing sufficiently the nature of the invention, it is indicated that the description thereof and its preferred embodiment should be interpreted in a non-limiting manner, and which encompasses all possible variants of embodiment that are deduced from the content of the present specification and from the claims.

1.-Setpoint (1) for electric scooters (2) characterized by comprising: -at least, a box office (3) formally and dimensionally suitable for containing an electric scooter (2) in a folded position, -at least one electric lock (4) arranged in each ticket office (3), -a control unit (5), associated with the electric locks (4) of each of the lockers (3), to produce its opening and control its closing, and provided with a handling interface (6) by the users. 2. -Consigna (1) for electric scooters (2) according to claim 1, wherein the interface (6) comprises one or more of the following elements: -a screen (7) for displaying instructions, operating sequences and similar events, -a keyboard (8) for entering commands, -a link (9) to the internet to connect to user terminals (11) provided with a setpoint management application (1). 3. -Consigna (1) for electric scooters (2) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the lockers (3), furthermore, comprise a power take-off (30) or power supply suitable for recharging the batteries (20) of the scooter (2) introduced in each of them. 4. -Consigna (1) for electric scooters (2) according to claim 3, wherein the lockers (3) comprise ventilation openings (31). 5. -Consigna (1) for electric scooters (2) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein each box office (3) comprises a quadrangular box shape. 6. -Consigna (1) for electric scooters (2) according to claim 5, wherein the interior dimensions of the drawer are 500 millimeters wide x 500 millimeters deep x 1500 millimeters high. 7. -Consigna (1) for electric scooters (2) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises a plurality of lockers (3) grouped in a row (33). 8. -Consigna (1) for electric scooters (2) according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein it comprises a plurality of lockers (3) grouped on the island (34). 9. -Consigna (1) for electric scooters (2) according to claim 8, wherein the island (34) has standardized dimensions of a garage.
