OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

It is the object of the present invention, as the title of the invention establishes, a bath screen without structural profiles that allows a simple manufacturing and installation, ensuring an effective and safe operation.

The screen object of the invention is oriented to a screen that has a fixed section and another slide that is arranged in parallel with respect to the fixed section.

The present invention characterizes the special configuration and design of each and every part of the screen so that a simple screen is achieved in its design, so it is easy to manufacture and install ensuring a correct and stable operation.

Therefore, the present invention is circumscribed within the scope of bathroom screens and the like.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The types of screens are different in the state of the art. In the case of screens that are formed from two sections, one fixed and one mobile in aligned arrangement, where the mobile section in the open position is in parallel with the fixed section, important structural support and guidance profiles are required in order to ensure positional stability, non-derailment and centered and plumbing arrangement of the screens.

Consequently, in order to achieve all the aforementioned purposes, the solution found so far has been to use structural profiles that serve as fastening, centering and guiding, however, all the means used make the manufacturing and assembly more complicated.

Therefore, it is the object of the present invention to overcome the drawbacks arising from the state of the existing art, developing a screen without structural profiles such as the one described below and is essentially included in the first claim.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is a bath screen without structural profiles, where the screen comprises a fixed section connected to a wall and a mobile section in an aligned arrangement with respect to the fixed section and the mobile section is placed parallel to the fixed one.

The screen is mounted between two facing walls covering all the free space defined by the walls.

The screen has a fixing bar with means for fixing its free ends on the opposite walls.

The fixed section of the screen comprises a first wall fastening profile, inside which a first rubber is housed to accommodate the clamping edge of the fixed section.

On the other hand, the mobile section has a second profile inside which a rubber is housed to enter and close the mobile section of the screen.

The fixed section is connected to the fixing bar by means of a fixing piece on which a piece that stops and dampens the mobile section when it is opened is also fixed.

The mobile section for its connection and relative sliding with respect to the fixed section has two parts that are provided with means for fixing the upper edge of the glass of the mobile section, anti-derailment means, and means for plumbing and centering of the mobile section , in addition to rolling means of the mobile section on the upper fixing bar.

On the other hand, on the lower end of the fixed section, there is a guide piece of the mobile section and incorporating two pieces of nylon or similar material in facing arrangement defining a channel through which the mobile section runs and facilitates its movement. This guide piece also has a removable part in order to be able to clean the glass at the bottom of it and in turn be able to mount the mobile section when the screen is being mounted.

Unless otherwise indicated, all technical and scientific elements used herein have the meaning normally understood by a person skilled in the art to which this invention pertains. In the practice of the present invention procedures and materials similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used.

Throughout the description and the claims the word "comprises" and its variants are not intended to exclude other technical characteristics, additives, components or steps. For those skilled in the art, other objects, advantages and features of the invention will be apparent in part of the description and part of the practice of the invention.

EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES

To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical implementation thereof, a set of drawings is attached as an integral part of said description. where, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented.

In figure 1, we can see an exploded general schematic representation where all the parts that are part of the bathroom screen are observed.

In figure 2, we can see a representation of the piece that holds the fixed part of the screen.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.

In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of the proposed invention is described below.

In Figure 1 we can see that the screen object of the invention comprises:

- A fixing bar (1) that goes from side to side of the facing walls between which the screen is mounted

- A fixed section of the screen (2)

- A mobile section (3) that is arranged after the fixed section (2) and is capable of being able to move parallel to the fixed section (2)

The fixed section (2) on the edge attached to the wall is provided with a first profile (4) inside which a first rubber (5) is housed inside which the edge of the fixed section (2) is housed.

The mobile section (3), on its free edge, a second profile (6) is mounted inside which a second rubber (7) is housed.

The fixing bar (1) has at its ends some bushes (1.1) that serve to hide and accommodate the fixing means to the wall and to the end of the bar (1).

The fixed section (2) at the upper edge and close to the free end has a fixing piece (8), which is used to fix the glass and fix it on the bar fixing (1). A stop and damping part (10) of the movable part (3) of the screen when mounted is mounted on this fixing part (8).

On the upper edge of the mobile section (3) or sliding part, it has close to its two ends with a clamping and sliding part (9), which serves to hold and keep the mobile section (3) suspended, on the one hand, and on the other hand, to allow sliding of the mobile section (3) on the fixing bar (1).

Finally, in the lower part of the fixed section (9) a guide piece (11) of the mobile section (3) is mounted, this guide piece (11) comprises two pieces of nylon or the like in order to facilitate the movement.

Figure 2 shows in detail the fixing part (8) of the fixed section (2) and which, as can be seen, comprises:

- A first hole (8.1) for fixing the stop and damping part (10)

- A second and a third perforation (8.2) for fixing the upper edge of the fixed blade.

- A cylindrical through hole (8.3) through which the fixing bar (1) is passed.

- A perforation (8.4) for fixing by means of a screw to the fixing bar (1) and thus preventing its rotation.

The stop and damping part (10) shown in Figure 3 comprises a socket (10.1) that has a narrowed inlet opening and serves to accommodate a rubber stop. Also, it has a perforation (10.2) that is used for fastening on the fixing part (8) in correspondence with the first perforation (8.1).

In figure 4 showing the second rubber (7) mounted on the free edge of the mobile section (3), it should be noted that it has projections (7.1) that serve to achieve the sealing and closing of the mobile section (3). Figure 5 shows the second profile in which the second rubber (7) is housed.

On the other hand, in figures 6 and 7 the first profile (4) is shown that is used to fix the edge of the fixed section (2) on the wall and the first rubber (5), where this first rubber (5) has inside, inclined fins (5.1) that serve as a means of fixing and sealing the fixed section (2) in its fixation on the wall.

Figure 8 shows the construction characteristics of the fixing parts (9) of the mobile section (3). Each fixing piece (9) has a square configuration, where the vertical section has:

- a projection (9.5) on which a series of eccentric parts (9.1) are arranged for fixing and regulating the glass of the mobile section (3),

- It also has means for the plumbing arrangement of the mobile section (3) consisting of two adjustable screws (9.2).

- An anti-derailment system consisting of a rod (9.3) fixed on the vertical section of the fixing piece (9) and where said rod (9.3) is in horizontal arrangement perpendicular to the plane of the mobile section (3), as observed in figure 9.

The horizontal section (9.4) of the fixing part (9) has a tread wheel (9.6) in its lower part, as shown in Figure 9.

Finally, in figure 10 the guide piece (11) is shown, which is mounted on the lower part of the fixed section (2) and serves to guide the mobile section (3). Said guide piece (11) comprises a removable section (11.1) which, when removed, serves to be able to clean the glass by its lower part thereof and in turn to be able to mount the mobile section when the screen is being assembled.

. The guide channel defined in the guide piece (11) has two pieces of nylon or the like (11.2) in opposite arrangement in order to facilitate the movement of the mobile section (3).

Describing sufficiently the nature of the present invention, as well as the way of putting it into practice, it is noted that, within its essentiality, it may be implemented in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example. , and which will also achieve the protection sought, provided that it does not alter, change or modify its fundamental principle.
