Dispositivo dispensador de veneno (1) para animales (5) que comprende: - un primer recipiente (10) dotado de un espacio interior para el almacenaje de una porción de veneno (2) para animales (5), y dotado de al menos una abertura dispensadora (20) que proporciona acceso a dicho espacio interior y a la porción de veneno que contiene; - un chasis de sustentación que sostiene el primer recipiente a una distancia predefinida por encima de un sustrato (7); caracterizado porque el dispositivo comprende además: - una carcasa (14) hueca, que contiene dicho primer recipiente (10), dotada al menos de una abertura de acceso (6) de un tamaño (D) configurado para permitir el acceso a animales (5) de un tamaño máximo predefinido, impidiendo el acceso a animales mayores al tamaño máximo predefinido, estando la al menos una abertura dispensadora (20) del primer recipiente (10) no enfrentada a la citada al menos una abertura de acceso (6) y estando la al menos una abertura dispensadora (20) situada por encima de la citada al menos una abertura de acceso (6).
