Abstract

1. Bebida espumosa a partir de fresas y arándanos, consistente en una bebida del tipo brut nature, que se caracteriza porque está constituida a partir de un vino base que comprende fresas, arándanos, mosto concentrado y agua; y donde las proporciones en cantidad de estos componentes en el vino base son: 30 - 50% fresas; 5 - 20% arándanos; 10 - 30% mosto concentrado; y 20 - 40% agua.
