Abstract

Martial arts such as Judo, Taekwondo, modern dance and other sports such as rhythmic gymnastics and sports are activities that are practiced barefoot. Judokas, dancers and gymnasts report discomfort in the feet when performing their activity because its performance requires large jumps and support a lot of weight in the fall of the jump. In this way, the feet are an element that supports the impact and pressure when propelled, generating an increase in pressure both in the forefoot and the heel, the latter also called the rearfoot, which causes overloads and discomfort in said areas. In other sports that can wear shoes, an insole is used to distribute the pressures, but when barefoot, the insoles cannot be worn. With a plaster that has adhered materials of different densities or hardnesses, according to convenience, it is possible to distribute the plantar pressure in a homogeneous way, avoiding overloading specific areas, helping to prevent injuries and increase comfort when jumping.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently the plaster is used to protect the skin during these sports barefoot for the prevention and treatment of blisters and wounds. Gels and soft supports for the hindfoot are currently sold that do not adhere to the skin and can generate instability during sports due to their poor support in barefoot sports.

Currently there is no treatment intervention in the hindfoot of materials of different densities with adherence or with the possibility of unloading or orthopedic treatment of the heel.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The rearfoot orthopedic treatment insole for barefoot sports currently solves such discomfort. It consists of a non-elastic tape fabric with an adhesive where it is attached to the skin of the hindfoot, 1mm thick. On the other side of the plaster, there is a sheet of 52° Shore ethyl vinyl acetate, 5 mm thick. This ethyl vinyl acetate sheet has several separations in the middle of the hindfoot. So that depending on the area of the hindfoot that we want to reduce the elevation, this area of the sheet of the plaster is eliminated. By raising the height of the blade of the painful area, we reduce the pressure to which it will be subjected during the jump and therefore the pain. To reduce the pressure of the entire bead, it can be left without removing any area of the sheet. The plaster and the ethyl vinyl acetate sheets will have different sizes according to the different dimensions of the person's foot, and can be numbered and configured according to the last according to the last. The plaster is made of hypoallergenic materials to guarantee the conditions of use on the skin.

Much of the support of the feet when jumping and running is on the rear foot.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of the figures outlined, it can be seen how the insole for orthopedic treatment of the hindfoot for barefoot sports of the invention in Figure 1 has the non-elastic tape fabric as its base (1). On which the 2 mm 52° Shore ethyl vinyl acetate sheet is adhered with 4 zones formed by the intersection of two intersecting lines. The first line formed by the union of the corner inner front corner of the insole to the point on the outer 2/3 of the rearfoot heel perimeter, and the second line from the outer front corner of the insole to the point on the inner 2/3 of the heel perimeter. Both lines delimit several zones: the first zone in the posterior part of the hindfoot (2), the second in the anterior zone of the hindfoot (3), the third in the internal zone of the foot (4), the fourth in the external zone of the hindfoot (5).

Figure 2 shows the dorsal side that is in contact with the foot and shows the paper that covers the hypoallergenic glue, protecting it until you decide to use it. This paper is separated from the plaster before use (6).

The rearfoot orthopedic treatment insole for sports with bare feet according to claims 1 and 2 is manufactured die-cut and with different dimensions depending on the size of the subject's foot.
