OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention, as indicated in the title, refers to an additional housing applicable to furniture intended to store objects such as clothing, shoes, tableware, etc. Said furniture can be cabinets, wardrobes, dressers or other similar that have drawers or shelves, and that can be found in bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, etc.

The object of this invention is to provide a hitherto unknown solution to various drawbacks that will be discussed later, mainly, it is intended to achieve a final result that allows to have an additional accommodation in which to store objects, thus optimizing the available space without the need for have additional furniture.

The element in question provides essential characteristics of novelty and notable advantages with respect to the means known and used for the same purposes in the current state of the art.

Currently, we live in a society that tends to accumulate objects. The ease of acquiring products of all kinds such as clothing, footwear, among others, makes a person sometimes find themselves faced with the need to require more space to store different types of objects.

This implies not only an increase in costs for the acquisition of new furniture, but also a decrease in the available space due to the volume of said furniture.

All this, without forgetting the hassles related to moving furniture from the store to the home or office and the temporary clutter that occurs during the reorganization of the space.

These drawbacks could be solved if a means were achieved by which the available spaces were further optimized, avoiding the need to purchase new furniture.

In this sense, some proposals such as wall hangers, textile material housings for shoes, etc. are known in the state of the art. However, these systems still use additional space, which is undesirable.

In addition, they tend to be very not very resistant products and that bear very low weights, which considerably limits their possibilities of use.

Until now, there was no known mechanism that would make it possible to properly take advantage of the already available spaces that are being underused.

The accessory that the invention proposes solves in a fully satisfactory way the aforementioned problems, providing a series of advantageous and novel characteristics, and without this implying any reduction in its performance in other aspects.

The proposed invention aims to provide an economic, ecological, practical, simple and easy-to-use solution, the effect of which would be to have an additional space to store objects in an underused area of the furniture as we currently know it.

The present invention has its field of application in the sector of home and office furniture.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the state of the art we find some documents related to the proposed invention, although none of them fulfill the same function or provide the same advantageous characteristics.

Thus, in document ES 204 241 we find a device for storing footwear that can be attached to a piece of furniture of any kind and style, preferably of the locker type, characterized in that on the front of said piece of furniture there is a tilting lid with two lateral wings on its internal face, one on each side, to support a bottom fin and an intermediate bar, both arranged for the placement of shoes, especially high-heeled shoes.

On the other hand, document ES 1068 636 provides a shoe rack with a mechanism for simultaneous opening of drawers characterized in that the furniture has an external front divided into drawers that in the closed position are faced with at least one fixed upright in a vertical arrangement. which belongs to the piece of furniture, which also has at least one movable upright attached to the drawers by means of joints which, in the closed position of drawers, is located in an adjacent vertical arrangement so that during the opening movement of the drawers it performs a curvilinear translation movement.

In turn, document ES 1071 858 claims a shoe rack for organizing and collecting footwear under the bed, characterized by the fact that it consists of a hollow body, with an approximately prismatic structural configuration, which It comprises a flat and horizontal lower base, suitable for incorporating at least one pair of shoes; side walls that delimit its width and whose height allows, at least, the loose capacity of some shoes of those that do not exceed the height of the ankle; and an upper base in which fixing means for hanging the drawer to the lower part of the bed frame are contemplated; counting, in addition, on its front face with a mouth or opening for the introduction and extraction of footwear.

In these documents we find accessories and systems that can be incorporated into furniture, however, none of them solve the drawbacks discussed throughout this specification.

Thus we see that until now an accessory was not known which, due to its novel characteristics, solves the aforementioned drawbacks both in terms of the aforementioned documents and other traditional inventions or articles that we find in the state of the art.

Taking into consideration the cases mentioned and analyzing the conjugated arguments, the invention proposed in this document gives rise to a final result in which significant differentiating aspects are provided compared to the current state of the art, and where a series is provided of advances in the elements already known with their corresponding advantages.

In particular:

- It is possible to take advantage of an underused space so far.

- It is a simple product to manufacture.

- It is economical.

- It is easy to use.

- By optimizing the available spaces in current furniture, the need to purchase more furniture is reduced.

- There is a more minimalist space.

- It allows to have an accommodation in which to store more objects. - There is a space that could be used to hide sensitive objects such as documents or money.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Thus, the present invention is made up of the following elements: A tray or drawer incorporated in the factory, or attachable to an existing piece of furniture, fixed by appropriate joining means to the empty area between the floor and the base of a piece of furniture traditional type closet, wardrobe, chest of drawers or similar.

Said tray or drawer has push-to-open telescopic side slides, which allow the housing to slide out without the need for knobs or handles.

In a different embodiment, the housing has a lock on its rear face, accessible only by removing the upper drawer. This secret lock allows the user to store sensitive material such as important documents, money, etc.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

A preferred embodiment of the proposed invention is made up of the following elements: a tray or drawer (1) incorporated in the factory, or attachable to an existing piece of furniture (2), fixed by appropriate joining means to the existing empty area between the floor and the base of a traditional cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers or similar. Said tray or drawer has push-to-open telescopic side slides (3), which allow the housing to slide out without the need for knobs or handles.

1. - SUPPLEMENTAL ACCOMMODATION FOR FURNITURE, characterized by being constituted from a tray or drawer incorporated in the factory, or attachable to an existing piece of furniture, fixed by means of attachment appropriate to the empty area between the floor and the base of a traditional furniture type closet, wardrobe, chest of drawers or similar, and for that said tray or drawer has telescopic lateral pulsing slides for opening. 2. - SUPPLEMENTARY HOUSING FOR FURNITURE, according to claim 1, characterized in that it has a lock on its rear face, accessible only by removing the upper drawer.
