OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention, as indicated in the title, refers to a device capable of measuring the distance between people and at the same time sending a sound, acoustic or other signal in the event that said distance is less than the recommended one.

The object of this invention is to provide a hitherto unknown solution for several drawbacks that will be discussed later, mainly, it is intended to achieve a final result that allows knowing in real time if the person is maintaining an appropriate interpersonal distance, thus reducing the chances of contagions of infectious and bacteriological communicable diseases, such as influenza or others such as covid, etc.

The element in question provides essential characteristics of novelty and notable advantages with respect to the means known and used for the same purposes in the current state of the art.

Currently, it is well known that interpersonal distance is key to minimizing the chances of contagion of certain diseases such as the flu or others caused by coronavirus.

However, even so, it is common to see people who do not keep this distance either due to lack of interest or lack of interest, which endangers not only the people who are close, but also their relatives.

Due to the dangers of massive contagions that produce epidemics in society, and all that this entails, it is necessary to have a system that allows knowing in real time if the distance that is being maintained is adequate and receiving some type of notification about.

In this sense, it is known that in the state of the art there are systems that count and calculate the number of people in a given space, however, these systems are not capable of determining whether people are maintaining a safe distance.

On the other hand, measurement systems are known in other industrial sectors, but until now a mechanism for detecting and reporting information related to the distance between people has never been provided, and even less in masks.

Also in some areas it has been seen how interpersonal distance has been delimited by means of marks on the ground, thus trying that, for example, when queuing to enter a store, users have a visual reference that allows them determine if they should separate more from other people.

However, carrying out this type of marking on the ground is not practical at all. It is uncomfortable and unsightly. And even worse, these types of signals are little respected by users.

Until now, there was no device capable of emitting a signal that really draws the attention of users, thus promoting correct behavior in terms of social distancing, and even less applicable to masks.

The accessory that the invention proposes solves in a fully satisfactory way the aforementioned problems, providing a series of advantageous and novel characteristics, and without this implying any reduction in its performance in other aspects.

The proposed invention aims to provide an economic, ecological, practical, simple and easy-to-use solution, the effect of which would be to favor the maintenance of interpersonal distancing, thus reducing the chances of contagion and its consequences.

The present invention has its field of application in the field of electronic devices applied to the health sector.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the state of the art we find some documents related to the invention in question, although none of them fulfill the same function or provide the same advantageous characteristics.

Thus, in document ES 1 065 069 we find a medical mask characterized in that it has a pneumatic element that is fixed to the inside of the mask surrounding the entrance area of the mask tube, so that the patient's lips are located between said tube and pneumatic element so that it prevents air leakage through the corners of the patient's lips.

On the other hand, in document ES 2488 124 a face mask is provided, which contains a filter material, which has at least one inner layer oriented towards the face and at least one outer layer as well as at least one intermediate layer, containing the at least one intermediate layer loaded staple fibers electrostatically and / or electrostatically charged filaments and / or electrostatically charged fiber structures or is formed by them, characterized in that an absorbing material in powder form is applied to the electrostatically charged fibers.

In these documents we find masks with different systems that provide novelty in terms of their functionality, however, none of these masks has an interpersonal distance measurement system, which leaves the drawbacks mentioned in this report unresolved.

Thus we see that until now an accessory was not known which, due to its novel characteristics, solves the aforementioned drawbacks both in terms of the aforementioned documents and other traditional inventions or articles that we find in the state of the art.

Taking into consideration the cases mentioned and analyzing the conjugated arguments, the invention proposed in this document gives rise to a final result in which significant differentiating aspects are provided compared to the current state of the art, and where a series is provided of advances in the elements already known with their corresponding advantages.

In particular:

- It is a simple device to manufacture.

- It is easy to use.

- Its small dimensions make it easy to transport and store.

- It does not add great weight to the mask either.
