OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention refers to a garment for marking by sublimation transfer, typically a garment such as a pants, shirt, jacket, etc., preferably for corporate use (business, collective, educational, fashion, etc.) that it is desired to mark with a badge or personalized message individually or collectively.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Most of the work uniforms (sanitary gowns, jackets, pants, pajamas, etc.), are made with 100% cotton fabrics or with fabrics composed of cotton and polyester, the standard proportion being 65% cotton and 35% polyester. due to the comfort of use and its economy of manufacture.

When customization by marking of these textile garments is needed, silk-screen printing or embroidery is usually used, techniques that, however, have the following limitations:

In the case of screen printing, it is necessary to prepare plates or screens by means of which the logos are printed with ink. For the amortization of the screens, there must be very large runs and depending on the colors of the logo, printing is laborious since we need a screen per color.

In the case of embroidery, it is a laborious, slow method with limited definition for small runs. In addition, the cost is very high due to its laboriousness.

The form of identification that provides more quality, definition and durability in the marking is by sublimation transfer. In addition, it is one of the cheapest. The problem with this marking method is that it has to be transferred onto 100% polyester fabrics, and therefore it is not usable on garments made of cotton and polyester.

This drawback is solved with the garment of the invention.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The garment of the invention has a basic configuration in fabric composed of cotton and polyester, and according to the invention, it comprises a scrap (it can be more than one) fixed to the garment, said scrap being materialized in 100% polyester fabric.

This remnant will be attached to the garment in a strategic area of it, so that after the garment is manufactured, the garment can be personalized in that area with the sublimation transfer.

The remnant can be in the form of a pocket, so that it is fully integrated into it.

In this way, the composition of the fabric of work or collective clothing can be maintained, without increasing the price or reducing the comfort of use, and we can customize it at a low price with the highest quality regardless of quantities.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Figure 1 shows a front view of a garment of the invention, in this case a jacket, where it can be seen that it has a pocket-shaped patch, in which it has a sublimation transfer with a badge.

Figure 2 shows a person wearing the garment shown in figure 1, as well as trousers that also have a patch, in this case without the shape of a pocket, with the sublimation transfer and the badge. There is also an enlargement of the area of the jacket that carries the remnant in the form of a pocket.

DESCRIPTION OF A PRACTICAL EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

The garment (1) for marking by sublimation transfer of the invention is of the type configured in fabric composed of cotton and polyester, and according to the invention It comprises at least one scrap (2) fixed thereto, said scrap (2) being materialized in 100% polyester fabric. In this way, when making the transfer (9), it will be placed on the 100% polyester remnant (2), achieving an effective fixation without compromising the rest of the garment's capabilities (comfort).

The garment of the invention can simply come with this configuration, for the subsequent printing of the sublimation transfer (9), or it can be sold with said transfer (9) already integrated.

In a preferred embodiment, the remnant (2) can be fixed to the garment (1) by means of a perimeter joint (3) (typically sewn) provided with at least one mouth (4), thus configuring a pocket and achieving functionality additional (see fig. 2).

For its part, the remnant (2) can be arranged, for example in the chest area (6) of an upper garment (1), or in the front area (7) of a leg (8) of a garment dress (1) configured in the form of pants.

Having sufficiently described the nature of the invention, as well as the way it is carried out in practice, it should be noted that the provisions indicated above and represented in the attached drawings are susceptible to modifications in detail as long as they do not alter the fundamental principle.
