Panel modular prefabricado aplicable a cerramientos en general esencialmente caracterizado por estar constituido por una única pieza que presenta una estructura prismática preferentemente cuadrada o rectangular dotada de un cajeado o vaciado cóncavo practicado a todo lo largo de un lateral y también a todo lo largo de su parte superior contigua que segun posición indistintamente puede ser la parte inferior mientras que en el lateral oponente y en la parte llamada convencional mente inferior exista un regruesamiento prolongado a lo largo da dichos costados que sensiblemente sobresalen da la pieza constituyendo la parte macho da la misma a la vez que el panel posee una pluralidad da agujeros o taladros pasantes practicados vertical y horizontalmente que lo aligeran de pasa y originan cámaras aislantes de aire permitiendo usarlos como conductos aprovechables para servicios.
