Un envase para transportar una botella, que consiste en el primer paquete, que es resistente al agua y tiene una parte superior abierta, caracterizado porque contiene un segundo paquete más pequeño en el interior, hecho de una película de burbujas de aire, abierto en la parte superior y fijado en su sitio con un dispositivo separable.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Envasado para el transporte de una botella
El modelo útil propuesto se refiere a artículos, en particular a envases, contenedores, paquetes, concretamente a medios de embalaje para el transporte de botellas. Puede ser usado por una persona individual.
Existe un modelo útil PRC N.° 202765549 (publicado el 6.03.2013), que proporciona protección para una botella de vidrio llena de líquido, como vino, por ejemplo, contra daños mecánicos. Ese artículo contiene dos capas protectoras, una dentro de otra, y una cavidad llena de aire entre ellas, mientras que el cuello de la botella está inmovilizado. El inconveniente de esa solución tecnológica es su aplicabilidad limitada debido al complicado procedimiento de fabricación que requiere y la falta de simplicidad al usarlo, y a un tiempo considerable requerido para restaurar el envase para su uso posterior porque la cavidad debe limpiarse y rellenarse con aire.
Los resultados tecnológicos a los que está dirigido el presente modelo se logran mejorando la utilidad del modelo simplificando el procedimiento de limpieza del líquido derramado y restaurar el envase para su uso posterior rápidamente.
El modelo propuesto incluye el envase exterior, que es resistente al agua y abierto en la parte superior, diferente porque contiene otro paquete más pequeño, hecho de película de burbujas de aire y abierto en la parte superior, fijado al paquete exterior con un dispositivo separable.
Es deseable que el dispositivo separable esté hecho con una cinta de montaje adhesiva de doble cara.
Es deseable disponer el dispositivo separable en la parte superior de los paquetes exterior e interior.
Es deseable que el paquete exterior tenga forma rectangular.
Es deseable que el paquete exterior esté hecho de plástico.
Es deseable que el paquete exterior sea transparente.
Es posible hacer el paquete exterior con una ventana transparente para ver la botella.
Es deseable que el paquete interior sea transparente.
Es deseable que el paquete interior tenga forma rectangular.
Es deseable suministrar el paquete exterior con un cierre hermético en su parte superior.
Es deseable usar un cierre de cremallera para el cierre hermético.
Es deseable tener ranuras para las manos hechas en la parte superior del paquete exterior para facilitar la transferencia.
Es deseable tener una ranura en la parte inferior del paquete interior para facilitar la eliminación del líquido derramado de la botella del paquete interior al exterior.
Es deseable tener un espacio entre las partes inferiores de los dos paquetes, para permitir que el líquido derramado se acumule en esa área.
El tamaño deseable del espacio es 1-5 sm.
Es deseable colocar dentro del espacio entre los paquetes al menos una bolsita soluble en agua de un material adsorbente para absorber el líquido derramado durante el transporte.
La figura 1 muestra la estructura del envase para transporte de botella.
La figura 2 presenta el envase con una botella colocada dentro del mismo.
El modelo propuesto presenta una disposición que consiste en el paquete exterior rectangular resistente al agua transparente 1, hecho de plástico, sellado a lo largo de los bordes 2 pero abierto en la parte superior 3. El cierre de cremallera hermético 4 y las ranuras para una mano 5 están dispuestos en la parte superior del paquete exterior para hacer cómodo su transporte. El paquete interior 6 está colocado dentro del paquete exterior y está fijado a este con el dispositivo separable 7, hecho de la cinta de montaje adhesiva de doble cara 8. El paquete interior 6 tiene la ranura 9 en su parte inferior. El espacio 10 se forma entre los paquetes 1 y 6. La bolsita 11, colocada en el espacio 10, contiene un material adsorbente.
El modelo funciona de la siguiente manera. La botella 13 es insertada en el paquete interior 6 y el paquete es cerrado con el cierre de cremallera hermético 4. Cuando se produce un derrame de la botella 13, el líquido derramado fluye desde el paquete interior 6 a través de la ranura 9 al espacio 10, disolviendo las bolsitas solubles en agua 11, de modo que el material adsorbente accede al líquido y lo aglutina. El dispositivo separable 7 facilita la eliminación del material adsorbente y el derrame aglutinado, de modo que el modelo de transporte de botella propuesto puede restaurarse para su uso posterior en cuanto se reemplacen las bolsitas solubles en agua con un material adsorbente.
El objetivo tecnológico de este modelo, que es mejorar la eficiencia, se cumple haciendo que la eliminación del derrame sea más cómoda para el usuario, de modo que el envase pueda volver a usarse rápidamente.

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Un envase para transportar una botella, que consiste en el primer paquete, que es resistente al agua y tiene una parte superior abierta, caracterizado porque contiene un segundo paquete más pequeño en el interior, hecho de una película de burbujas de aire, abierto en la parte superior y fijado en su sitio con un dispositivo separable.
2. Un envase para el transporte de una botella como en 1, caracterizado porque el dispositivo separable presenta una cinta de montaje de doble cara.
3. Un envase pare el transporte de una botella como en 1, caracterizado porque el dispositivo separable está ubicado en la parte superior del primer y el segundo paquete.
4. Un envase para el transporte de una botella como en 1, caracterizado porque el primer paquete es de forma rectangular.
5. Un envase para el transporte de una botella como en 1, caracterizado porque el paquete exterior está hecho de un plástico.
