Enhanced Evaporator

The present invention relates to an evaporator of the type of which the setting is produced by evaporation, wherein the substance contained in a bottle impregnates a wick one of whose ends is heated favoring evaporation.

This type of device usually includes a bottle and a support that integrates the appropriate connections, the electricity supply, the controls and the heating elements, all supported by a housing that has a chimney through which the steam goes outside.

The device that is presented has an improved chimney that allows the device to be effective and safe even in conditions of misuse, being understood as such a use where the bottle is not in an upright position.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The vaporizers that are connected directly to the electrical outlet and that comprise a housing that supports the different vaporizer elements such as intensity controls or disconnection controls as well as heaters and heating elements have been known for several years fixing the container of the substance to evaporate among others.

These vaporizers, for use, plug directly into the wall sockets and are anchored to the wall through the electrical outlets that maintain them.

Some examples of this type of device are, for example, the utility model ES1004915U referred to a device where the coupling between the bottle containing the substance to be evaporated and the housing containing the heating element is produced by a complementary threaded neck of a cylindrical hole with an internal thread arranged in the housing.

To overcome the problems set forth, the invention described herein is a device of the type that includes:

a) A housing

b) Connecting pins of the device to an outlet.

c) A heating element.

e) A container of the substance where the other end of the wick is housed.

The characteristic of the device that is claimed is that it comprises a chimney of dimensions, arrangement and geometry that allows its proper operation even when the device has an inclination from -45 ° to + 45 ° with respect to its vertical axis.

It is understood as -45 ° the position of the device where the longitudinal axis of the device forms an angle of -45 ° with respect to the vertical that aligns with the point where the wick is associated with the heater and as + 45 ° the position of the device where the longitudinal axis of the device forms an angle of + 45 ° with respect to the vertical that aligns with the point where the wick is associated with the heater.

Whatever the position of the device, between -45 ° to + 45 °, the wick point associated with the heater and at least a part of the chimney will be alienated vertically, allowing the direct exit of the steam to the outside avoiding that so that condensation occurs inside the housing that may cause device leakage.

DESCRIPTION OF A WAY TO CARRY OUT THE INVENTION

A way of carrying out the invention is described here which is not unique or therefore limiting, but merely explanatory.

The vaporizer claimed is of the type comprising:

1. A housing (1) that supports the rest of the elements.

2. An electrical circuit comprising connection pins (2) and the control elements (3) of the circuit.

3. A heater.

4. A container of the substance to evaporate.

5. A wick impregnated with the substance to evaporate, one of whose ends is close to the heater while the other is in contact with the substance to evaporate.

6. In the housing a chimney (6) comprising a central hole (12) and lateral extensions being these extensions in the form of grooves (7) incorporating baffles (8).

The invention thus made allows whatever the inclination of the device to be between -45 ° and + 45 °, that the part of the wick associated with the heater and a part of the chimney are aligned vertically, allowing the steam to easily escape avoiding that so that it can condense inside generating drips of the device.

The chimney has the form of a plurality of holes, preferably grooves, which incorporate baffles.

When the opening of the chimney is divided into a plurality of small holes, it is avoided that objects or body parts can be accidentally introduced into the device and, in addition, the assembly is given more robustness.
