Nuevo producto de dulcería que consiste en un dulce comestible constituido por una capa externa de chocolate sólido y forma general ablonga alargada con la baso plana en cuyo interior se ha dispuesto una pasta esponjosa de bizcocho en la que se ha depositado una guinda azucarada y cuyo conjunto es saturado de una disolución siruposa que contiene en cantidad perfectamente apreciable por degustación coñac u otro licor líquido preferiblemente alcohólico.
