Envase para prendas; preferentemente calcetines, medias u otras prendas análogas; conformado en un material laminar troquelado, preferentemente cartón; caracterizado porque comprende: - un soporte (1) prismático hueco, provisto de una boca superior (11) y de una boca inferior (12) y que presenta: una pared anterior (13), una pared posterior (14) y dos paredes laterales (15); presentando la pared posterior (14) una porción superior (14a) que sobresale de la boca superior (11) del soporte y dispone de unos medios de colgado (16). - un contenedor (2) prismático cerrado por sus caras: posterior (21), laterales (22), superior (23) e inferior (24); presentando dicho contenedor (2): - un receptáculo inferior (25), provisto de una pared frontal (25a) de cierre y de una boca superior para el alojamiento de una porción de la prenda (P) a exponer; - una cavidad intermedia (26) abierta frontalmente, de alojamiento de la porción restante de la prenda (P); - un tope superior (27) mayor que la boca superior (11) del soporte (1); encontrándose dicho contenedor (2) alojado en el soporte (1) hueco con posibilidad de desplazamiento longitudinal entre: - una posición superior de apertura en la que la cavidad intermedia (26) del contenedor (2) queda al descubierto, permitiendo el acceso a la prenda (P) y; - una posición inferior de cierre en la que: el tope superior (27) del contenedor (2) contacta con la boca superior (11) de soporte (1), y la cavidad intermedia (26) se dispone oculta en el interior del soporte (1).
