Abstract
1. Dispositivo coagulador para residuos de huevos caracterizado porque comprende un conducto tubular interiormente cilíndrico de circulación de los residuos, por cuyo interior discurre un sinfín motorizado de diente impulsor de los mismos desde la entrada hasta la salida; en el conducto y/o sinfín se acoplan unos elementos calefactores de elevación de la temperatura de los residuos para producir la coagulación de sus proteínas en función de la velocidad de circulación por el interior del conducto.
