Abstract

1. Un dispositivo de iluminación que ahorra energía que comprende, una base con una abertura en la misma, al menos un dispositivo semiconductor LED tipo "luminotron" y una fuente de corriente eléctrica continua dispuesta dentro de la base y un cuerpo transparente refractario montado en la abertura de la base, estando conectado dicho dispositivo semiconductor LED tipo "luminotron" a dicha fuente de corriente eléctrica, caracterizado porque dicho cuerpo transparente refractario está lleno de gránulos que reflejan la luz y está situado de una forma tal que una superficie de extremo está enfrentada al dispositivo semiconductor LED tipo "luminotron" para permitir que una luz incidente procedente del dispositivo semiconductor LED tipo "luminotron" tenga una propagación alargada.
