Abstract

1. Cierre con apertura automática para envases, caracterizado porque consta de un cuerpo base (1), de una tapa (2) y de una pieza intermedia (3), la cual se aloja en el interior del cuerpo base (1) y puede desplazarse longitudinalmente gracias a una acción exterior, dicha pieza intermedia (3) cuenta con una superficie o pulsador (4) sobre la que actuar, así como una pestaña (5) dispuesta diametralmente opuesta a la superficie (4), por otro lado la tapa (2) en su unión con el cuerpo base (1) cuenta con dos brazos (6), que presentan un debilitamiento (7) en su parte media, además de constar de un brazo intermedio (8) que une casi el centro de la tapa (2) con la mitad del cuerpo base (1). Sobre el cuerpo base (1) hay realizado un orificio (14) que por donde asoma la pestaña (5) de la pieza intermedia (6). Igualmente sobre el centro del cuerpo base (1), hay un orificio (9) que tiene en torno a él un anillo (10) que queda encajado en el anillo (12) que hay sobre la tapa (2), en donde dicho anillo (12) cuenta en su centro con un cilindro obturador (11), sobre la parte interior del cuerpo base (1), hay dispuesto una anillo que presenta una serie de resaltes (15) con objeto de favorecer la sujeción del cuerpo base (1) al cuello del envase.
