Abstract

1. Paraguas, que siendo del tipo de los que incorporan un mástil rematado en un varillaje al que se asocia una lámina textil constitutiva del paraguas propiamente dicho, se caracteriza porque dicho mástil se remata por su extremidad inferior en un pequeño cuerpo asociado o fijado a un arnés acoplable al cuerpo del usuario, a través de sus hombros, a modo de un chaleco, de manera que dicho cuerpo queda fijado a la espalda del usuario en posición sensiblemente centrada, durante el transporte del paraguas, tanto en situación operante como en situación inoperante para el mismo.
