Abstract

1. Plantilla termoconformada sandwich para calzado, del tipo de las que se disponen en el interior del calzado para los cuidados y la higiene del pie, mediante la que se proporciona unas características incrementadas de transpiración del pie del usuario y mejor adherencia al calzado, que se caracteriza porque, en su forma de realización preferente está compuesta por un cuerpo (1) termoconformado, con una porción de borde perimetral ligeramente elevada que aumenta el efecto de adaptación de la pieza de calzado, y en el que se distinguen, en sección, tres capas (3, 4, 5) superpuestas, íntimamente ligadas entre sí, de las que una capa inferior (3) u otro plástico capaz de garantizar el grado de adherencia con el calzado deseado, y que incorpora en su estructura un producto antibacteriano para evitar la proliferación de hongos y bacterias causantes de malos olores, estando además perforada en toda su superficie para mejorar la eficacia de la transpiración; una capa intermedia (4), construida apartir de materiales compatibles con las de las capas (3, 5) adyacentes, tal como "eva" u otros materiales microporosos, y con características de comodidad, suavidad y transpiración incrementadas, cuya textura y fora se obtienen mediante termoconformado a temperaturas predeterminadas; y una capa superior (5), obtenida a base de pieles, tejidos u otros similares para la provisión del grado de transpirabilidad deseado.
