Abstract

1. Resistencia de caldeo plana, para un calefactor radiante de una placa de cocina vitrocerámica, hecha a partir de una cinta (2) de resistencia de espesor (t1) entre 0,04 mm y 0,15 mm, y de anchura entre 1,3 mm y 6 mm configurada a lo largo mediante un doblado en forma ondulante, y provista de una pluralidad de patillas (3) de fijación metálicas de pequeño espesor (t2), y distribuidas sobre la cinta (2) de resistencia a intervalos (p) de distancia de separación, que se insertan en dicha base (4) aislante y mantienen asegurada la resistencia (2) en posición vertical sobre ella con un borde (2b) de la cinta en contacto sin necesidad alojarlo en ranuras superficiales, caracterizado porque la cinta (2) de resistencia es de altura (h1) uniforme y las patillas (3) de fijación son rectas y planas, de espesor (t2) mayor que el espesor (t1) de la cinta de resistencia, entre 0,06 mm y 0,25 mm, y de anchura (3a) entre 0,8 mm y 2,5 mm, y son unidas sobre la cinta (2) de resistencia mediante soldadura(5) a intervalos (p) predeterminados entre dos doblados (2a) de esta última.
