Abstract

A device (10, 11) to disperse a detergent tablet (2), the device (10, 11) comprising a sleeve (3) having at least one opening (40) to insert the tablet (2), the sleeve (3) being at least partially formed from a water permeable material, the tablet (2) fitting loosely in the sleeve (3). The sleeve (3) has a length and a flexibility allowing to prevent that the tablet (2) escapes from the sleeve (3) during a normal wash operation, the opening (40) being a permanent opening. Use of such a device (10, 11) for cleaning laundry is preferred
