Abstract

1. Estructura prefabricada modular, aplicable a la realización de elementos constructivos tanto verticales como paredes (sustentaciones, divisiones) como horizontales o inclinados como entrepisos, cubiertas inclinadas, escaleras, etc., del tipo utilizado en la realización viviendas y otras construcciones, caracterizada esencialmente porque conformada por una estructura de pared o entrepiso, disponiéndose la estructura de pared, sobre una cimentación en balsa, calculada al efecto para cada caso particular, con vigas zapatas (1) corriendo a lo largo de cada muro, donde se dejan anclajes equidistantemente conformados por una "U'' de acero corrugado, para recibir armaduras electrosoldadas en fábrica, conformadas por dos largueros con elementos transversales en forma de zig-zag (2), sobre cuya mencionada base se dispone una batería de paneles de poliestireno expandido (3) dispuestos consecutivamente por sus caras laterales, las cuales presentan un rebaje tal que conforman un orificio estrangulado(4), pudiendo presentar por su cara superior entrantes poligonales para el perfecto encaje de los paneles y atravesando dichos paneles de poliestireno, se disponen unos perfiles de refuerzo en "J'' (5) en acero galvanizado soportes de una placa de terminación interior de muros (6) y nivelación y aplome de los muros, disponiendo asimismo, de una malla de acero galvanizado a modo de cuadrícula ligeramente rectangular (7) que recubre los paneles por su exterior fijadora de una capa de hormigón (8) que rellena los orificios estrangulados (4) de los paneles (3).
