Abstract

The invention relates to a universal support facilitating the opening of containers characterized in that it consists of a single piece body with an appropriate configuration and size to make one, preferably several, through holes on said body, whose geometry match the profile of the can(s) to be opened, the height of each hole, starting from one of the of faces of the support, being slightly bigger than the height of the can lodged therein and defining a top inner flange delimiting two areas, i.e. a top area to remove the lid and a bottom area in which the position of the can is maintained without preventing the lid from being freely removed. The inventive support can be used for household or industrial applications.
