Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'automatisation du démarrage d'un bioréacteur et de normalisation de l'ensemencement de cultures cellulaires par comptage d'un certain nombre de cellules viables dans un échantillon cellulaire par un module de santé cellulaire. Une densité de départ souhaitée de cellules est reçue et un volume de milieu et un volume de l'échantillon cellulaire sont chacun déterminés, sur la base du nombre de cellules dans l'échantillon de cellules, pour être combinés afin d'obtenir une densité prédéterminée de cellules dans un bioréacteur.
