Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gebäudehülle, insbesondere Gebäudefassade oder Gebäudedach, mit mehreren Flächenelementen, insbesondere Glasflächen, welche von Profilelementen der Gebäudehülle getragen sind, die über einen oder mehrere Verbindungsknoten miteinander verbunden sind, ein Material-Set umfassend einen Verbindungsknoten mit zugehörigem Dichtungsknotenelement für eine solche Gebäudefassade sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Material-Sets gemäss den Oberbegriffen der unabhängigen Patentansprüche.The invention relates to a building envelope, in particular a building facade or building roof, with several surface elements, in particular glass surfaces, which are supported by profile elements of the building envelope which are connected to each other via one or more connecting nodes, a material set comprising a connecting node with an associated sealing node element for such a building facade and a method for producing the material set according to the preambles of the independent claims.

Gemäss dem Stand der Technik werden die entlang der Profilelemente verlaufenden Profildichtungen mit komplexen Gehrungsschnitten auf dem jeweiligen Verbindungsknoten zusammengeführt und wasserdicht miteinander verbunden, was aufwendig ist und ein erhebliches Fehlerpotential birgt, ganz abgesehen davon, dass die Gefahr besteht, dass die Verbindungsstellen mit der Zeit undicht werden. Ein weiteres Problem des Standes der Technik, welches insbesondere bei Freiform-Glasdächern mit konvexen und konkaven Scheibenkonstellationen auftritt, besteht darin, dass Stufen zwischen den Dichtungsebenen der in einem Verbindungsknoten zusammenlaufenden Profilelemente entstehen, welche im Bereich des Verbindungsknoten zu sehr unterschiedlichen Abständen zwischen der abzudichtenden Glasfläche und der Knotenoberseite führen können, mit entsprechenden Problemen für die Abdichtung in diesem Bereich. - Building envelope (1) according to claim 5, wherein the upstanding edge regions (7) of the sealing node element (5) in the regions of the adjacencies to the channel-like profile seals (10) have an essentially identical cross-section as the upstanding edge regions (12) of the channel-like profile seals (10).
- Building envelope (1) according to one of the claims 5 to 6, wherein the sealing bases (6; 11) of the channel-like profile seals (10) and of the sealing node element (5) overlap in the region of the connections of the channel-like profile seals (10) to the sealing node element (5), in particular in such a way that the sealing base (6) of the sealing node element (5) lies on the sealing bases (11) of the channel-like profile seals (10).
- Material set comprising a connecting node (4) with associated sealing node element (5) for a building facade (1) according to one of the preceding claims,wherein the connecting node (4) has connection areas for several profile elements (3) carrying surfaces elements (2) to be connected to it,and wherein the sealing node element (5) forms a trough-like sealing body with a flat sealing base (6) for resting on the connecting node (4), which has edge regions (7) projecting upwards from the latter at its circumferential boundaries, each comprising an edge base (8) and a sealing contour (9), in particular a sealing lip (9), carried by the latter, for sealingly adjoining one of the surface elements (2) of the building facade (1),wherein the sealing node element (5) is designed in such a way and can be arranged with its sealing base (6) on the connecting node (4) in such a intended manner that the upstanding edge regions (7) extend in each case in regions which extend between two directly adjacent connection areas of the connection node (4) for the profile elements to be connected to the connection node, and that in each case in the areas of the connection areas for the profile elements (3) there are no protruding edge areas with sealing contour of the sealing node element (5),and wherein the sealing contours (9) of the upstanding edge regions (7) of the sealing node element (5) each have a substantially identical cross-section over their longitudinal extent, characterized in that the edge base (8) supporting the respective sealing contour (9) has a varying cross-section over its longitudinal extent, in particular in such a way that,when the sealing node element (5) is arranged on the connection node (4) as intended, it extends at a distance (a) essentially parallel to a plane in which, when the connection node (4) is used as intended, the surface element (2) extends, which is supported by those profile elements (3) between whose connection regions the respective raised edge region (7) extends.
- Material set according to claim 8, wherein the sealing node element (5) is formed in one piece.
- Material set according to one of claims 8 to 9, wherein the connecting node (4) is produced by an additive manufacturing process.
- Material set according to 1 one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the sealing node element (5) is produced by an additive manufacturing process, in particular by 3D printing.
- Method for manufacturing the material set according to one of claims 8 to 11, wherein the connecting node (4) and the associated sealing node element (5) are modulated from a common data set and subsequently are manufactured by additive manufacturing processes.
