Claims (10)
- Composition de carburant aviation sans plomb ayant un MON d'au moins 99,6, une teneur en soufre inférieure à 0,05 % en poids, une teneur en carbone, hydrogène et azote (CHN) d'au moins 97,2 % en poids, moins de 2,8 % en poids de teneur en oxygène, une T10 d'au plus 75 °C, une T40 d'au moins 75 °C, une T50 d'au plus 105 °C, une T90 d'au plus 135 °C, un point d'ébullition final inférieur à 190 °C, une chaleur de combustion ajustée d'au moins 43,5 MJ/kg, une pression de vapeur dans la plage de 38 à 49 kPa, comprenant de 20 % en vol. à 35 % en vol. de toluène ayant un MON d'au moins 107 ;de 2 % en vol. à 10 % en vol. d'aniline ;de plus de 30 % en vol à 55 % en vol d'au moins un alkylate ou mélange d'alkylates ayant une plage d'ébullition initiale allant de 32 °C à 60 °C et une plage d'ébullition finale allant de 105 °C à 140 °C, ayant une T40 inférieure à 99 °C, une T50 inférieure à 100 °C, une T90 inférieure à 110 °C, l'alkylate ou mélange d'alkylates comprenant des isoparaffines allant de 4 à 9 atomes de carbone, 3 à 20 % en vol d'isoparaffines en C5, 3 à 15 % en vol d'isoparaffines en C7, et 60 à 90 % en vol d'isoparaffines en C8, en fonction de l'alkylate ou du mélange d'alkylates, et moins de 1 % en vol de C10+, en fonction de l'alkylate ou du mélange d'alkylates ;au moins 8 % en vol d'isopentane dans une quantité suffisante pour atteindre une pression de vapeur dans la plage de 38 à 49 kPa ;de 0,1 % en vol à 10 % en vol, de préférence de 1 % en vol à 8 % en vol, d'un acétate d'alkyle à chaîne linéaire ayant un groupe alkyle à chaîne linéaire ayant 4 à 8 atomes de carbone ; etde 0,1 % en vol à 10 % en vol, de préférence de 2 % en vol à 8 % en vol, d'un alcool à chaîne ramifiée ayant de 4 à 8 atomes de carbone, à condition que la chaîne ramifiée ne contienne pas de quelconques groupes t-butyle ;dans laquelle le rapport volumique de l'acétate d'alkyle à chaîne linéaire à l'alcool à chaîne ramifiée est dans la plage de 3:1 à 1:3 ;et dans laquelle la composition de carburant contient moins de 1 % en vol de substances aromatiques en C8.
- Composition de carburant aviation sans plomb selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle le rapport volumique de l'acétate d'alkyle à chaîne linéaire à l'alcool à chaîne ramifiée est dans la plage allant de 2:1 à 1:2.
- Composition de carburant aviation sans plomb selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la teneur totale en isopentane, dans la composition de carburant va de 10 % en vol. à 20 % en vol.
- Composition de carburant aviation sans plomb selon les revendications 1 à 3, comprenant en outre un additif de carburant aviation.
- Composition de carburant aviation sans plomb selon les revendications 1 à 4, ayant un point de congélation inférieur à -58 °C.
- Composition de carburant aviation sans plomb selon les revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle l'alkylate ou le mélange d'alkylates a une teneur en C10+ inférieure à 0,1 % en vol en fonction de l'alkylate ou du mélange d'alkylates.
- Composition de carburant aviation sans plomb selon les revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle l'acétate d'alkyle à chaîne linéaire est de l'acétate de n-butyle.
- Composition de carburant aviation sans plomb selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 dans laquelle l'alcool ramifié est de l'alcool isobutylique.
- Composition de carburant aviation sans plomb selon les revendications 1 à 8, ayant un point d'ébullition final d'au plus 180 °C.
