Claims (8)
- Verbrennungsmotor mit einer Abgasnachbehandlungsvorrichtung in einer Antriebswellenanwendung, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Gehäuse (113; 213; 413) mit einer oberen Oberfläche (115; 215; 415), einer unteren Oberfläche und Seitenflächen umfasst, die die obere und untere Oberfläche verbinden, um ein umschlossenes Volumen zu bilden, wobei das Gehäuse versehen ist mit;- einer Abgaseinlassöffnung (214; 414), die mit einer Einlasspumpe (107; 207) von dem Verbrennungsmotor betriebsverbunden ist; und- einer Abgasauslassöffnung (221; 421), die mit einer Auslasspumpe (109; 209) betriebsverbunden ist, die zu einem äußeren Auslass führt;wobei:- das Abgas durch die obere Oberfläche (215; 415) zu dem Gehäuse (213; 413) gespeist und aus diesem abgelassen wird;- zumindest eine der Abgaseinlass- und Abgasauslassöffnungen (214, 216; 414, 416) über einen Rohrverbinder (220; 420, 430) mit einer ersten Öffnung (221; 421, 431), die dem Gehäuse zugewandt ist (213; 413), und einer zweiten Öffnung (222; 422, 432), die dem Gehäuse (213; 413) abgewandt ist, mit ihrem entsprechen Einlass- oder Auslassrohr (207, 209) betriebsverbunden ist;- der zumindest eine Rohrverbinder (220; 420, 430) so ausgelegt ist, dass er um die Mittelachse (Xi, Xo) seiner zugehörigen Einlass- oder Auslassöffnung (214, 216; 414, 416) in dem Gehäuse (213; 413) in eine vorbestimmte Winkelposition relativ zu der Öffnung in dem Gehäuse (213; 413) drehbar ist, um die Richtung der zweiten Öffnung (222; 422, 432) in der vorbestimmten Winkelposition anzuordnen,wobei zumindest eine der Ablufteinlass- und Abluftauslassöffnungen (214, 216; 414, 416) und der ersten Öffnung (221; 421, 431) des entsprechenden Rohrverbinders (220; 420, 430) Umfangsflansche (921, 922) mit dazupassenden flachen Oberflächen aufweist, die durch eine äußere Klemmvorrichtung (925, 926) betriebsverbunden sind, die mit den Umfangsflanschen (921, 922) in Eingriff stehen, wobei die externe Klemmvorrichtung ein Paar von Winkelteilbereichen (925, 926) mit einem vergrößerten Durchmesser größer als der Durchmesser der zugewandten Flansche (921, 922) umfasst, wobei jeder Winkelteilbereich (925, 926) dazu ausgelegt ist, mit gegenüberliegenden Außenflächen der Flansche (921, 922), die es zu verbinden gilt, in Eingriff zu gelangen,wobei eine Dichtung (923) zwischen den dazupassenden Oberflächen platziert ist, um eine gasdichte Dichtung bereitzustellen, und wobei die Winkelteilbereiche (925, 926) durch Befestigungselemente (924) aneinander geklemmt sind, die sich durch Löcher in den vergrößerten Abschnitten der ringförmigen Teilbereiche (925, 926) erstrecken.
- Verbrennungsmotor nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Öffnung des zumindest einen Rohrverbinders (220; 420, 430) eine Mittelachse (X1) aufweist, die mit der Mittelachse der zugehörigen Öffnung davon in dem Gehäuse (213; 413) zusammenfällt, und die zweite Öffnung eine Mittelachse (X2) aufweist, die in eine vorbestimmte Winkelposition relativ zu der zugehörigen Öffnung in der oberen Oberfläche (215; 415) des Gehäuses (213; 413) angewinkelt ist.
- Verbrennungsmotor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei sowohl die Abgaseinlass- als auch die Abgasauslassöffnungen durch einzelne Rohrverbinder (220; 420, 430), deren erste Öffnung (221; 421, 431) dem Gehäuse (213; 413) zugewandt ist und deren zweite Öffnung (222; 422, 432) dem Gehäuse (213; 413) abgewandt ist, mit den Einlass- bzw. Auslassrohren betriebsverbunden sind.
- Verbrennungsmotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Abgasreinigungseinheit (212; 412) umfasst, die lösbar an dem Gehäuse (213; 413) befestigt und über die Abgaseinlassöffnung in der oberen Oberfläche (215; 415) des Gehäuses (213; 413) in das Gehäuse (213; 413) einsetzbar ist.
- Verbrennungsmotor nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Abgaseinlassöffnung (414) mit einem Rohrverbinder (430) betriebsverbunden ist, dessen erste Öffnung (431) der Abgasreinigungseinheit in dem Gehäuse (413) zugewandt ist.
- Verbrennungsmotor nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Abgaseinlassöffnung (214) in der oberen Oberfläche (215) des Gehäuses (213) angeordnet ist und das Abgaseinlassrohr (207) mit einem Abschnitt der Abgasreinigungseinheit betriebsverbunden ist, der sich aus der oberen Oberfläche (215) des Gehäuses (213) erstreckt.
- Wasserfahrzeug mit einer Schiffsantriebswelle, umfassend zumindest einen Verbrennungsmotor zum Antreiben des Fahrzeugs, wobei das Fahrzeug mit zumindest einem Verbrennungsmotor nach Anspruch 1 versehen ist.
- Stromerzeugungsaggregat, umfassend zumindest einen Verbrennungsmotor zum Antreiben eines elektrischen Generators, wobei das Stromerzeugungsaggregat mit zumindest einem Verbrennungsmotor nach Anspruch 1 versehen ist.
