Definitions
- the invention relates to a closure device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a closure device comprises a first closure part, which has a base body and at least one closure element arranged on the base body so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation.
- the at least one closure element comprises a base body and at least one first locking section arranged on the base body.
- At least one second closure part has a base element and at least one second locking section arranged on the base element.
- the first closure part and the at least one second closure part can be attached to one another along an attachment direction such that in a closed position the at least one locking section of the at least one closure element and the locking section of the at least one second closure part are in engagement with one another and the closure parts are thus fastened to one another.
- the at least one closure part can be rotated towards the base body of the first closure part in order to disengage the at least one first locking section of the at least one closure element and the at least one second locking section of the at least one second closure part from one another.
- fasteners for fastening a belt for example for a child seat or a stroller
- the fastener is easy to handle, particularly when closing it, and that it holds firmly and reliably in the closed position. It is particularly important to note that when used on a child seat in a vehicle, in special circumstances, for example in the event of a crash, high loads can be exerted that must not cause the fastener to open.
- a first closure part and a second closure part can be placed together and in a closed position they are in positive engagement with each other via engagement projections.
- Magnetic means act between the closure parts to ensure that the To engage the locking parts with each other and to hold the locking parts together in the closed position.
- the US 2016/021998 A discloses a buckle for a seat belt in which multiple belts can be connected to a closure assembly.
- the DE 209153 C discloses a buckle for belts, garters and the like, in which a part with tongues formed thereon engages in recesses on another part and thus creates a connection between the parts.
- the WO 2009/127196 A2 discloses a magneto-mechanical locking device in which a first locking part and a second locking part can be placed against each other under magnetic attraction and are mechanically locked together in a closed position.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a closure device which is easy and convenient to close, but also to open again, with a high load capacity, in particular for use on a child seat or stroller or also on a helmet, in particular a sports helmet such as a ski helmet or a bicycle helmet.
- An exemplary closure device has an actuating element which is adjustably arranged on the base body and which is operatively connected to the at least one closure element in such a way that by adjusting the actuating element relative to the base body, the at least one closure element can be rotated relative to the base body.
- the closure element on the base body of the first closure part can thus be actuated via an actuating element.
- the actuating element can be moved or rotated by a user relative to the base body in order to transmit an actuating force to the closure element and to adjust it relative to the base body, in particular to open the closure device, so that the closure element with its first locking section comes out of engagement with the second locking section of the second closure part and the first closure part and the second closure parts can thus be released from one another.
- the closure device can in particular have several closure elements rotatably arranged on the base body, to each of which a (structurally identical) second Closure part can be attached.
- a design of the closure device can be particularly advantageous when used, for example, on a belt system, for example for a child seat in a vehicle, in order to create a multi-point fastening in this way.
- a belt can be arranged on every second closure part, so that by fastening the second closure parts to the first closure part, several belts can be attached to the first closure part. This results in simple handling, in particular for closing the closure device.
- the actuating element advantageously works together with all closure elements at the same time, so that the actuating element can actuate the closure elements together, in particular to open the closure device.
- the actuating element can be separately operatively connected to all closure elements.
- the actuating element it is also conceivable and possible for the actuating element to act on one of the closure elements, which in turn is coupled to another closure element, so that adjustment forces are introduced from the actuating element into one closure element and from one closure element into the other closure elements.
- the actuating element can be designed in different ways.
- the actuating element can have a coupling section via which the actuating element is positively or non-positively connected to the at least one closure element.
- the actuating element can be designed, for example, as a rod element, a wheel element, a cable element, a chain, a force-deflecting bevel or a link element. It is also conceivable to design the actuating element as a push button that can be actuated by pressing, whereby the pressing movement can be converted into a rotary movement of the closure element via a suitable force deflection, for example a helical gear.
- the actuating element is designed as a rack or as a gear. Accordingly, the actuating element has a toothing that interacts with an associated counter toothing of the closure element and thus drives the closure element. If the actuating element is designed as a rack, for example, the actuating element is preferably linear to the Base body movable. If the actuating element is designed as a gear (for example as a ring gear with internal teeth), the actuating element can be rotated relative to the base body.
- the at least one first locking section is arranged rigidly on the base body of the at least one closure element.
- the at least one second locking section is also arranged rigidly on the base element of the at least one second closure part.
- the at least one first locking section and the at least one second locking section are thus each rigid and essentially inelastic and thus form rigid undercuts.
- the closure device can also use a different connection technique, in which one of the locking sections can be designed to be elastically springy.
- the closure device can be designed in the manner of a closure as in the EP 2 040 572 B1 , the EP 2 166 895 B1 , the WO 2014/090926 A1 , the EP 3 019 757 A2 , the EP 3 116 747 B1 or the EP 2 271 233 B1 described.
- Such a closure device can have one or more closure elements on the first closure part, so that one or more second closure parts can be attached to the first closure part.
- the at least one first locking section protrudes along the rotation axis from the base body of the closure element, and the at least one second locking section can also protrude along the rotation axis from the base element of the second closure part. If the second closure part is attached to an associated closure element of the first closure part, the Locking sections engage with each other and thus establish a connection between the second closure part and the first closure part, so that the second closure part is held firmly and resiliently on the first closure part in the closed position.
- the at least one first locking section has a first locking projection and the at least one second locking section has a second locking projection.
- the first locking projection and the second locking projection which form undercuts (in particular rigid ones), engage with one another in a form-fitting manner in the closed position of the closure device and thus establish the connection between the second closure part and the closure element of the first closure part.
- run-on slopes can be formed on the locking projections so that when the second closure part is placed on the closure element of the first closure part, the locking projections can run onto one another and thus be moved past one another until the locking projections engage with one another in the closed position.
- the closure element has two (or more) first locking sections arranged on the base body, which are arranged on different sides of the rotation axis and are, for example, diametrically opposed to the rotation axis.
- the second closure part accordingly has two (or more) second locking sections, which in the closed position are in positive engagement with the first locking sections of the closure element, so that a connection is established between the second closure part and the closure element via several pairs of locking sections.
- a first locking projection can be arranged on each first locking section and a second locking projection can be arranged on each second locking section.
- One of the first locking projections preferably points radially inwards, while the other of the first locking projections points radially outwards, which allows the second locking projections of the second closure part to be brought into engagement with the first locking projections on the closure element in a common engagement direction transverse to the axis of rotation in order to form-fit the second closure part to the closure element in the closed position.
- the closure element can preferably be rotated relative to the second closure part by an angle of greater than 90°, for example up to 180° or even more than 180°, in order to open the closure device.
- the first locking sections of the closure element and the second locking sections of the second closure part are shaped and arranged accordingly, so that when the closure element is rotated relative to the second closure part, the locking sections do not hinder a rotational movement between the closure element and the second closure part.
- the locking projections of the first locking sections of the closure element can be arranged on different radii (with respect to the axis of rotation), so that a positive connection is established between the first locking sections and the second locking sections at different radial positions.
- the at least one second closure part has a blocking element with a blocking section, which serves to secure the connection of the second closure part with the associated closure element in the closed position.
- the blocking section is arranged on a side of the at least one first blocking section of the closure element facing away from the at least one second blocking section and thus blocks the engagement between the first blocking section and the associated second blocking section.
- the first blocking section and the second blocking section can therefore not disengage from one another by a transverse movement transverse to the axis of rotation, but are held in positive engagement with one another via the blocking section.
- the blocking section In the closed position, the blocking section can be arranged radially within the at least one locking section. This enables reliable blocking because forces acting between the second closure part and the closure element transversely to the axis of rotation act on the blocking section with an unfavorable lever arm and thus cannot lead to (unintentional) displacement of the blocking section.
- the blocking section is located outside of a space that the locking sections cover when the closure element is rotated, so that the blocking element with its blocking section does not hinder a rotational movement of the closure element, in particular for opening the closure device.
- the blocking element is adjustable relative to the base element of the at least one second closure part.
- the blocking element can be elastically prestressed relative to the base element along the axis of rotation, for example via a suitable spring element or by magnetic force between the blocking element and the base element, which prestresses the blocking element in the direction of a blocking position for blocking the engagement between the locking sections.
- the blocking element can, for example, be accommodated with a head section in a receiving space of the second closure part and can be adjustable in the receiving space. With its blocking section, the blocking element projects into the area of the locking sections, so that the positive connection between the locking sections can be secured via the blocking section when the closure device is in its closed position.
- the at least one closure element has a first side and a second side. At least one first locking section is arranged on the first side and on the second side, wherein a second closure part can be attached to the first side and to the second side. Two second closure parts can thus be attached to the closure element on different, preferably opposite sides, so that the closure element can be connected to several second closure parts. By rotating the closure element relative to the base body of the first closure part, the second closure parts can be released from the closure element at the same time, resulting in a structurally simple, easy-to-use closure device.
- the second closure part to be attached to the first side and the second closure part to be attached to the second side can be of identical construction, so that closure parts of the same type can be attached to the different sides of the closure element.
- the closure device can be designed purely mechanically and enable the at least one second closure part to be attached to an associated closure element of the first closure part.
- the closure device is designed as a magneto-mechanical closure device in which the attachment of the at least one second closure part to the first closure part is supported in a magnetic manner.
- the at least one closure element of the first closure part has at least one first magnetic element and the at least one second closure part has at least one second magnetic element, wherein the at least one first magnetic element and the at least one second magnetic element are designed to interact in a magnetically attractive manner when the first closure part and the at least one second closure part are placed on one another, so that the placement is supported in a magnetic manner.
- the second closure part is thus magnetically drawn into engagement with the associated closure element and thus comes into connection with the closure element.
- the at least one first magnetic element of the closure element and the at least one second magnetic element of the second closure part can be adjusted relative to one another in such a way that the magnetic attraction is weakened or even turned into a repulsion.
- the closure element and the second closure part can each have two magnetic elements, formed by permanent magnets, which are reversed in polarity by rotating the closure element to open the closure device, so that a magnetic attraction is turned into a magnetic repulsion. In this way, the opening of the closure device can also be assisted in a magnetic manner.
- the first closure part has return means for returning the actuating element to an initial position associated with the closed position.
- return means can be formed, for example, by a spring that acts as a prestress between the base body and the actuating element.
- return means can also act magnetically, for example.
- a closure device with a first closure part, which has a closure element with a base body and at least one first locking section arranged on the base body, and a second closure part, which has a base element and at least one second locking section arranged on the base element.

- the first closure part and the second closure part are attached to one another in a closed position such that the at least one first locking section of the closure element and the at least one second locking section of the second Closure part are in engagement with one another.
- the at least one first locking section of the closure element and the at least one second locking section of the second closure part can be disengaged from one another by rotating the closure element about an axis of rotation relative to the second closure part.
- the second closure part has a blocking element with a blocking section which, in the closed position, is arranged radially within the at least one first locking section with respect to the axis of rotation and blocks the engagement of the at least one first locking section and the at least one second locking section with one another.
- the first locking section and the second locking section cannot disengage from one another by a transverse movement transverse to the axis of rotation, but are held in positive engagement with one another via the blocking section.
- the blocking section is arranged radially inside the at least one locking section in the closed position enables reliable blocking because forces acting between the second closure part and the closure element transversely to the axis of rotation act on the blocking section with an unfavorable lever arm and thus cannot lead to (unintentional) adjustment of the blocking section.
With its blocking section, the blocking element projects into the area of the locking sections, so that the positive locking connection between the locking sections can be secured when the locking device is in its closed position.
- a first locking projection can be arranged on each first locking section, and a second locking projection can be arranged on each second locking section.
- One of the first locking projections preferably points radially inwards, while the other of the first locking projections points radially outwards, which allows the second locking projections of the second closure part to be brought into engagement with the first locking projections on the closure element in a common engagement direction transverse to the axis of rotation in order to positively lock the second closure part to the closure element in the closed position.
- the closure element can preferably be rotated to the second closure part by an angle of greater than 90°, for example up to 180° or even more than 180°, to open the closure device.
- the first locking sections of the closure element and the second locking sections of the second closure part are shaped and arranged accordingly, so that when the closure element is rotated to the second closure part, the locking sections do not hinder a rotational movement between the closure element and the second closure part.
- the locking projections of the first locking sections of the closure element can be arranged on different radii (with respect to the axis of rotation), so that a positive connection is established between the first locking sections and the second locking sections at different radial positions.
- the closure element can, in one embodiment, form the first closure part, so that the closure device is formed in two parts and the closure element as a whole can be used to open the closure device to the second closure part is rotatable.
- the first closure part in three parts, with a base body on which the closure element is arranged so that it can rotate about the axis of rotation.
- a belt fastening for fastening a belt can be attached to the base body, wherein the closure element can be rotated relative to the second closure part when the base body is stationary in order to open the closure device.
- the closure device is designed as a magneto-mechanical closure device.
- the closure element of the first closure part has at least one first magnetic element and the second closure part has at least one second magnetic element, wherein the at least one first magnetic element and the at least one second magnetic element are designed to interact in a magnetically attractive manner when the first closure part and the second closure part are placed against each other, so that the placement is supported in a magnetic manner.
In this way, however, opening of the closure device can be supported in a magnetic manner.
- Another closure device comprises a first closure part, which has a closure element with a base body and at least one first locking section arranged on the base body, and a second closure part, which has a base element and at least one second locking section arranged on the base element.

- the at least one first locking section of the closure element and the at least one second locking section of the second closure part can be disengaged from one another by rotating the closure element about an axis of rotation relative to the second closure part.
- the closure element has a first side and a second side, with at least one first locking section being arranged on the first side and on the second side, with a second closure part being able to be attached to the first side and to the second side.
- Two second closure parts can thus be attached to the closure element on different, preferably opposite sides, so that the closure element can be connected to several second closure parts.
- the second closure parts can be simultaneously released from the closure element, resulting in a structurally simple, easy-to-use closure device.
- the second closure part to be attached to the first side and the second closure part to be attached to the second side can be of identical construction, so that closure parts of the same type can be attached to the different sides of the closure element.

- a belt fastening 21 is arranged on the base body 20 of the first closure part 2, over which a belt 4 (schematically shown in Fig. 2 ) can be attached to the first closure part 2.
- every second closure part 3 has a belt attachment 31, via which a belt 4 can be attached to every second closure part 3.
- a multi-point attachment is created in this way, within the framework of which several belts 4 are connected to one another.
- Such a locking device can be used, for example, as a belt buckle on a child seat in a vehicle or on a stroller.
- the closure elements 22 of the first closure part 2 are each arranged on the base body 20 of the first closure part 2 so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation D.
- Each closure element 22 has a base body 220 and a locking section 222 formed thereon, which protrudes from the base body 220 along the axis of rotation D and serves to engage in a form-fitting manner with an associated locking section 302 of a second closure part 3.
- each closure element 22 In the closed position, the locking section 222 of each closure element 22 is in positive engagement with a radially inward-pointing locking projection on the locking section 302 of an associated second closure part 3 via a radially outward-pointing locking projection formed thereon.
- the closure parts 3 are each positively connected to a closure element 22 and are thereby held on the first closure part 2.
- the locking section 302 in the embodiment according to Fig. 1 to 3 is functionally identical to the locking section 302 of the embodiment described below according to Fig. 4 to 10 , so please refer to the explanations below, in particular the explanations on Fig. 8A to 8C , should be referred to.
- the closure elements 22 each have a magnetic device 23 with two magnetic elements 230, 231 preferably formed by permanent magnets. As can be seen from the exploded views according to Fig.3 As can be seen, every second closure part 3 also has a magnetic device 33 with two preferably Permanent magnets formed magnetic elements 330, 331 which interact with the magnetic elements 230, 231 of the closure elements 22 when the second closure parts 3 are attached to the first closure part 2 and thus support the attachment of the second closure parts 3 by magnetic attraction.
- the base body 20 has bearing openings 200, in each of which a closure element 22 is rotatably mounted about an associated axis of rotation D.
- the closure elements 22 each have a circumferential, radially outwardly projecting toothing 221 on their base body 220, which engages with an internal toothing 242 on a collar 241 of an actuating element 24 designed as a ring gear.
- the actuating element 24 is rotatably mounted on a central bearing opening 201 on the base body 20 of the first closure part 2 via a shaft 243 protruding from a body 240 of the actuating element 24, so that the actuating element 24 can be rotated along an actuation direction B relative to the base body 20 of the first closure part 2.
- the closure elements 22 can be reset to their initial position associated with the closed position via reset means, for example a spring acting between an associated closure element 22 and the base body 20. Additionally or alternatively, the actuating element 24 can be reset in the direction of its initial position associated with the closed position via reset means.
- reset means for example a spring acting between an associated closure element 22 and the base body 20.
- the actuating element 24 can be reset in the direction of its initial position associated with the closed position via reset means.
- the closure elements 22 can be actuated together to open the closure device 1.
- the closure elements 22 are each rotated about their axis of rotation D along an actuating direction B1 to the base body 20 due to the meshing engagement of the teeth 242 of the actuating element 24 with the teeth 221 of the closure elements 22, so that each locking section 222 on the base body 220 is rotated out of engagement with the associated locking section 302 of the respective second closure part 3. and the second closure parts 3 can thus be removed from the first closure part 2 opposite to the attachment direction A.
- the polarity of the magnetic elements 230, 231, 330, 331 is also reversed relative to one another, so that the magnetic attraction force is reversed into a magnetic repulsion force, so that when the closure elements 22 are rotated, the second closure parts 3 are repelled from the first closure part 2 opposite to the attachment direction A and are thus automatically separated from the first closure part 2.
- the magnetic elements 230, 231 of a respective closure element 22 point with unlike poles (N, S) towards an associated second closure part 3.
- the magnetic elements 330, 331 of the second closure part 3 point with unlike poles (S, N) towards the associated closure element 22, wherein when attached, the magnetic elements 230, 231, 330, 331 are arranged relative to one another such that the magnetic elements 230, 231, 330, 331 attract one another.
- the magnetic elements 230, 231, 330, 331 are moved towards each other, so that the magnetic elements 230, 231 on the side of the closure element 22 now come into opposition with the magnetic elements 330, 331 on the side of the associated second closure part 3 with poles of the same name and thus there is a magnetic repulsion between the second closure part 3 and the closure element 22.
- a plurality of second closure parts 3 can be attached to a first closure part 2 in a simple, convenient manner in order to create a multi-point fastening.
- the closure device 1 is resilient and holds the second closure parts 3 reliably to the first closure part 2 even under load.
- Each second closure part 3 has a blocking element 32 which is accommodated in a receiving space 300 of the base element 30 of the second closure part 3 and which has a head section 320 lying in the receiving space 300 and a blocking section 321 protruding axially from the head section 320.
- the blocking element 32 serves to block the engagement of the locking sections 222, 302 in the closed position with one another, as will be explained below with reference to the further exemplary embodiments.
- second closure parts 3 are to be attached to closure elements 22 of a first closure part 2, wherein in this embodiment each closure element 22 has two locking sections 222A, 223A, 222B, 223B on different sides and thus the second closure elements 3 can be attached to a closure element 22 from different sides.
- Fig.5 In the closed position shown, two second locking parts 3 are held on each side of the first locking part 2, so that a multi-point fastening is again created.
- a belt 4 is arranged on a belt fastening 21 on a base body 20 of the first closure part 2.
- each second closure part 3 has a belt fastening 31 on a base element 30, via which a belt 4 is fixed to the respective second closure part 3, as shown schematically in Fig.5 is marked.
- two locking sections 222A, 223A, 222B, 223B are arranged on each side of a closure element 22, diametrically opposed to a rotation axis D (about which the closure element 22 is rotatably mounted on the base body 20 of the first closure part 2), which can each be brought into positive engagement with two locking sections 302, 303 on associated second closure parts 3.
- each second closure part 3 has a blocking element 32 which is received with a head section 320 in a receiving space 300 of the base element 30 of the respectively associated second closure part 3 and which projects with a blocking section 321 into the area of the locking sections 302, 303 on the base element 30 of the second closure part 3.
- the receiving space 300 is closed to the outside by a cover element 301.
- Fig. 7 and 8A, 8B, 8C show a second closure element 3 on an associated closure element 22, which is rotatably mounted about a rotation axis D on the base body 20 of the first closure part 2.
- Two magnetic elements 230, 231 are arranged on the closure element 22, which, when the second closure part 3 is attached to the closure element 22, interact in a magnetically attractive manner with magnetic elements 330, 331 on the base element 30 of the second closure part 3 (
- Fig. 8A to 8C show the magnetic elements 230, 231, 330, 331 in a cutaway manner; as can be seen from Fig.9 in conjunction with Fig.10
- the magnetic elements 230, 231, 330, 331 are each cylindrically shaped and, when a second closure part 3 is attached to an associated closure element 22 with unlike poles, they are located opposite one another in such a way that a magnetic force of attraction exists between the second closure part 3 and the closure element 22).
- the locking sections 302, 303 with locking projections 304 formed thereon come into contact with the locking sections 222A, 223A on the associated side of the closure element 22 and run with run-up slopes 305 onto run-up slope 225 on the locking sections 222A, 223A of the closure element 22, so that the locking sections 302, 303 are moved past the locking sections 222A, 223A of the closure element 22 with an offset transverse to the direction of rotation D (opposite an engagement direction E).
- the blocking section 321 of the blocking element 32 on the second closure part 3 comes into contact with the locking section 222A of the closure element 22 in the attachment direction A and is adjusted by the locking section 222A relative to the base element 30, counter to a magnetic attraction force between the blocking element 32 and the base element 30 due to an interaction between a magnetic element 322 on the head section 320 of the blocking element 32 (formed, for example, by a magnetic armature made of ferromagnetic material) and the magnetic elements 330, 331 on the base element 30.
- the blocking section 321 of the blocking element 32 comes to lie on a radially inner side of the blocking section 222A of the closure element 22 facing away from the blocking section 302, as can be seen from Fig. 8B can be seen.
- the blocking section 321 thus ensures the engagement between the locking sections 222A, 302 and, via this, also the engagement between the locking sections 223A, 303 on the other side.
- the second closure part 3 cannot be displaced against the engagement direction E to the adjustment element 22 and the positive connection between the locking sections 222A, 223A, 302, 303 can not be canceled.
- the closure element 22 can be rotated about the axis of rotation D along an actuation direction B1 by approximately 180°, so that, as in Fig. 8C shown, the locking sections 222A, 223A, 302, 303 come out of engagement with one another and the positive connection between the second closure part 3 and the closure element 22 is thus canceled.
- the magnetic elements 230, 231, 330, 331 are also rotated relative to one another such that the magnetic elements 230, 231, 330, 331 are now each in pairs with poles of the same name in opposite positions, so that the magnetic elements 230, 231, 330, 331 magnetically repel one another and the release of the second closure part 3 from the closure element 22 is thus magnetically supported.
- a second closure part 3 can be attached to each side of the closure element 22.
- the second closure parts 3 are of identical construction, and the positive connection is produced in the same way for each second closure part 3 and can also be released again in the same way.
- the first closure part 2 has an actuating element 24 which is designed as a rack and can be moved along an actuating direction B to the base body 20 of the first closure part 2.
- the actuating element 24 is accommodated in a guide recess 202 of the base body 20 and guided in the guide recess 202 along the actuating direction B.
- Support elements 245 protrude into spring receptacles 203 on both sides of the guide recess 202 and act on spring elements 244 in the form of compression springs accommodated in the spring receptacles 203, via which the actuating element 24 is moved against the actuating direction B to the base body 20.
- the actuating element 24 in the manner of a rack has two toothings 242 on opposite sides, each of which is in coupling engagement with one of the closure elements 22.
- each closure element 22 has a coupling section 221 in the form of a circumferential toothing, via which the actuating element 24 meshes with the respective closure element 22, so that when the actuating element 24 is actuated in the actuating direction B, the closure elements 22 are rotated together along an actuating direction B1, B2 to the base body 20 of the first closure part 2.
- the closure elements 22 are adjusted to the respectively assigned second closure parts 3, so that the positive connection between the closure elements 22 and the second closure parts 3 is canceled and the second closure parts 3 can thus be removed from the first closure part 2 to open the closure device 1.
- second closure parts 3 can be attached to different sides of a closure element 22, magnetic elements 230, 231 in the form of permanent magnets on the closure element 22 can also interact equally with the closure parts 3 on the different sides. Connecting the second closure parts 3 to the closure element 22 on its opposite sides thus enables a simple design for providing a multi-point fastening while reducing the number of components of the closure device 1, while also being easy to handle, in particular for opening the closure device 1.
- the arrangement according to Fig. 7 and 8A to 8C can also realize a closure device 1 as such with (exactly) one closure element 22 to which two second closure parts 3 can be attached.
- closure devices 1 can be realized in which a plurality of second closure parts 3 are to be attached to a first closure part 2, in other embodiments of a closure device 1 only a first closure part 2 and a second closure part 3 can be connected to one another.
- the closure device 1 has a first closure part 2 and a second closure part 3 to be attached thereto, which in their function for attaching the second closure part 3 to the first closure part 2 and for releasing the closure parts 2, 3 from each other is the same as in the embodiment according to Fig. 7 and 8A to 8C are identical, so that, in particular with regard to the functioning of the locking sections 222, 223, 302, 303 and the blocking element 32 of the second closure part 3, reference should be made in full to the preceding explanations.
- the closure element 22 of the first closure part 2 is formed in one piece with a belt fastening 21.
- the closure parts 2, 3 can be rotated towards each other for opening, as is the case in the transition from Fig. 11A, 11B towards Fig. 12A, 12B is shown.
- a two-part closure device 1 with a first closure part 2 and a second closure part 3 is thus created.
- the closure element 22 of the first closure part 2 is arranged rotatably on a base body 20, which also includes a belt fastening 21, and can be rotated about an axis of rotation D relative to the base body 20 when the base body 20 is stationary in order to open the closure direction 1, as is the case in the transition from Fig. 14A, 14B towards Fig. 15A, 15B is shown.
- the belt fastenings 21, 31 of the first closure part 2 and the second closure part 3 can thus remain in position relative to one another.
- the functioning of the closure device 1, in particular for establishing the positive connection when attaching and releasing is identical to that described above, in particular with reference to Fig. 7 and 8A to 8C
- the functioning of the barrier sections 222, 223, 302, 303 and the Blocking element 32 of the second closure part 3 reference should therefore be made to the above statements.
- a locking device of the type described can be used as a belt buckle on a child seat for use in a vehicle or as a belt buckle for a stroller.
- embodiments in which several second locking parts are to be connected to a first locking part can be used as multi-point fastenings in multi-point belt systems.
- Such a closure device can also create a connection between two individual closure parts.
- a closure device can be used, for example, as a buckle on a helmet, for example a sports helmet, a ski helmet or a bicycle helmet.
- Such a closure device can also be used to connect completely different components to one another, for example as a closure for a bag, for example a school bag, or to attach other parts to one another.
- An actuating element for actuating a locking element of the first locking part or for jointly actuating several locking elements of the first locking part can, as described, be designed as a gear or rack.
- other actuating elements are also conceivable, for example in the form of a chain, a rope, a push button, a crank rod or a link element, whereby a force deflection takes place to convert an actuating movement into a rotary movement of one or more locking elements.
