Abstract

The aim of the technical solution according to this utility model is the replacement of aluminium profiles with facade beams based on wood or paper and their protection against moisture by the shape of the beam itself, which is achieved by modifying the beam structure and replacing materials.

    Field of technology
  • The technical solution concerns the structural arrangement of slatted and structural prefabricated block (element) glazed or partially glazed facades for construction purposes.
  • State of the art
  • At present, prefabricated glazed building block facades use an aluminum profile with an interrupted thermal bridge as a static load-bearing part, which also includes grooves for seals, glass carriers, etc. The disadvantage of this solution is the high heat transfer coefficient U and environmental impacts in the mining and processing of aluminum.
  • The essence of the technical solution
  • The aim of the technical solution according to this utility model is the replacement of aluminum profiles with facade beams based on wood or paper and their protection against moisture by the shape of the beam itself, which is achieved by modifying the beam structure and replacing materials.

Shaped profile (1) for facade profiles based on wood or paper (1), characterized in that it is provided with a bevelled drainage space (5) under a·transparent or opaque filling (2), a drip edge (3) on the lower edge of the supporting profile (1) and a waterproof surface treatment (4) of the drainage space (5), which enables safe removal of moisture to the exterior.
