According to some examples of the present invention, theprotrusion 5 is substantially parallel to theflange body 30. - Referring to
Figs. 4 - 9C , in some embodiments, theflange 3 comprises a ring-like flange body 30, theflange body 30 having a belt shape; theprotrusion 5 protrudes from theflange body 30, and as shown inFigs. 7A - 9C , theprotrusion 5 ismultiple protrusions 5 arranged at intervals along the ring-like flange body 30. - Referring to
Figs. 6A - 9C , in some embodiments, at least one ofmultiple protrusions 5 has a linear shape or a strip-like shape. In the examples shown inFigs. 7A - 8C , at least one ofmultiple protrusions 5 crosses the ring-like flange body 30. For example, at least one ofmultiple protrusions 5 is substantially perpendicular to the ring-like flange body 30. Aprotrusion 5 of aflange 3 of the firstheat exchange plate 10 protrudes toward a side remote from aflange 3 of the secondheat exchange plate 10, and agap 9 is formed between theprotrusion 5 of theflange 3 of the firstheat exchange plate 10 and theflange 3 of the secondheat exchange plate 10, thegap 9 being filled with solder for soldering the plate heat exchanger, in order to solder together theprotrusion 5 of theflange 3 of the firstheat exchange plate 10 and theflange 3 of the secondheat exchange plate 10. The reinforcing effect of theprotrusion 5 on theflange 3 can thereby be further improved for example. - According to an embodiment of the present invention, by providing the
protrusion 5 in theflange 3, it is possible to prevent warping of the heat exchange plate, improve the quality of heat exchanger brazing, and facilitate heat exchanger assembly. - According to an embodiment of the present invention, by providing the
protrusion 5 in theflange 3, it is possible to prevent a heat exchange region of theheat exchange plate 10 from being affected, thus preventing the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger from being affected. - According to an embodiment of the present invention, by providing the
protrusion 5 in theflange 3, it is possible to prevent elastic rebound after forming of theheat exchange plate 10, thus making the structure of the heat exchange plate more stable. - According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the
protrusion 5 is provided in theflange 3, the protrusion can be formed more easily, and the difficulty of manufacture of the heat exchanger is thereby reduced.
