Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hollow profile as a floorboard for a floorboard made of floorboards arranged parallel next to one another in one plane, with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a floorboard is known from the patent EP 3 177 783 B1 .
  • the well-known floorboard has a flat, rectangular tubular hollow profile, from the lower sides of which, facing away from one another, strip-shaped webs cantilever, that is to say protrude to the side.
  • the opposite lower sides of the floorboard form board edges that face board edges of adjacent floorboards.
  • Two projecting webs on one floorboard edge form a kind of spring clip, which overlaps two projecting webs on a facing floorboard edge of an adjacent floorboard at the top and bottom, so that the adjacent floorboards are aligned vertically at the same height as one another.
  • An upper web on one edge of the floorboard has a water drainage channel, which reaches under an upper web on the facing edge of the floorboard of an adjacent floorboard in order to drain off rain and other water that gets onto the floorboards in the longitudinal direction of the floorboards.
  • the patent application US 2005/ 204 661 A1 discloses a plastic floorboard having a flat rectangular tubular profile with a cantilever web on an underside, a cantilever web on an upper side on one longitudinal side, and a longitudinally extending hollow chamber on an opposite longitudinal side of the floorboard.
  • the hollow chamber is flush with the top of the floorboard and less high than the floorboard.
  • the lower web protrudes further than the upper web and has a hollow rib running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard with an upward bulge laterally outside the upper web that is semicircular in cross section.
  • a channel running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard lies on an underside of the hollow chamber on the bulge, and a bead running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard on an underside on a free longitudinal edge of the upper web lies in a channel an upper side of the hollow chamber of an adjacent floorboard, as a result of which the two floorboards arranged next to one another are connected to one another.
  • the utility model DE 20 2018 107 451 U1 discloses a floorboard with a cantilever web on an upper side on one longitudinal side of the floorboard and a cantilever web on an underside of the floorboard on an opposite longitudinal side of the floorboard.
  • a spring bar with a hook-shaped cross-section protrudes upwards from the lower bar and a channel-shaped bar protrudes downwards and outwards from the upper bar, which engage with one another and connect the floorboards when the floorboards are arranged next to one another in one plane.
  • the object of the invention is to propose a floorboard with connection arrangements on board edges facing away from one another for connecting two floorboards by pivoting in a common plane.
  • This object is solved by the features of claim 1.
  • the floorboard according to the invention has a rectangular tubular hollow profile.
  • "Tube tube” means a closed tube and "flat” means the floorboard is no higher than about 1/3 or 1 ⁇ 4 of a width of the floorboard.
  • the floorboard is produced by extrusion from metal, for example from an aluminum alloy, and preferably has a cross section that remains the same over its length, namely the hollow profile.
  • the floor board On the board edges facing away from one another, the floor board has connecting arrangements for connecting adjacent floor boards arranged parallel next to one another in a common plane.
  • the plank edges of a floor plank facing away from each other face plank edges of adjacent floor planks.
  • a first connection arrangement on a first plank edge of the floor plank has a cantilevered first upper web and a cantilevered lower web.
  • Top and “bottom” refer to an intended usage position of the floorboards.
  • “Protruding” means that the webs protrude from the hollow profile to the side outwards in the direction of an adjacent floorboard.
  • the upper web is preferably located on an upper side and the lower web on an underside of the floorboard; in particular, the webs are flush with the upper side and the underside of the floorboard.
  • a second connection arrangement on a second edge of the floorboard facing away from the first edge of the floorboard has a projecting second upper web and a projecting central web.
  • the top ridge is preferably at the top of the floorboard and the middle ridge is at a level between the top ridges and the bottom ridge, ie between the top and bottom of the floorboard.
  • the webs are in particular strip-shaped and extend in the same position with respect to the hollow profile and with the same cross-section over the length of the floorboard.
  • the first top web has a drip rail, such as a downwardly projecting bead or rib, which protrudes into a water drainage channel on the second top web at the second plank edge of an adjacent floorboard when the two floorboards are arranged in a common plane and joined together.
  • the second plank edge of the adjacent floor plank faces the first plank edge of the connected one floor plank. Water that gets onto the floorboard, which runs off across the top of the floorboard, reaches the water drainage channel via the drip rail, which drains the water in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard.
  • the water drainage channel protrudes outwards from the second upper web and is offset downwards relative to the second upper web, so that the water drainage channel reaches under the drip strip of one floor board when the floor boards are connected.
  • the water drainage channel is offset downwards by a Z-shaped bend, i.e. a double bend, on the second upper web.
  • the drip strip and the water drainage channel run in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard.
  • the lower web which protrudes from the hollow profile of the floorboard below the first upper web on the first edge of the floorboard, has a flat surface or, for example, a concave or convex curved surface that rises from the outside in the direction of the hollow profile, with a surface parallel to the edge of the floorboard, i.e. in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard running snap channel.
  • the snap channel can have a round, V-shaped, angular and basically any cross-section.
  • the floorboards are detachable by snapping the snap bead out of the snap channel.
  • the snap bead runs like the snap channel in the Longitudinal direction of the floorboard and has, for example, a cylindrical cross section. Other cross-sectional shapes of the snap bead are possible.
  • the water drainage channel rests on the second upper web on the second floorboard edge of one floorboard below on the first upper web on the facing first floorboard edge of the adjacent floorboard.
  • the water drainage channel rests resiliently or with a prestress at the bottom on the first upper web.
  • the adjacent floorboards are aligned at the same height.
  • the installation of the water drainage channel of the adjacent floorboard keeps the snap bead in the snap channel at the bottom of the first upper web of one floorboard.
  • the two floorboards are placed at an angle to one another with their facing board edges in such a way that the drip rail on the first upper web on the first board edge of the adjacent floorboard reaches the water drainage channel on the second upper web on the facing second board edge of one floorboard.
  • the drip rail of one floor board which reaches into the water drainage channel of the adjacent floor board, forms a kind of hinge together with the water drainage channel, around which the two floor boards can be pivoted from the angled position into the common plane for connection.
  • the snap-in bead on the middle web on the second board edge of one floorboard reaches the inclined surface of the lower web on the first board edge of the adjacent floorboard and slides on the inclined surface until it snaps into the snap channel in the inclined surface when the two Floor boards get into the common plane.
  • the central web on the second board edge is designed as a vertical spring bar, that is, with respect to the floor board, springs up and down and exerts a vertical spring force on the inclined surface of the lower web on the facing second Board edge of the adjacent floor board exerts and the water drainage channel on the second upper web on the second board edge of the adjacent floor board resiliently from below against the first upper web on the first board edge of a floor board presses.

  • the offset of the water drainage channel that forms the system forms a pivoting guide for connecting the two floor boards.
  • the drip strip of the adjacent floorboard protrudes freely into the water drainage channel of one floorboard when the two floorboards are arranged in the same plane and connected to one another.
