Claims (12)
- Ausrichtbare Schraubenkrone (10) für ein Uhrengehäuse (100), das einen Gehäusering (110) mit mindestens einer durchgehenden Lagerung (90) zur Aufnahme der ausrichtbaren Schraubenkrone (10) aufweist, wobei die ausrichtbare Schraubenkrone (10) so angeordnet ist, dass sie mit der Lagerung (90) zusammenwirkt und diese dicht verschließt, die ausrichtbare Schraubenkrone (10) ein Muster (19) auf einer Endfläche (18) oder in ihrer Nähe aufweist, wobei die ausrichtbare Schraubenkrone (10), axial beweglich in einer axialen Richtung (D) zueinander, aufweist, einerseits eine Unterbaugruppe (20) mit einem Kronenkörper (1), der von einem Benutzer manipuliert werden kann und das Motiv (19) aufweist, und andererseits ein Rohr (9), das so beschaffen ist, dass es in der Lagerung (90) in der axialen Richtung (D) geschraubt oder getrieben werden kann, wobei die Unterbaugruppe (20), fest mit dem Kronenkörper (1) verbunden, ein vorderes Indexierungsrelief (15) umfasst, das sich im Wesentlichen radial in Bezug auf die axiale Richtung (D) erstreckt und so beschaffen ist, dass es in einer eingekuppelten Position frontal komplementär in der axialen Richtung (D) mit einem komplementären vorderen Indexierungsrelief (35) zusammenwirkt, das ein Festlauf (3) umfasst, die die Unterbaugruppe (20) umfasst und die sich im Wesentlichen radial in Bezug auf die axiale Richtung (D) erstreckt und dazu neigt, durch mindestens eine Kronenfeder (4), die zwischen dem Kronenkörper (1) und dem Festlauf (3), der sie dazu neigt, einander anzunähern, eingefügt und eingeschlossen montiert ist, zum Kronenkörper (1) hin zurückgestellt und in einer dem Mittelteil (110) entgegengesetzten Richtung zurückgeschoben zu werden, und zum, in einer durch Kompression der Kronenfeder (4) ausgekuppelten Position von dem komplementären vorderen Indexierungsrelief (35) beabstandet und ohne Zusammenwirken mit diesem zu bleiben, wobei das Zusammenwirken zwischen dem vorderen Indexierungsrelief (15) und dem komplementären vorderen Indexierungsrelief (35) eine diskrete Anzahl von relativen Indexierungspositionen definiert, die ebenso vielen relativen Ausrichtungen des Motivs (19) in Bezug auf das Gehäuse (100) entsprechen, wobei die Unterbaugruppe (20) und das Rohr (9) so angeordnet sind, dass sie durch Verschrauben bis zu einer Anschlagposition zusammenwirken, die einer vollständig verschraubten Position der Unterbaugruppe (20) in dem Rohr (9) entspricht, wobei die Unterbaugruppe (20) ein erstes axiales Anschlagmittel (8) umfasst, das an dem Kronenkörper (1) befestigt ist, um diesen axial einzuschließen, in der axialen Richtung (D) der Festlauf (3) mit einer axialen Bahn, die dem Verformungsbereich der Kronenfeder (4) entspricht, um das Auskuppeln durch einen Zug des Kronenkörpers (1) zwischen dem vorderen Indexierungsrelief (15) und dem vorderen komplementären Indexierungsrelief (35) zu ermöglichen.
- Ausrichtbare Schraubenkrone (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste axiale Anschlagmittel (8) einen ringförmigen Ring mit einer vorderen Anschlagauflagefläche (81) umfasst, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der axialen Richtung (D) verläuft und so angeordnet ist, dass sie in Anschlagauflage mit einer der Kronenfedern (4) zusammenwirkt.
- Ausrichtbare Schraubenkrone (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste axiale Anschlagmittel (8) mindestens eine ringförmige Nut (82) zur Aufnahme einer Dichtung (6) aufweist, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie mit einer Dichtungsauflagefläche (92) zusammenwirkt, die das Rohr (9) aufweist, und die so angeordnet ist, dass sie die Dichtung (6) in der vollständig verschraubten Position der Unterbaugruppe (20) in dem Rohr (9) komprimiert.
- Ausrichtbare Schraubenkrone (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterbaugruppe (20) nicht demontierbar ist und eine bewegliche Kanone (7) mit Befestigungsmitteln (71) umfasst, die für die Befestigung der ausrichtbaren Schraubenkrone (10) an einem Steuerorgan angeordnet sind, das in einem Gehäuse (100) untergebracht ist, wobei die bewegliche Kanone (7) axial gemäß der axialen Richtung (D) gegen die Wirkung von elastischen Rückstellmitteln (5) in einer Kammer (31) beweglich ist, die einerseits durch den Festlauf (3) und andererseits durch den Kronenkörper (1) oder durch einen mit dem Kronenkörper (1) fest verbundenen Ring (2) definiert ist, und in welcher Kammer (31) die bewegliche Kanone (7) eingeschlossen montiert ist.
- Ausrichtbare Schraubenkrone (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Festlauf (3) ein Gewinde (31) aufweist, das so angeordnet ist, dass es mit einem Innengewinde (91) zusammenwirkt, das das Rohr (9) aufweist.
- Ausrichtbare Schraubenkrone (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere Indexierungsrelief (15) und das vordere komplementäre Indexierungsrelief (35) komplementäre Stirnverzahnungen aufweisen.
- Ausrichtbare Schraubenkrone (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere Indexierungsrelief (15) von einem Ring (2) getragen wird, der fest mit dem Kronenkörper (1) verbunden ist.
- Uhrengehäuse (100), das ein Mittelteil (110) mit mindestens einer durchgehenden Lagerung (90) für die Aufnahme einer ausrichtbaren Schraubenkrone (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 umfasst, die das Gehäuse (100) aufweist.
- Uhr (1000) mit einem Gehäuse (100) nach Anspruch 8.
- Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer ausrichtbaren Schraubenkrone (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, mit den folgenden Schritten:- die Unterbaugruppe (20) vorzubereiten, indem das vordere Indexierungsrelief (15) in das vordere komplementäre Indexierungsrelief (35) eingefügt wird, indem die Kronenfeder (4) in Abstützung auf den Festlauf (3) eingefügt wird, die ihrerseits in Abstützung auf dem Kronenkörper (1) oder einem mit dem Kronenkörper (1) fest verbundenen Ring (2) ist, indem sie den Kronenkörper (1) oder das erste axiale Anschlagmittel (8) innen mit mindestens einer Dichtung (8) ausstatten, indem sie das erste axiale Anschlagmittel (8) irreversibel an dem Kronenkörper (1) befestigen;- das Rohr (9) vorbereiten und es auf die Unterbaugruppe (20) schrauben.
- Verfahren zum Montieren einer ausrichtbaren Schraubenkrone (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 auf ein Gehäuse (100) nach Anspruch 8, mit den folgenden Schritten:- Zusammenbauen der ausrichtbaren Schraubenkrone (10) nach dem Verfahren des Anspruchs 10;- Einführen des Rohrs (9) axial in der axialen Richtung (D) in die Lagerung (90) des Mittelteils (8) in dem Mittelteil (100) und Befestigen des Rohrs an dem Mittelteil (110) durch Verschrauben oder Eintreiben bis zu einer Schraub- bzw. Eintreib-Anschlagposition;- Messen der Abweichung der Winkelorientierung des Musters (19) von der gewünschten Position und Bestimmen der Anzahl der Indexkorrekturschritte;- den Kronenkörper (1) axial von dem Mittelteil (110) wegzuziehen und dann den Kronenkörper (1) zu drehen, bis die gewünschte Winkelausrichtung erreicht ist;- den Kronenkörper (1) loslassen.
- Verfahren zum Montieren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Vorbereitung der Unterbaugruppe (20):- man in einer Kammer (31), die durch die Nebeneinanderstellung einerseits des Kronenkörpers (1) bzw. des Rings (2) und andererseits des Festlaufs (3) gebildet wird, elastische Rückstellmittel (5) einschließt, die dazu neigen, eine bewegliche Kanone (7) zurückzudrücken, die Befestigungsmittel (101) umfasst, die für die Befestigung der ausrichtbaren Schraubenkrone (10) an einem in dem Gehäuse (100) untergebrachten Steuerorgan angeordnet sind, wobei die bewegliche Kanone (7) des Weiteren durch die feste Kanone (3) in der Kammer (31) eingeschlossen wird;- man das vordere Indexierungsrelief (15), das von dem Kronenkörper (1) bzw. dem Ring (2) getragen wird, in das vordere komplementäre Indexierungsrelief (35), das von dem Festlauf (3) getragen wird, einführt;- jede Kronenfeder (4) zwischen dem Festlauf (3) und dem ersten axialen Anschlagmittel (8) angeordnet wird;- die Bahn der festen Kanone (3) in Bezug auf den Kronenkörper (1) durch Befestigung des ersten axialen Anschlagmittels (8) am Kronenkörper (1) axial begrenzt wird, so dass jede Kronenfeder (4) ohne Spiel in dem axialen Raum gehalten wird, der einerseits durch den Kronenkörper (1) bzw. den Ring (2) und andererseits durch die feste Kanone (3) begrenzt wird;- dann wird das erste axiale Anschlagmittel (8) irreversibel an dem Kronenkörper (1) befestigt, um eine nicht demontierbare Unterbaugruppe zu bilden.
