Claims (14)
- Panneau de clôture temporaire (1) pour sites de construction comprenant un cadre (2) tubulaire métallique et un élément de séparation (3; 30) fixé audit cadre (2), ledit cadre (2) comprenant une paire de montants (4) et une paire de traverses (5, 15; 25) dont au moins une a des extrémités (6) opposées fixées auxdits montants (4) par soudage, dans lequel chaque extrémité (6) de ladite au moins une traverse (5; 25) comprend une première partie (8) qui est aplatie et dans laquelle un siège de couplage (7) est formé de manière à recevoir une paroi externe (14) du montant (4) respectif et à venir en butée contre celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que chaque extrémité (6) de ladite au moins une traverse (5; 25) comprend en outre une deuxième partie (9) qui est aplatie et une troisième partie (10) qui est effilée et connectée à un corps central (11) de ladite au moins une traverse (5; 25), ladite deuxième partie (9) étant interposée entre ladite première partie (8) et ladite troisième partie (10).
- Panneau de clôture temporaire (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits montants (4) et lesdites traverses (5, 15; 25) comprennent des éléments tubulaires allongés respectifs ayant une section transversale circulaire et ledit siège de couplage (7) a une forme semi-cylindrique concave, en particulier ayant un diamètre interne sensiblement égal à un diamètre externe desdits montants (4).
- Panneau de clôture temporaire (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit siège de couplage (7) est obtenu par déformation plastique de l'extrémité (6) respective de ladite au moins une traverse (5; 25), en particulier au moyen d'une matrice associée à une presse.
- Panneau de clôture temporaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit siège de couplage (7) est formé dans ladite première partie (8) qui est aplatie et en forme de "C" par un processus d'aplatissement et de moulage.
- Panneau de clôture temporaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite deuxième partie (9) qui est aplatie est agencée presque parallèlement aux premiers axes longitudinaux (X) desdits montants (4) et aux deuxièmes axes longitudinaux (Y) desdites traverses (5, 15; 25).
- Panneau de clôture temporaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque extrémité (6) de ladite au moins une traverse (5; 25) est fixée au montant (4) respectif au moyen d'une soudure (20) qui s'étend parallèlement à un premier axe longitudinal (X) dudit montant (4) et relie ladite paroi externe (14) dudit montant (4) à une zone de jonction (12) de l'extrémité (6) de ladite au moins une traverse (5; 25) qui est interposée entre ladite première partie (8) et ladite deuxième partie (9).
- Panneau de clôture temporaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit cadre (2) comprend une traverse supérieure (15) rendue solidaire desdits montants (4), et une traverse inférieure (5) ayant des extrémités (6) opposées dotées de sièges de couplage (7) respectifs fixés auxdits montants (4) par soudage.
- Panneau de clôture temporaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel ledit cadre (2) comprend une traverse supérieure (25) et une traverse inférieure (5) qui sont sensiblement identiques, parallèles et espacées, et qui ont des extrémités (6) opposées respectives dotées de sièges de couplage (7) fixés auxdits montants (4) par soudage.
- Panneau de clôture temporaire (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément de séparation (3; 30) comprend un parmi un treillis métallique, une grille, un écran ondulé ou plat ou une feuille de métal, un profilé en feuille de métal.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de clôture temporaire (1) pour sites de construction qui comporte un cadre (2) tubulaire métallique et un élément de séparation (3; 30) fixé audit cadre (2), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :- fournir une paire de montants (4) et une paire de barres transversales (5, 15; 25), lesdits montants (4) et lesdites traverses (5, 15; 25) comprenant des éléments tubulaires allongés respectifs ;- déformer plastiquement des extrémités (6) opposées d'au moins une traverse (5; 25) de façon à obtenir sur chacune desdites extrémités (6) un siège de couplage (7) formé de manière à recevoir une paroi externe (14) d'un montant (4) et à venir en butée contre celle-ci ;- coupler chaque extrémité (6) de ladite au moins une traverse (5; 25) à un montant (4) respectif de sorte que le siège de couplage (7) reçoive la paroi externe (14) dudit montant (4) et vienne en butée contre celle-ci ;- fixer chaque extrémité (6) de ladite au moins une traverse (5; 25) à la paroi externe (14) dudit montant (4) par soudage et réaliser ledit cadre (2) ;- fixer ledit élément de séparation (3; 30) audit cadre (2) par soudage ;caractérisé en ce que ladite déformation plastique comprend l'aplatissement et le moulage de chaque extrémité (6) de ladite au moins une traverse (5; 25) de manière à obtenir une première partie (8) qui est aplatie, en particulier qui est en forme de "C", et forme ledit siège de couplage (7), une deuxième partie (9) qui est aplatie et régulière, en particulier agencée presque parallèlement aux premiers axes longitudinaux (X) desdits montants (4) et aux deuxièmes axes longitudinaux (Y) desdites traverses (5, 15; 25), et une troisième partie (10) effilée et connectée à un corps central (11) cylindrique de ladite au moins une traverse (5 ;25), ladite deuxième partie (9) étant interposée entre ladite première partie (8) et ladite troisième partie (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel lesdits éléments tubulaires desdits montants (4) et traverses (5, 15; 25) ont une section transversale circulaire et ladite déformation plastique comprend le moulage dudit siège de couplage (7) avec une forme semi-cylindrique concave, en particulier avec un diamètre interne sensiblement égal à un diamètre externe du montant (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans lequel la fixation de chaque extrémité (6) de ladite au moins une traverse (5 ;25) à la paroi externe (14) du montant (4) respectif par soudage comprend la réalisation d'une soudure (20) qui s'étend parallèlement à un premier axe longitudinal (X) dudit montant (4) et relie ladite paroi externe (14) à une zone de jonction (12) de ladite extrémité (6), ladite zone de jonction (12) étant interposée entre ladite première partie (8) et ladite deuxième partie (9).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, comprenant la fourniture d'une paire de montants (4) et d'une traverse supérieure (15) qui sont rendus solidaires par pliage d'un seul élément tubulaire.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, comprenant :- la déformation plastique d'extrémités (6) opposées de deux traverses (5, 25) de ladite paire de traverses (5, 15; 25) de manière à obtenir un siège de couplage (7) sur chaque extrémité (6) ;- le couplage de chaque extrémité (6) desdites traverses (5, 25) à un montant (4) respectif de sorte qu'un siège de couplage (7) reçoive et rencontre la paroi extérieure (14) dudit montant (4) ; et- la fixation de chaque extrémité (6) desdites traverses (5, 25) au montant (4) respectif par soudage.
