Claims (7)
- Appareil de cuisson (1) comprenant un corps (2), une chambre de cuisson (3) prévue dans le corps (2), dans laquelle sont placés des produits à cuire, un châssis (4) entourant la chambre de cuisson (3), en forme de boîte ouverte sur le côté avant, un dispositif de chauffage (5) prévu dans la chambre de cuisson (3), permettant la cuisson des produits alimentaires, et une pierre de cuisson (6) en matériau réfractaire, placée dans la chambre de cuisson (3), ayant une surface de support sur laquelle sont placés les produits alimentaires, au moins un capteur de chaleur (7) prévu sur la chambre de cuisson (3), permettant de détecter la température de la pierre de cuisson (6), caractérisé par un système de lavage (10) prévu sur le châssis (4) permettant de transmettre l'eau reçue du secteur sur la pierre de cuisson et une unité de commande (9) décidant de la saleté de la pierre de cuisson (6) en comparant les informations de variation de température prédéfinies sur celle-ci par le producteur avec les informations reçues du capteur de chaleur (7) et permettant d'activer le système de lavage (10) ou d'alerter l'utilisateur lors de la détection de la saleté de la pierre de cuisson (6).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la déclaration 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité de commande (9) décide que la pierre de cuisson (6) est sale si les valeurs de température reçues du capteur de chaleur (7) sont inférieures aux valeurs de température préenregistrées par le producteur.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la déclaration 1 ou la déclaration 2, caractérisé par au moins un capteur de proximité (8) prévu sur l'espace de cuisson (3), permettant de détecter la distance entre la pierre de cuisson (6) et le fond de l'espace de cuisson (3), et par l'unité de commande (9) décidant conjointement avec l'information de chaleur de la saleté de la pierre de cuisson (6) en comparant l'information de distance à la pierre de cuisson (6) prédéfinie sur celle-ci par le producteur avec l'information reçue du capteur de proximité (8).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le système de lavage (10) comporte une entrée d'eau (11) permettant d'introduire de l'eau prélevée sur le réseau dans la chambre de cuisson (3), un réservoir de détergent (12) prévu sur le châssis (4), pouvant être rempli de détergent par l'utilisateur, et une entrée de détergent (13) permettant d'introduire le détergent contenu dans le réservoir de détergent (12) dans la chambre de cuisson (3).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité de commande (9) permet, pendant le processus de lavage, d'activer le dispositif de chauffage (5) après l'introduction d'eau dans la chambre de cuisson (3).
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par un filtre (14) prévu sur le châssis (4), permettant de purger l'eau utilisée dans le processus de lavage des particules de saleté.
- Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par une turbine (15) raccourcissant la durée de nettoyage en permettant d'actionner l'eau après l'introduction d'eau dans la chambre de cuisson (3).
