Claims (10)

  1. Modulare Zaunkonstruktion, umfassend mindestens einen Pfosten (2), der zum Stützen mindestens eines querverlaufenden Aufnahmeelements (3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 19) und/oder mindestens einer Wange (4) ausgelegt ist, wobei der besagte mindestens eine Pfosten (2) durch einen Rohrkörper gebildet wird, wobei die besagte modulare Zaunkonstruktion mindestens ein Verbindungs- und Stützelement (200) des besagten mindestens einen Pfostens (2) für die Verbindung, z.B. lösbar, des besagten mindestens einen Pfostens (2) mit dem Boden (S) oder in einem Bordstein oder einer niedrigen Mauer (B), die am Boden (S) festgehalten ist, sowie als Stütze des besagten mindestens einen Pfostens (2) umfasst, wobei das besagte mindestens eine Verbindungs- und Stützelement (200) auf einer Seite im Boden (S) oder in einem Bordstein oder einer niedrigen Mauer (B) verbindbar oder fixierbar oder eingepasst ist und auf der anderen Seite in das Durchgangsloch (2a), das von einem jeweiligen Pfosten (2) begrenzt wird, einsetzbar oder eingesetzt ist oder nebeneinanderliegend oder außerhalb eines jeweiligen Pfostens (2) angeordnet ist, die besagte Konstruktion weiterhin umfassend Mittel zum Festhalten oder Eingreifen (24) des besagten mindestens einen Verbindungs- und Stützelements (200) mit dem besagten mindestens einen Pfosten (2), worin das besagte mindestens eine Verbindungs- und Stützelement eine Profilleiste oder Stange (200) mit U-förmigem Abschnitt umfasst und eine Hauptbahn (200a) mit zwei Kanten oder Flügeln (200b) beinhaltet, die in Bezug auf die Hauptbahn (200a) gefaltet sind, wobei die besagte Profilleiste oder Stange (200) in den besagten mindestens einen Pfosten (2) eingesetzt ist oder nebeneinanderliegend oder außerhalb des besagten mindestens einen Pfostens (2) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Profilleiste oder Stange (200) erste Schlitze begrenzt, die bei Verwendung eine vertikale Haupterstreckung aufweisen, wohingegen der besagte mindestens eine Pfosten (2) zweite Schlitze begrenzt, die bei Verwendung eine horizontale Haupterstreckung aufweisen und teilweise mit den ersten Schlitzen in der Profilleiste oder Stange (200) für das Einsetzen einer Schraube oder eines Bolzens (24a) der Mittel zum Festhalten oder Eingreifen (24) ausgerichtet sind, sodass es möglich ist, bidirektionale Einstellungen für die Installation des Zauns durchzuführen, oder worin die besagte Profilleiste oder Stange (200) erste Schlitze begrenzt, die bei Verwendung eine horizontale Haupterstreckung aufweisen, wohingegen der besagte mindestens eine Pfosten (2) zweite Schlitze begrenzt, die bei Verwendung eine vertikale Haupterstreckung aufweisen und teilweise mit den ersten Schlitzen in der Profilleiste oder Stange (200) für das Einsetzen einer Schraube oder eines Bolzens (24a) der Mittel zum Festhalten oder Eingreifen (24) ausgerichtet sind, sodass es möglich ist, bidirektionale Einstellungen für die Installation des Zauns durchzuführen.
  2. Konstruktion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte mindestens eine Verbindungs- und Stützelement (200) einen Rundstab oder einen Stab umfasst.
  3. Konstruktion nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin die besagte Hauptbahn (200a) ihre Enden mit den jeweiligen Segmenten der Innenfläche (2c) oder der Außenfläche (2b) des Pfostens (2) in Kontakt hat.
  4. Konstruktion nach irgendeinem vorangegangenen Anspruch, worin die besagten Mittel zum Festhalten oder Eingreifen (24) eine Schraube oder einen Bolzen (24a) beinhalten, die mit einer Mutter oder einem Paar Muttern (24b, 24c) in Eingriff bringbar ist/sind.
  5. Konstruktion nach Anspruch 4, worin die besagte erste Mutter (24b) zum Festhalten oder Festziehen der Schraube (24a) an der Hauptbahn (200a) vorgesehen ist und eine zweite Mutter (24c) zum Festhalten oder Festziehen der Schraube (24a) am Pfosten (2) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Konstruktion nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, worin der besagte mindestens eine Pfosten eine Vielzahl von Pfosten (2) umfasst, die zum Stützen einer Vielzahl von querverlaufenden Aufnahmeelementen (3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 19) ausgelegt sind, wobei die besagten Pfosten (2) durch metallische Rohrkörper gebildet werden, wobei die besagte Konstruktion dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die besagten Pfosten (2) eine Vielzahl von geformten Kerben (11, 111) aufweisen, die entlang der Verlängerung derselben ausgebildet sind, die dazu ausgelegt sind, die schnelle und sichere Verbindung der besagten Aufnahmeelemente (3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 19) zu ermöglichen.
  7. Konstruktion nach einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte mindestens eine Pfosten (2) aus COR-TEN-Stahl hergestellt ist.
  8. Verfahren zum Befestigen einer modularen Zaunkonstruktion im Boden nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - des Einpassens oder Einsetzens des besagten mindestens einen Verbindungs- und Stützelements (200) in den Boden (S) oder in einen Bordstein oder eine kleine Mauer (C), die am Boden (S) festgehalten oder befestigt ist;
    - des Anordnens des besagten mindestens einen Pfostens (2) um das besagte mindestens eine Verbindungs- und Stützelement herum oder nebeneinanderliegend daran (200), und
    - des Befestigens des besagten mindestens einen Verbindungs- und Stützelements (200) an dem besagten mindestens einen Pfosten (2) durch Mittel zum Festhalten oder Eingreifen (24).
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, worin der besagte mindestens eine Pfosten (2) nicht in den Boden (S) oder in einen Bordstein oder eine niedrige Mauer (C) eingepasst oder eingesetzt ist, sondern er darauf aufgelegt oder in Bezug darauf erhoben ist und durch das besagte mindestens eine Verbindungs- und Stützelement (200) und durch die besagten Mittel zum Festhalten oder Eingreifen (24) gestützt wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, worin das besagte mindestens eine Verbindungs- und Stützelement (200) in den Boden (S) oder in einen Bordstein oder eine kleine Mauer (C), die am Boden (S) festgehalten oder befestigt ist, mittels einer Pfahlrammmaschine eingepasst oder eingesetzt wird.
