Claims (12)
- Conteneur modulaire (200) pour une collecte séparée de déchets, où son espace intérieur est divisé en différentes sections, pouvant contenir deux, trois ou quatre sacs différents séparés les uns des autres, le conteneur comprenant :- une série d'éléments radiaux (201a, 201b, 201c, 201d), chacun d'eux étant représenté par un module indépendant qui, avec les autres modules, réalise une structure générale ayant la forme d'un cône ou d'un cylindre ; lesdits éléments radiaux (201a, 201b, 201c, 201d) peuvent être connectés les uns aux autres le long de leurs bordures latérales droite et gauche respectives, en utilisant un mécanisme de connexion respectif (220); l'un desdits éléments radiaux comprend un boîtier externe (205) afin d'y insérer un éventuel rajout ;- un élément de base articulé (202), comportant à leur tour deux plates-formes (203a, 203b), représentées par des éléments pouvant tourner l'une par rapport à l'autre, et par rapport à un premier pivot central (204) ; sur ledit élément de base (202) la structure générale du conteneur modulaire (200) se dresse ;- un couvercle supérieur articulé (250), de forme circulaire, comportant à leur tour deux secteurs circulaires fixes (251a, 251b) et une série de secteurs circulaires mobiles (252a, 252b, 252c, 252d, 252e, 252f) pouvant tourner en par rapport auxdits secteurs circulaires fixes (251a, 251b) et par rapport à un deuxième pivot central (254); ledit couvercle (250) présente une saillie articulée (253) sur sa bordure radiale, ladite saillie (253) étant insérée dans ledit boîtier extérieur (205), de sorte qu'un mécanisme d'ouverture/fermeture est réalisé dans le même couvercle (250) en ce qui concerne audit conteneur modulaire (200),de sorte qu'un même conteneur (200) présente une configuration assemblée pour une utilisation standard, et une configuration démontée pour le transport, où lesdits éléments radiaux (201a, 201b, 201c, 201d) sont déconnectés, ledit élément de base (202) est déconnecté et fermé sur lui-même, et ledit couvercle (250) est déconnecté et fermé sur lui-même.
- Conteneur modulaire (200) pour une collecte séparée de déchets, selon la revendication précédente 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif (120) qui comprend à son tour :- une ceinture (121) supportant au moins une entretoise (122, 123, ...), ladite ceinture (121) devant être appliquée sur les parois extérieures de la face supérieure (101) du conteneur (200) ; la ceinture (121) étant adaptable et de longueur variable, c'est-à-dire par un fermoir à fente (124), par rapport à différents types et/ou tailles de récipient (200), ayant une surface de contact interne en un matériau adhésif au même conteneur (200), et une surface extérieure présentant des protubérances (125a, 125b, 125c, ...) qui permettent de tirer la ceinture (121), de sorte que les autres composants du dispositif (120) peuvent être installés ;- la au moins une armature (122, 123, ...) supportant des sacs ou multi-sacs, ladite au moins une armature (122, 123, ...) étant de type élastique, et ayant la face intérieure faite du même adhésif un matériau appartenant à ladite courroie (121) ; la au moins une entretoise (122, 123, ...) est disposée en diagonale, et ses extrémités (122a, 122b) et (123a, 123b) sont fixées à la ceinture (121) du conteneur (200), ils comprennent des rainures (122c, 122d, 122e, 122f, ...) à une distance spécifique qui permettent l'insertion et l'installation correctes des sacs ou multi-sacs respectifs ;- certains sacs ou multi-sacs compatibles avec l'environnement, où les multi-sacs sont composés de plusieurs sacs simples, de manière à réaliser plus de sections de collecte dans le conteneur (200), c'est-à-dire deux, trois ou quatre sections, afin de réaliser une collecte séparée de déchets; les sacs ou multi-sacs peuvent être fixés soit dans les rainures (122c, 122d, 122e, 122f, ...) des croisillons diagonaux (122, 123,...), et sous la ceinture de support (121) installée sur le conteneur (200); en tirant une ligne de trous préfixés sur le multi-sac, il est possible de désinstaller, retirer et échanger chacun des sacs individuels, de manière autonome et indépendante par rapport à l'autre partie de la structure.
- Conteneur modulaire (200) pour une collecte séparée de déchets, selon la revendication précédente 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :- une armature unique (122) supportant des sacs ou multi-sacs, ladite armature (122) étant de type élastique, et ayant la face interne réalisée dans le même matériau adhésif appartenant à ladite ceinture (121) ; le renfort (122) est placé selon un diamètre du conteneur (200), et ses extrémités (122a, 122b) sont fixées à la ceinture (121), le renfort (122) comporte des rainures (122c, 122d, 122e, 122f ), à une distance spécifique, qui permettent l'insertion et l'installation correctes des sacs ou multi-sacs respectifs.
- Conteneur modulaire (200) pour une collecte séparée de déchets, selon la revendication précédente 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :- deux bretelles (122, 123) supportant des sacs ou multi-sacs, lesdites bretelles (122, 123) étant de type élastique, et ayant la face intérieure constituée du même matériau adhésif appartenant à ladite ceinture (121) ; les croisillons (122, 123) sont placés selon les diamètres du récipient (200) et ils se croisent selon un angle de 90°, où un premier croisillon (123) traverse un trou (126) placé dans un deuxième croisillon ( 122), et leurs extrémités (122a, 122b) et (123a, 123b) sont fixées à la ceinture (121), les croisillons (122, 123) comportent des rainures (122c, 122d, 122e, 122f, ...), à un distance spécifique, qui permettent l'insertion et l'installation correctes des sacs ou multi-sacs respectifs.
- Conteneur modulaire (200) pour une collecte séparée de déchets, selon la revendication précédente 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :- trois bretelles (130, 131, 132), ou une entretoise primaire (130, 131) et une entretoise secondaire (132), sacs de support ou multi-sacs, lesdites bretelles (130, 131, 132) étant de type élastique, et ayant le côté intérieur fait du même matériau adhésif appartenant à ladite ceinture (121) ; les croisillons (130, 131, 132) sont disposés en rayons du conteneur (200) et se croisent selon un angle de 120°, où les trois croisillons (130, 131, 132) sont reliés à l'une de leurs extrémités , soit le renfort secondaire (132) traverse un trou (126) placé sur le renfort primaire (130, 131), avec leurs extrémités fixées à la ceinture (121), les renforts (130, 131, 132) comportent des rainures à une distance spécifique qui permet l'insertion et l'installation correctes des sacs ou multi-sacs respectifs.
- Conteneur modulaire (200) pour une collecte séparée de déchets, selon la revendication précédente 1, caractérisé en ce que :- ledit mécanisme de liaison (220) desdits éléments radiaux (201a, 201b, 201c, 201d) le long de leurs bordures latérales respectives droite (222) et gauche (221) est composé d'un élément en saillie (224), ayant c'est à dire la forme d'un cylindre, qui est inséré dans un logement creux approprié (223), ayant une forme complémentaire, de sorte que deux desdits éléments radiaux (201a, 201b, 201c, 201d) sont joints latéralement et maintenus connectés.
- Conteneur modulaire (200) pour une collecte séparée de déchets, selon la revendication précédente 1, caractérisé en ce que :- ledit mécanisme de liaison (240) de deux éléments radiaux le long de leurs bordures latérales respectives droite (242) et gauche (241) est composé de quelques éléments saillants (244a, 244b), ayant c'est-à-dire la forme d'un cylindre, qui sont insérés en des logements creux (245a, 245b), ayant une forme complémentaire ; dans une première étape les bordures latérales droite (242) et gauche (241) sont placées à des hauteurs différentes du sol de sorte que les éléments saillants (244a, 244b) soient placés dans les espaces (243a, 243b), dans une deuxième étape les le bord latéral droit (242) est décalé de sorte que les éléments saillants (244a, 244b) s'insèrent complètement dans les logements (245a, 245b) du bord latéral gauche (241), et de sorte que lesdits deux éléments radiaux soient joints latéralement et maintenus connecté.
- Conteneur modulaire (200) pour une collecte séparée de déchets, selon la revendication précédente 1, caractérisé en ce que :- ledit couvercle supérieur articulé (250) comprend un mécanisme d'ouverture/fermeture selon lequel lesdits secteurs circulaires mobiles (252a, 252b, 252c, 252d, 252e, 252f) tournent par rapport auxdits secteurs circulaires fixes (251a, 251b) et par rapport audit deuxième pivot central (254); en position fermée lesdits secteurs circulaires (252a, 252b, 252c, 252d, 252e, 252f) sont placés sous lesdits secteurs circulaires fixes (251a, 251b) et la structure occupe un espace réduit, en position ouverte lesdits secteurs circulaires (252a, 252b, 252c, 252d, 252e, 252f) sont placés côte à côte avec lesdits secteurs circulaires fixes (251a, 251b) et la structure est conformée approximativement en disque.
- Conteneur modulaire (200) pour une collecte séparée de déchets, selon la revendication précédente 1, caractérisé en ce que :- ledit élément de base articulé (202) comprend un mécanisme d'ouverture/fermeture selon lequel lesdites deux plates-formes (203a, 203b) tournent l'une par rapport à l'autre et par rapport audit premier pivot central (204); en position fermée lesdites deux plates-formes (203a, 203b) sont placées l'une sous l'autre et la structure occupe un espace réduit, en position ouverte lesdites deux plates-formes (203a, 203b) sont placées l'une perpendiculairement à l'autre, et la structure est approximativement en forme de croix.
- Conteneur modulaire (200) pour une collecte séparée de déchets, selon les revendications précédentes 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :- un sac de transport (300), ayant de préférence la forme d'un parallélépipède et ayant une poche latérale (303); à l'intérieur du sac (300) les composants du conteneur modulaire (200) sont contenus, et ils sont représentés par : les éléments radiaux (201a, 201b, 201c, 201d) qui sont déconnectés et alignés les uns avec les autres afin d'occuper moins d'espace que possible ; l'élément de base articulé (202) en position fermée ; le couvercle supérieur articulé (250) en position fermée.
- Conteneur modulaire (200) portable et adapté au voyage, et apte à réaliser une collecte séparée des déchets, selon les revendications précédentes 1 et 2, en matière plastique ou en métal, caractérisé en ce qu'il réalise une structure composée de :- une base circulaire qui est placée dans une direction horizontale, et présentant une bordure radiale externe avec une surface en velcro, comprenant en outre un logement vertical fileté, afin d'insérer une tige par une opération de vissage ;- une série de tiges, ayant leurs extrémités respectives taraudées les unes aux autres de façon complémentaire, disposées selon une direction verticale, ayant une première tige vissée dans ledit logement, et les autres tiges étant vissées entre elles à leurs extrémités respectives, l'une à la suite de l'autre, suivant la direction verticale, pour composer une barre de support ;- au moins deux sections circulaires, ayant une bordure radiale externe avec une surface en velcro, qui comprennent un trou à la même bordure radiale, de sorte qu'elles puissent être placées dans une direction horizontale, à une distance spécifique l'une de l'autre et par rapport à ladite base circulaire, ils peuvent être reliés par une vis et peuvent être supportés latéralement par ladite barre de support, aux points des tiges qui traversent lesdits trous ;- un couvercle circulaire, ayant la même taille que la base circulaire, qui est relié à la face supérieure de la structure par un mécanisme, de sorte qu'il puisse être ouvert et fermé, en tirant une protubérance spécifique dessus ;- un tissu souple en matière synthétique, qui est enroulé autour d'un cylindre afin de contenir ladite base circulaire et lesdites sections circulaires à l'intérieur, étant relié radialement à eux par un mécanisme velcro.
- Conteneur modulable (200) portable et ambulant, pour une collecte séparée des déchets, selon la revendication précédente 11, caractérisé en ce que :- lesdits composants sont composés : d'une base circulaire, d'une série de tiges, d'au moins deux sections circulaires, d'un couvercle circulaire, d'un tissu souple ; lesdits composants peuvent être démontés et peuvent être contenus dans un petit espace, contraint en partie inférieure par ladite base circulaire, et contraint en partie supérieure par ledit couvercle circulaire qui se connecte parfaitement selon son mécanisme velcro, afin qu'un kit portable et adapté au voyage, permettant une collecte séparée des déchets puisse être réalisé.
