    - wherein the cutting arm (3) has an upper protective position with the cutting blade (14) above the sliding surface (12) and a lowered cutting position with a cutting edge (15) of the cutting blade (14) beneath the sliding surface (12).

    - the cutting arm (3) is supported on or in the main body by means of a restoring spring (4) in the upper protective position,
