- Vacuum insulation transport container (1) for temperature-controlled transport of temperature-sensitive goods, such as foodstuffs, beverages, pharmaceutical products or medical products, which vacuum insulation transport container (1) comprises a receptacle (2) and a lid (3), wherein the receptacle (2), visible in a plan view onto the upper side thereof in the opened state, has an outer upper rim portion (21), an inner upper rim portion (21) and a middle upper rim portion (22) disposed between the outer and inner upper rim portions (21, 23), and wherein the outer upper rim portion (21) at at least one corner comprises an access portion (4).

- Vacuum insulation transport container (1) according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the length (le1, le2) of the first end portion (42) and the second end portion (43) is shorter than the length (lz) of the intermediate portion (41).
- Vacuum insulation transport container (1) according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the length (le1, le2) of the first end portion (42) and the second end portion (43) is more than 1 cm and the length (lz) of the intermediate portion (41) is more than 3 cm.
- Vacuum insulation transport container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the lid (3) comprises an upper rim part (33), a lower rim part (32) and an outer rim part (31), wherein an outer edge of said lower rim part (32) is formed to lie in one plane.
- Vacuum insulation transport container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the receptacle (2) and the lid (3) comprise an outer surface made of expanded polypropylene foam EPP.
