  • pen with retractable tip is meant a type of pen well known for a long time which is characterized by the implementation of a push button, arranged at the opposite end of the tip or of the ball, and on which the user can press axially, in particular using the thumb, against a spring housed in the pen, to move the tip (and the reservoir) between two positions, namely an extended position and a retracted position. From the retracted position, the actuation of the push button has the effect of making the tip emerge from the pen case to an extreme stop position. Then the user can release the pressure on the push button, and the tip will stay in an extended position, in which the user can use the pen to write.

Description

The present invention relates to a device comprising a base part and a removable member removably mounted on the base part. The removable member slides in a sealed manner in the base part over a determined axial stroke. The preferred fields of application of the present invention are those of perfumery, cosmetics or even pharmacy. The base part may be integral with a fluid reservoir, and the movable member may be a stopper, an applicator or a protective cover.

In the field of perfumery, we know the document WO2013 / 017803 which describes an applicator dispenser comprising a removable member provided with an applicator which is adapted to be removed axially by sealingly sliding out of a base part which comprises a dip tube. More precisely, the removable member is unscrewed from the base part, which causes its sliding axial displacement: at the end of unscrewing, the removable member can be completely withdrawn and separated from the base part in order to be able to put the applicator in contact with a suitable surface, such as skin. During unscrewing, a vacuum forms between the base part and the removable member, so that the fluid product stored in a reservoir is sucked through the dip tube to fill the applicator.

The drawback with this dispenser applicator is that the removal of the removable member (by unscrewing), which generates the vacuum, is directly dependent on the user, who unscrews as he wishes. It follows that the vacuum is not always the same, so that the filling of the applicator is not always the same. There is therefore a problem of reproducibility of the filling of the applicator.

The object of the present invention is to remedy this drawback of the prior art by defining a device in which the withdrawal of the removable member is reproducible in a reliable and repeated manner, without the user being able to interfere. The present invention can be applied to the dispenser applicator. of the type described in the document WO2013 / 017803 , but also to any device in which the removable member is removed by sealed sliding of a base part.

In the prior art, the document is known KR2013 / 0003678 which describes a dropper type dispenser. It will be understood that the pipette of the dropper is filled by means of a piston which is moved by means of a mechanism of the "retractable tip pen" type. However, this dropper comprises a reservoir on which is mounted a removable member supporting the pipette, the piston, a spring, as well as a pusher for actuating the piston. The control mechanism of the “retractable point pen” type is implemented inside the removable member, and more precisely between a fixed part forming the body of the removable member and the plunger of the piston. Consequently, in this dropper of the prior art, the removable member does not move relative to the reservoir by means of control means of the “retractable tip pen” type. In addition, the plunger of the piston is indeed moved by means of these control means, but the pusher is not mounted axially in a removable manner on the body of the removable member.

Thus, the present invention provides an applicator device comprising a base part and a removable member mounted axially removably on the base part, the removable member sliding in a sealed manner in the base part over a determined axial stroke, the part base is mounted on a fluid reservoir and comprises a dip tube, a cup at the bottom of which opens an outlet of a dip tube, the cup being provided with a piston lip, and the removable member comprises an appendage of gripping, a tubing capable of sliding in a sealed manner against the piston lip on said determined axial stroke and an applicator capable of retaining a dose of fluid from the dip tube by suction generated by the tight sliding of the tubing against the piston lip on said determined axial stroke,
characterized in that it further comprises control means of the "retractable point pen" type for axially moving the member removable with respect to the base part by pressing axially on the removable member towards the base part, each axial movement by pressing on the removable member being followed by a return movement among two kinds of return movements, namely a small movement return to closed position and a large movement back to gripping position.

Although this document KR2013 / 0003678 discloses the use of control means of the “retractable point pen” type in a fluid dispenser, the advantages induced by the use of these control means are different from those of the present invention. In fact, in this document of the prior art, the filling of the pipette is carried out regardless of the speed of movement of the piston. In the present invention, the speed of movement of the removable member directly influences the state of filling of the applicator, because the filling is not carried out by suction, but by injection of fluid into the applicator. . If the speed of movement of the removable member is low, the jet will be low and the applicator will not be full. For this purpose, see the comments in the document above. WO2013 / 017803 above.

By the expression "pen with retractable tip" is meant a type of pen well known for a long time which is characterized by the implementation of a push button, arranged at the opposite end of the tip or of the ball, and on which the user can press axially, in particular using the thumb, against a spring housed in the pen, to move the tip (and the reservoir) between two positions, namely an extended position and a retracted position. From the retracted position, the actuation of the push button has the effect of making the tip emerge from the pen case to an extreme stop position. Then the user can release the pressure on the push button, and the tip will stay in an extended position, in which the user can use the pen to write. Pressing the push button again by the user will have the effect of extending the tip again to the maximum in the extreme stop position, and the subsequent release of the pressure on the push button will have the effect of letting the tip rest. retract inside the case, so that it is not accessible. The operating cycle of such a retractable point pen can be summarized as follows: each axial movement by pressing the push button is followed by a return movement among two kinds of return movement, namely a small return movement in the extended position and a return movement. large displacement return in retracted position. This type of control is here integrated into the device of the invention by assimilating the removable member to the push button of the retractable point pen, with however a notable difference: in fact, the small displacement in the present invention leads to the closed position. , while it leads to the extended position in a retractable tip pen, and the large return displacement leads in the present invention to the gripping position, while it leads in a retractable tip pen to the retracted position of rest .

Thanks to this control of the “retractable point pen” type, the small return movement and the large return movement are only conditioned by an elastic force (spring), and not by the support force exerted by the user. It is the same in a classic retractable point pen. Indeed, the user of such a pen knows that it suffices for him to press the push button to switch between the extended position and the retracted position, without worrying about the return movements, the speed and force of which are only conditioned by the internal return spring. The implementation of this type of control in the device of the present invention will easily and quickly be identified by the user, who will instinctively know that it suffices for him to press axially on the removable member to switch between the two positions. closed and gripping.

The advantage provided by the implementation of this type of control in the present invention lies in the fact that the sliding of the removable member in the base part on the determined axial stroke is entirely independent of the support force exerted. by the user on the removable member. Thus, the extent of the axial displacement and the speed of the removable member are only dependent on the control means of the retractable tip pen type, and not at all on the pressing force exerted. by the user. It should be noted that this advantage is not present in a conventional retractable point pen, since there is no sliding and sealed axial stroke.

Since the invention of retractable point pens in the 1950s, numerous versions of control means have been developed which allow this retractable point effect. It would be too tedious to list and explain the structure and operation of all of these existing versions. However, most, if not all, of these versions could be integrated and / or adapted to the present invention. By way of illustrative example, an advantageous embodiment provides that the control means comprise:
  • an axial guide profile which defines lower axial stop housings corresponding to the closed position and upper axial stop housings corresponding to the gripping position, the lower axial stop housings being bordered by inclined segments, the axial stop housings high being formed at the end of respective axial guide ducts and bordered by the inclined segments,
  • a sliding thrust ring provided with lugs engaged in two respective axial guide ducts, the sliding thrust ring being provided with a peripheral profile with inclined teeth,
  • a rotary selection ring comprising axial lugs with an inclined tip movable axially from the lower axial stop housings and the upper axial stop housings and in rotation, under the stress of the peripheral profile with inclined teeth and inclined segments which come into engagement with the tips inclined, to pass from the low axial stop housings to the upper axial stop housings, and vice versa,
  • a spring which pushes the rotary selection ring against the sliding thrust ring which in turn presses against the removable member.

This is a non-limiting embodiment which allows easy integration into a device according to the invention.

According to an advantageous aspect of the invention, the large return movement continues beyond the determined axial stroke, so that the removable member is out of sealed contact with the base part in the gripping position. In this case, the whole of the determined axial travel is effected during the large return movement conditioned by the spring. The user only has to pick up the removable member in order to apply it to the application surface which suits him.

Conversely, it is possible to provide for the large return movement to end below the determined axial stroke, so that the removable member is still in sealed contact with the base part in the gripping position. In this case, the user will complete the determined axial stroke by pulling on the removable member until it leaves its sealed contact with the base part. For example, provision can be made for the gripping position to be located at the very end of the travel of the determined axial travel, so that only a very small part of the axial travel remains to be performed by manually pulling on the removable member. .

According to an advantageous embodiment, the axial guide profile is formed inside a case in which are housed the sliding thrust ring, the rotary selection ring, the base part and the removable member in the closed position. . Preferably, all of the component parts of the device are housed entirely inside the case in the closed position, so that the maximum size of the device corresponds exactly to that of the case. Preferably, the case axially guides the removable member during its determined axial stroke.

Advantageously, the applicator comprises a blind sampling and application space formed in the tubing, the fluid product being injected into this blind sampling and application space at the outlet of the dip tube. Thanks to the control means of the “retractable point pen” type, it is guaranteed that the injection of the fluid product into the withdrawal and blind application space is always carried out in an identical manner, both in quantity and speed, since conditioned by the competence. The user no longer has any influence on this step of injecting fluid into the sampling space.

According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the tubing defines a free lower end which is arranged, in the closed position, away from the bottom of the bucket to allow a small initial axial stroke of the removable member relative to the base part of the bucket. so as to bring this free lower end closer to the bottom of the bucket, before starting said determined axial stroke. This small initial axial travel is in fact necessary to allow the rotary selection ring to disengage from the lower axial stop housings. This small axial stroke is also present in a classic retractable point pen: indeed, everyone knows that it is necessary to fully depress the push button from the extended position to make it come out further, before releasing it to that the tip returns to its retracted position inside the pen.

Advantageously, the free lower end of the tubing comes into abutment against the bottom of the cup, before starting said determined axial stroke, so that the sampling and blind application space is directly adjacent to the outlet of the dip tube. . This also guarantees that the entire volume defined between the base part and the removable member is only constituted by the withdrawal and blind application space before the phase of injecting fluid into the interior.

According to an advantageous practical aspect, the fluid reservoir forms a fixing flange engaged inside the case and on which the spring bears to urge the rotary selection ring against the sliding thrust ring. Advantageously, the spring and the rotary selection ring are housed in an annular space defined between the fluid reservoir and the case.

The spirit of the invention lies in the fact of integrating control means of the “retractable point pen” type in a dispenser / applicator, with the aim of guaranteeing the reproducibility of the sealed axial stroke of a movable member by compared to a basic part. He ... not This is not a simple integration of this type of control means, given that the main advantage provided lies in the level of the sealed stroke, which does not exist in a conventional retractable point pen.

The invention will now be described in more detail, with reference to the accompanying drawings, giving by way of non-limiting example, one embodiment of the invention.

The device which has been chosen to illustrate the present invention is a fluid dispenser / applicator in which a removable member 3 is movable in sealed sliding in a base part 2 over a determined axial stroke. Although the application of the invention to a dispenser / applicator of fluid product is a preferred implementation, the The present invention can be adapted to any device in which a removable member is movable in sealed sliding over a determined axial stroke in a base part.

We will first of all refer to figures 1 , 2, 3a , 3b and 3c to describe in detail the different constituent parts of the fluid dispenser / applicator and their mutual arrangement. The fluid product dispenser / applicator comprises a fluid product reservoir 1, a base part 2, a removable member 3, a case 4, a sliding thrust ring 5, a rotary selection ring 6 and a spring 7. All these constituent parts can for example be produced by injection / molding of suitable plastic material. The spring 7 can also be made of metal, as can the case 4.

The reservoir 1 may be of a completely conventional type, comprising a reservoir body 11 closed at its lower end by a reservoir bottom 12 and forming at its upper end a neck 14. It can however be noted that the bottom 12 forms a fixing flange 13 which projects outwardly relative to the tank body 11. Its function will be given below.

Le godet 21 est largement ouvert vers l'extérieur au-delà de la lèvre de piston 23.The base part 2 can optionally be produced as a single piece, but preferably it results from the assembly of several parts. It comprises a cup 21, of substantially cylindrical shape, which forms a bottom 22 at which a dip tube 24 opens at an outlet 25, which acts as an injection orifice, as will be seen below. The dip tube 24 can be an integral part of the cup 21, or be attached as is the case on the figure 1 . At its upper end, the cup 21 is provided with a piston lip 23 of annular shape. The internal diameter of this lip 23 is slightly less than the internal diameter of the cylindrical part of the cup 21. The cup 21 also forms a fixing ring 26 in engagement with the neck 14 of the reservoir 1, with a possible interposition of a gasket. collar. Thus, the base part 1 is mounted in a fixed and sealed manner on the reservoir 1, and the interior of the cup 21 communicates with the reservoir 1 via the plunger tube 24 and the outlet 25. The cup 21 is widely open outwards beyond the piston lip 23.

The appendix 30 includes an upper thrust surface 31 and a peripheral gripping skirt 32 which extends downward from the surface of support 31. The tube 33 has a substantially cylindrical outer wall whose diameter is slightly greater than that of the piston lip 23 so that a sealed sliding contact can be made between the tube 33 and the lip 23. The tube 33 defines an annular free lower end 34 which also forms the lower edge of a blind sampling and application space 35, which is defined inside the tube 33. The figure 1 is shown in a closed position of rest. It can be noted that the free lower end 34 is disposed axially from the bottom 22 of the cup 21. For example, provision can be made for the appendix 30 to close the blind end of the sampling space 33, as is the case. case on the figure 1 . It is easily understood from this figure that the removable member 3 can be moved axially relative to the base part 2 over a determined axial stroke corresponding to the axial sliding movement sealed between the pipe 33 and the piston lip 23. Therefore , a vacuum can be generated between the base part 2 and the removable member 3, when removing the removable member 3. This vacuum creates a suction which has the effect of raising fluid from the reservoir 1 through the dip tube 24, then through the outlet 25 through which the fluid product is injected in the form of an axial jet inside the withdrawal and blind application space 35. This is why the outlet 25 can also be qualified as an orifice for injecting fluid into the space 35.

Lorsque l'espace de prélèvement et d'application 35 est vide, l'utilisateur peut à nouveau remettre en place l'organe amovible 3 sur la pièce de base 2.Once the space 35 thus filled with fluid, a user can completely remove the removable member 3 from the base part 2, so as to be able to bring the free end 34 into contact with a selected application surface, such as than skin, nails, hair, etc. The fluid product is applied by moving the free end 34 in contact with the application surface. When the sampling and application space 35 is empty, the user can again replace the removable member 3 on the base part 2.

According to the invention, this fluid dispenser / applicator is further provided with control means of the “retractable point pen” type, for axially moving the removable member 3 relative to the base part 2 by pressing axially on the bearing surface 31 of the removable member 3 towards the base part 2. The axial downward movement by pressing on the bearing surface 31 is then followed by a return movement among two kinds of return movement, namely a large movement back to gripping position, as visible on the figure 2 , and a small movement back to the closed position, as shown in the figure 1 . This type of control means has been known for a very long time in the field of pens, and known under the name of “pen with retractable tip”. There are many versions of this type of control means, which are for the most part adaptable and integrable with the present invention. However, a particular embodiment will be described for these control means of the “retractable point pen” type. Referring again to figures 1 to 3c , it can be seen that these control means comprise the case 4, the sliding thrust ring 5, the rotary selection ring 6 and the spring 7. The case 4 is fixed, the ring 5 only moves axially, and the crown 6 moves both axially and in rotation with respect to the case 4. The ring 5 also has the function of transmitting the thrust exerted by the spring 7 on the crown 6 to the removable member 3 in order to move it. from its closed position to its gripping position.

The case 4 is, in this nonlimiting embodiment, in the form of a section of hollow tube open right through. Internally, the case 4 forms an axial guide profile 40, which is more clearly visible on the figure 3c , which shows the inner wall of the case 4. This axial guide profile 40 is characterized mainly by an aligned series of axial guide ducts 41, which forms grooves or recesses in the wall. internal of the case 4. These chimneys 41 are open at the bottom and closed at the top. More precisely, the closed upper ends of the chimneys 40 form upper axial stop housings 42, the function of which will be given below. It can also be noted that two adjacent chimneys 41 are separated by a lower axial stop housing 43 bordered by two inclined segments 44. These inclined segments 44 are oriented downward and to the left, when observing the figure 3c . It can thus be said that two adjacent chimneys 41 are separated by a lower axial stop housing 43 and two inclined segments 44. For example, twelve chimneys 41 can be provided on the internal periphery of the case 4. This figure is however not limiting. The axial guide profile 40 can also be defined in a different way. One can for example say that it forms projecting axial tongues separated by the ducts 41 and forming at their lower ends the lower axial stop housings 43 and the inclined segments 44. It can in fact be noted that the case 4 represents a thickness larger wall at its upper part, compared to its lower part. The axial guide profile 40 can for example be disposed closer to its upper end than to its lower end, for example a quarter from its upper end. Its location is, however, dependent on the configuration of the device.

The sliding thrust ring 5, more clearly visible in Figure 3b, has a substantially cylindrical overall shape with a lower edge having a peripheral profile with inclined teeth 56. On the other hand, the outer wall of the ring 5 is provided with a peripheral row of lugs 54 which project radially outwards. These lugs 54 are intended to move in the chimneys 41 of the case 4 without being able to extract them. As a result, the ring 5 can only move axially, without any possible rotating component. These inclined teeth 56 are oriented downward. As can be seen from figures 1 and 2 , the peripheral gripping skirt 32 comes into bearing contact on the upper edge of the ring 5.

The rotary selection ring 6 is also placed inside the case 4 around the reservoir 1. The ring 6 comprises several axial lugs 64 which are advantageously distributed equiangularly. The free upper ends of these axial tabs 64 form inclined spikes 65, with an orientation opposite to the inclined segments 44 of the case 4. The tabs 64 are intended to move axially in the ducts 41, without however being trapped therein, so as to be able to disengage therefrom in order to engage with the inclined segments 44 and to be housed in the lower axial abutment housings 43. The inclined tips 65 also engage with the inclined teeth 56 of the ring 5, so as to induce a rotation of the crown 6 relative to the ring 5 which is fixed in rotation.

The spring 7 can for example be a coil spring, which extends around the body 11 of the reservoir 1, bearing on the fixing flange 13 which is engaged inside the case 4 so as to shut off. The spring 7 on the other hand bears against the lower edge of the crown 6 so as to urge it upwards in the direction of the ring 5. It can thus be noted that the crown 6 and the spring 7 are housed in an annular space E defined between the reservoir 1 and the case 4 and closed by the fixing flange 13. The ring 5 is disposed at the level of the base part 2 in the closed position, and substantially above the base part in the closed position. extended grip, as shown in figure 2 . It can also be noted that the bearing surface 31 is located flush with the upper edge of the case 4 in the closed position.

We can now refer to figures 4, 5 and 6a at 6d to explain the operation of the control means of the invention of the “retractable point pen” type. The figure 4 very schematically represents the dispenser / applicator in the closed position. The tabs 64 of the crown 6 are then engaged in the lower axial stop housing 43 of the case 4. On the figure 5 , it can be seen that the inclined tip 65 comes into contact with an inclined segment 44 of the case 4. The tab 64 is thus pushed axially upwards in its lower axial stop housing 43 by the spring 7. The profile lower inclined teeth 56 of the ring 5 then rests on the inclined tip 65 of the tab 64. It can however be noted that the contact is made between the end of the inclined tip 65 and the start of an inclined tooth 56.

When the user presses with his finger axially on the bearing surface 31 of the removable member 3, the latter moves downwards so as to be inserted inside the case 4. The ring 5 is thus forced to move down. This has the effect of moving the crown 6 against the spring 7 until the tabs 64 disengage from their lower axial stop housing 43. The ring 6 is then free to rotate on itself and the contact between the end of the inclined tip 65 and the start of the inclined tooth 56 induces a rotational movement to the crown 6, because the end of the point 65 will move along the inclined tooth 56, due to their substantially opposite orientation. This movement of the lug 64 in rotation is illustrated in the figures 6b and 6c . It can be seen that the crown 6, released from its lower axial stop housing 43, is rotated by sliding the end of its inclined point 65 against an inclined tooth 56 of the ring 5. As soon as the end of the point 65 comes into abutment against an adjacent tooth of the ring 5, the user can release his thrust on the removable member 3, and the crown 6 can begin its axial rise so as to come into contact with the adjacent inclined segment 44 of the case 4. The inclined tip 65 will again perform a sliding movement along the inclined segment 44, thereby inducing an additional rotational movement to the crown 6 which can then move upwards inside a case. fireplace 41.

On the figures 6a to 6d , we start with figure 6a which represents the crown 6 with a tab 64 engaged in a chimney 41, while the user has already started to press on the removable member 3. By continuing his axial thrust downwards, we see on the figure 6b that the tab 64 has disengaged from the chimney 41 and is free to turn on itself, biased by an inclined tooth 56 of the ring 5. The end of the inclined tip 65 will thus slide along the length of the inclined tooth 56 to abut against the adjacent tooth, as shown in figure 6c . When the user releases his thrust on the removable member 3, the spring pushes the crown 6 upwards so that its inclined point 65 will engage with an inclined segment 44, against which the point 65 will slide to reach in stopper in the bottom axial stopper housing 43, as shown in figure 6d . The crown 6 is then urged against the case 4 by the spring 7, the ring 5 simply resting on the crown 6. The passage of the figure 6d to the figure 6a is not shown, but one can very simply understand that a subsequent push on the removable member 3 has the effect of releasing the tab 64 from its lower axial stop housing 43, after which the end of the point 65 will slide along an inclined tooth 56 of the ring 5, then against an inclined segment 44, to again reach a chimney 41.

We will now refer to figures 7a, 7b and 7c to describe the three possible positions of the removable member 3. We already know the position of the figure 7a , since it is identical to that of figures 1 and 4 , with the removable member 3 in the closed rest position. The bearing surface 31 comes flush with the upper edge of the case 4 and the free end 34 of the tubing 33 is disposed away from the bottom 22 of the cup 21. The ring 6 is in abutment in the abutment housings low axial 43, as can be seen on the figures 5 and 6d . The removable member is held on the base part by the frictional forces between the tubing 33 and the piston lip 23.

When a user wants to use this dispenser / applicator, he begins by pressing axially on the bearing surface 31, which has the effect of pushing the removable member 3 inside the case 4. The lugs 54 move in the chimneys 41 over a small initial axial stroke which is delimited by the stop of the edge of the lower end 34 against the bottom 22 of the bucket 21, as can be seen in the figure figure 7b . This small initial axial travel, of the order of a few millimeters, is sufficient to disengage the ring gear 6 from these lower axial stop housing 43, so as to release it in rotation. It is then subjected to the stress of the ring 5, which with its inclined teeth 56 will rotate the crown 6 on itself. until it comes into abutment with an adjacent inclined tooth. The spring 7 is then compressed to the maximum. From this depressed position, the user can suddenly release his support on the removable member 3, so that the crown 6 is moved upwards under the action of the spring 7. During this movement, the inclined tips 65 of these tabs 64 will meet inclined segments 44 so as to further rotate the crown 6 to engage the tabs 64 in the stacks 41. The crown 6 which moves upwards, will thus push the ring 5, until that its lugs 54 come into abutment against the upper axial stop housing 42 defined at the top of the chimneys 41. We are then in the position of the figure 7c . The removable member 3 which rests on the ring 5 then protrudes widely from the case 4, so that the user can grip it by its peripheral skirt 32.

The return from position 7c to position 7a is effected very simply by pressing on the removable member 3 so as to push it inside the case 4 as far as position 7b. The crown 6 is then released from the chimneys 41 and has already performed a rotational movement under the action of the inclined teeth 56 of the ring 5. The release of the thrust on the removable member 3 then has the effect of engaging the inclined points 65 of the crown 6 with inclined segments 44 of the case 4 so as to induce an additional rotation, again bringing the tabs 64 into abutment in the lower axial stop housings 43, as shown in FIG. figure 6d .

Referring now to figures 2 and 7c , it can be seen that the tube 33 is out of contact with the base part 2 in the extended gripping position. In other words, the upward axial displacement generated by the control means continued beyond the axial sealed stroke between the pipe 33 and the piston lip 23. The removable member 3 is completely separated from the base part 2, and only holds in position by pressing on the ring 5 inside the case 4. The user can thus simply pick up the removable member 3 with its sampling space 35 filled with fluid product . In a variant not shown, it is also possible consider reducing the axial displacement generated by the control means, so that in the extended gripping position, the tubing 33 is still in sealed contact with the piston lip 23. In this case, the user will have to axially pull on the 'removable member 3 to complete the determined sealed axial race.

It should also be noted that the injection of the fluid product into the sampling space 35 through the outlet 25 does not begin until after having released the pressure on the removable member 3 from the depressed position shown in FIG. figure 7b . In this position, the free lower end 34 of the tubing 33 is in abutment against the bottom 22 of the cup 21, so that the inlet of the sampling space 35 is directly adjacent to the outlet 25 through which the product. fluid is injected inside the sampling space 35. We therefore take advantage of these control means of the “retractable tip pen” type to bring the sampling space 35 as close as possible to the injection orifice formed. through the outlet 25 to ensure optimum filling of the sampling space 35.

Thanks to the invention, the manual triggering of a user induces a controlled and reproducible sliding axial displacement of a removable member, making it possible to generate a vacuum to generate an injection of fluid into the applicator. The small initial stroke of the movable member makes it possible to bring the applicator as close as possible to its injection orifice. Thus, the user does not have to worry about the state of filling of the applicator.

characterized in that it further comprises control means (40, 5, 6, 7) of the "retractable-tip pen" type for axially moving the removable member (3) relative to the base part (2) by axially pressing on the removable member (3) towards the base part (2), each axial displacement by pressure on the removable member (3) being followed by a backward displacement among two kinds of backward displacements, namely a small backward displacement in the closed position and a large backward displacement in the gripping position.
  2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the control means comprise:
    - an axial guide profile (40) which defines bottom axial abutment housings (43) corresponding to the closed position and top axial abutment housings (42) corresponding to the gripping position, the bottom axial abutment housings (43) being bordered by inclined segments (44), the top axial abutment housings (42) being formed at the end of respective axial guide wells (41) and bordered by the inclined segments (44),
    - a sliding pushing ring (5) provided with pins (54) engaged in two respective axial guide wells (41), the pushing sliding ring (5) being provided with a peripheral profile with inclined teeth (56),
    - a rotary selection crown (6) comprising axial lugs (64) with inclined tip (65) axially movable from bottom axial abutment housings (43) and top axial abutment housings (42) and in rotation, under the urge of the peripheral profile with inclined teeth (56) and inclined segments (44) which engage with the inclined tips (65), to switch from the bottom axial abutment housings (43) to the top axial abutment housings (42), and vice versa,
    - a spring (7) which pushes the rotary selection crown (6) against the sliding pushing ring (5) which in turn presses against the removable member (3).
  3. The device according to claim 2, wherein the large backward displacement continues beyond the determined axial stroke, so that the removable member (3) is out of sealed contact with the base part (2) in the gripping position.
  4. The device according to claim 2, wherein the large backward displacement ends below the determined axial stroke, so that the removable member (3) is still in sealed contact with the base part (2) in the gripping position.
  5. The device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the axial guide profile (40) is formed inside a case (4) in which are housed the sliding pushing ring (5), the rotary selection crown (6), the spring (7), the base part (2) and the removable member (3) in the closed position.
  6. The device according to claim 5, wherein the removable member (3) is entirely received inside the case (4) in the closed position, the case (4) axially guiding the removable member (3) during its determined axial stroke.
  7. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the applicator comprises a blind sampling and application space (35) formed in the tubing (33), the fluid product being injected in this blind sampling and application space (35) at the outlet (25) of the dip tube (24).
  8. The device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the tubing (33) defines a free lower end (34) which is disposed, in the closed position, away from the bottom (22) of the cup (21) to allow a small initial axial stroke of the removable member (3) relative to the base part (2) so as to bring this free lower end (34) closer to the bottom (22) of the cup (21), before starting said determined axial stroke.
  9. The device according to claim 7, wherein the free lower end (34) of the tubing (33) comes into abutment against the bottom (22) of the cup (21), before starting said determined axial stroke, so that the blind sampling and application space (35) is directly adjacent to the outlet (25) of the dip tube (24) .
  10. The device according to claim 5, wherein the fluid product container (1) forms a fastening flange (13) engaged inside the case (4) and on which the spring (7) bears to urge the rotary selection crown (6) against the sliding pushing ring (5) .
  11. The device according to claim 10, wherein the spring (7) and the rotary selection crown (6) are housed in an annular space (E) defined between the fluid product container (1) and the case (4).
