Eine Steuereinheit 500 überwacht die Position der Gegendruckeinheit 210 und steuert die Antriebseinheit 400, wobei die Antriebseinheit 400 in dem Ausführungsbeispiel einen Gleichstrommotor umfasst. Bei einer alternativen Ausführungsform kann die Antriebseinheit 400 auch anstatt des Gleichstrommotors einen Schrittmotor umfassen, wobei die Positionsermittlung der Gegendruckeinheit 210 mit Hilfe einer Schrittzählung des Schrittmotors durch die Steuereinheit 500 erfolgt. Auch kann alternativ oder zusätzlich eine weitere Sensoreinheit zum Detektieren der Position der Gegendruckeinheit 210 vorgesehen sein.A
Die Zuführeinheit 300 umfasst im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel vier Flügelräder 130a bis 130d, die auf einer Antriebswelle 140 drehfest angeordnet sind und jeweils drei tangential von einer Nabe 135a bis 135d abstehende Flügel 131a bis 133d haben. Die Antriebswelle 140 wird zum Zuführen von Wertscheinen 10 in den Aufnahmebereich 200 mit Hilfe einer weiteren nicht dargestellten Antriebseinheit angetrieben, wobei die Verbindung der Welle 140 mit der weiteren Antriebseinheit über das Zahnrad 142 erfolgt, das mit der Welle 140 drehfest verbunden ist und das aus dem Gehäuse 120 der Geldkassette 100 ragt. Zwischen den Flügelrädern 130a und 130b ist eine Antriebsrolle 136a, zwischen den Flügelrädern 130c und 130d ist eine Antriebsrolle 136b drehfest mit der Welle 140 verbunden. Die beiden Antriebsrollen 136a und 136b ragen in den Zuführschlitz 126 hinein, der von dem Begrenzungselement 310 und einem zweiten Begrenzungselement 320 begrenzt wird. Claims (11)
- Cash boxhaving a receiving region (200) in which several notes of value (10, 12) in the form of a stack of notes of value can be received,having a counterpressure unit (210) which delimits the receiving region (200) and which can be moved between a first position (P0), in which the receiving region (200) has a minimum volume, and a second position (P1), in which the receiving region has a maximum volume, in a depositing direction (A1) and counter to the depositing direction (A1),wherein a sensor unit (600) is provided with at least one sensor element (610), wherein the sensor unit (600) outputs a sensor signal, which is dependent on the position of the sensor element (610),wherein the counterpressure unit (210) has a cutout (620) for receiving at least a portion of the sensor element (610),wherein the sensor element (610) and the cutout (620) are arranged and designed in such a way that the sensor element (610) is received in the cutout (620) only when the counterpressure unit (210) is in the first position (P0) and there are no notes of value (10, 12) between the sensor element (610) and the cutout (620),wherein the cash box is provided with a control unit (500) which, on the basis of the sensor signal from the sensor unit (600) and the position of the counterpressure unit (210), determines whether the cash box (100) is empty,wherein the sensor unit (600) detects a first sensor element position of the sensor element (610) when there is at least one note of value (10, 12) between the sensor element (610) and the counterpressure unit (210), the front side or rear side of the note of value making contact with the sensor element (610),wherein the sensor element (610) is moved counter to the depositing direction (A1) owing to the contact with the note of value (10, 12),wherein several notes of value (10, 12) that have been received in the receiving region form a stack of notes of value, wherein the notes of value (10, 12) in the stack of notes of value are arranged one above the other in an operating position of the cash box (100) in such a way that the lowermost note of value (10, 12) rests by way of its front side or its rear side on the counterpressure unit (210), characterized in that the control unit (500), when notes of value (10, 12) are fed into the cash box (100) based on the sensor signal that the sensor element (610) is in the first sensor element position, actuates the counterpressure unit (210) or a drive unit of the counterpressure unit (210) in such a way that the counterpressure unit (210) is moved in the depositing direction (A1) until the sensor element (610) is no longer in the first sensor element position and the sensor unit (600) outputs a corresponding sensor signal.
- Device having a control unit (500) and having a cash box (100),wherein the cash box (100) has a receiving region (200) in which several notes of value (10, 12) in the form of a stack of notes of value can be received,wherein the cash box (100) comprises a counterpressure unit (210) which delimits the receiving region (200) and which can be moved between a first position (P0), in which the receiving region (200) has a minimum volume, and a second position (P1), in which the receiving region (200) has a maximum volume, in a depositing direction (A1) and counter to the depositing direction (A1), wherein the cash box (100) comprises a sensor unit (600) with at least one sensor element (610), wherein the sensor unit (600) outputs a sensor signal, which is dependent on the sensor element position of the sensor element (610),wherein the counterpressure unit (210) has a cutout (620) for receiving at least a portion of the sensor element (610), wherein the sensor element (610) and the cutout (620) are designed in such a way that the sensor element (610) is received in the cutout (620) only when the counterpressure unit (210) is in the first position (P0) and there are no notes of value (10, 12) between the sensor element (610) and the cutout (620),wherein the control unit (500), on the basis of the sensor signal from the sensor unit (600) and the position of the counterpressure unit (210), determines whether the cash box (100) is empty,wherein the sensor unit (600) detects a first sensor element position of the sensor element (610) when there is at least one note of value (10, 12) between the sensor element (610) and the counterpressure unit (210), the front side or rear side of the at least one note of value making contact with the sensor element (610),wherein the sensor element (610) is moved counter to the depositing direction (A1) owing to the contact with the note of value (10, 12),wherein several notes of value (10, 12) that have been received in the receiving region form a stack of notes of value,wherein the notes of value (10, 12) in the stack of notes of value are arranged one above the other in an operating position of the cash box (100) in such a way that the lowermost note of value (10, 12) rests by way of its front side or its rear side on the counterpressure unit (210), characterized in that the control unit (500), when notes of value (10, 12) are fed into the cash box (100) based on the sensor signal that the sensor element (610) is in the first sensor element position, actuates the counterpressure unit (210) or a drive unit of the counterpressure unit (210) in such a way that the counterpressure unit (210) is moved in the depositing direction (A1) until the sensor element (610) is no longer in the first sensor element position and the sensor unit (600) outputs a corresponding sensor signal.
- Cash box or device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the control unit (500) detects the state 'cash box empty' when the counterpressure unit (210) is in the first position (P0) and the sensor element (610) is not in the first sensor element position.
- Cash box or device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the control unit (500) detects the state 'cash box not empty' when the counterpressure unit (210) is in the first position (P0) and the sensor element (610) is in the first sensor element position.
- Cash box or device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sensor unit comprises a detection element (612), wherein the detection element (612) generates the sensor signal, which is dependent on the sensor element position, and transmits it to the control unit (500), wherein the detection element (612) preferably comprises a photoelectric sensor.
- Cash box or device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a feed and/or separating unit (300) is provided for feeding and/or removing the notes of value (10, 12), wherein the notes of value (10, 12) can be fed to or can be removed from the receiving region (200) individually in succession with the aid of the feed and/or separating unit (300).
- Cash box or device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a drive unit (400) is provided for moving the counterpressure unit (210), in particular an electric motor, such as a DC motor or a stepper motor.
- Cash box or device according to Claim 7, characterized in that the control unit (500) determines the first position of the counterpressure unit (210), in which the counterpressure unit (210) bears against a stop, with the aid of a current measurement of the electric motor or with the aid of a step count of the stepper motor.
- Cash box or device according to Claim 7, characterized in that the counterpressure unit (210) is fixedly connected to at least one belt (212, 214), wherein the belt (212, 214) is driven by the drive unit (400).
- Cash box or device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cutout (620) in the counterpressure unit (210) is 5 mm to 7 mm, in particular 5.5 mm to 6 mm, wide, and in that the sensor element (610), which is received in the cutout (620), is 2 mm to 4 mm, in particular 2.5 mm to 3 mm, wide.
- Method for receiving several notes of value (10, 12) in the form of a stack of notes of value in a receiving region (200) of a cash box (100) according to Claim 1 or arranged in the device according to Claim 2,wherein the receiving region (200) is delimited with the aid of a counterpressure unit (210), wherein the counterpressure unit (210) can be moved between a first position, in which the receiving region (200) has a minimum volume, and a second position, in which the receiving region (200) has a maximum volume, wherein a sensor signal, which is dependent on the position of the sensor element (610), is generated with the aid of a sensor unit (600) having at least one sensor element (610),wherein the sensor element (610) is received in a cutout (620) of the counterpressure unit (210) when there are no notes of value (10, 12) between the counterpressure unit (210) and the sensor element (610),wherein it is determined on the basis of the sensor signal and the position of the counterpressure unit (210) whether the cash box (100) is empty,wherein the sensor unit (600) detects a first sensor element position of the sensor element (610) when at least one note of value (10, 12), which by way of its front side or rear side makes contact with the sensor element (610), is between the sensor element (610) and the counterpressure unit (210),wherein the sensor element (610) is moved counter to the depositing direction (A1) owing to the contact with the note of value (10, 12),wherein several notes of value (10, 12) that have been received in the receiving region form a stack of notes of value, wherein the notes of value (10, 12) in the stack of notes of value are arranged one above the other in an operating position of the cash box (100) in such a way that the lowermost note of value (10, 12) rests by way of its front side or its rear side on the counterpressure unit (210), characterized in that, when notes of value (10, 12) are fed into the cash box (100) based on the sensor signal that the sensor element (610) is in the first sensor element position, the counterpressure unit (210) or a drive unit of the counterpressure unit (210) is actuated in such a way that the counterpressure unit (210) is moved in the depositing direction (A1) until the sensor element (610) is no longer in the first sensor element position and the sensor unit (600) outputs a corresponding sensor signal.
