Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for treating rope-like textile goods in the form of a circulating rope which is set in circulation at least during part of its treatment.
- the device has a treatment container, a transport device that sets the strand of goods in circulation, a separating device and a goods storage device arranged downstream of the transport device in the direction of transport of the strand of goods for temporarily receiving the boarded strand of goods.
- the strand of goods can be continuously withdrawn from the goods store and fed to the transport device.
- the goods storage has a storage area for the strand of goods fed in by the transport device, this storage area being laterally bounded by storage walls all around, which enclose an essentially box-shaped or tubular structure that is open at the top and bottom and has a predetermined passage cross-section for the strand of goods.
- the strand of goods is deposited in the deposit area with a dismantling movement given to it by the abutting device and then moved forward in the form of a stranded bundle of strands in the subsequent further part of the goods store.
- Jet treatment systems for example jet or nozzle dyeing machines in a variety of embodiments.
- they have a closable cylindrical treatment container and, as a transport device for the rope, a transport nozzle arrangement which is arranged in the treatment container and which is acted upon by a liquid and / or gaseous transport medium flow.
- the transport nozzle arrangement is followed by a transport path with a transport pipe leading the strand of goods, which opens into a goods storage section of the treatment container, which, as mentioned, is intended to receive a stacked strand of goods package, from which the strand of goods is preferably removed via a reel and again the transport nozzle arrangement is fed.
- Such a jet treatment device is for example in the DE 10 2005 022 53 B3 described. Basically the same also applies to jet treatment systems, which are designed as so-called long storage systems, of which the exemplary embodiments in FIG DE 10 2013 110 491 B4 are explained.
- an arcuate storage chamber for the strand of goods arranged inside the treatment container so that it has at least two adjustable, more or less overlapping wall parts with which the free cross section of the storage chamber can be changed.
- the storage volume can be adapted to different types of goods, with a corresponding adjustment of the overlapping wall parts making a smaller storage volume available for light goods and a correspondingly larger storage volume for heavy goods.
- the overlapping, adjustable wall parts are pivotably connected to non-adjustable wall parts of the storage chamber via joints and adjustable by means of handwheels from outside the treatment container via threaded spindles, cardan joints and shafts mounted in the wall of the treatment container.
- the goods storage is provided for changing its cross-section with an adjustable storage wall section, which is adjustable between a predetermined inner position and a predetermined outer position so that it has essentially the same orientation with respect to each set position the opposite storage wall.
- the adjustable storage wall section is coupled via a lever mechanism to an actuating shaft, the rotation of which adjusts the storage wall section transversely to the transport direction of the strand of goods fed into the goods storage, the storage wall section inevitably experiencing a small displacement in or against the transport direction.
- the change in the volumetric size of the treatment chamber that is to say of the goods store, which can be achieved in this way, however, is not sufficient under certain operating conditions to produce a perfectly folded bundle of goods which the strand of goods can be withdrawn properly and with little tensile force as it enters the transport device.
- the object of the invention is to create a device of the type mentioned, which allows a controlled storage of the rope in the goods storage immediately after the entry of the rope in the treatment container and ensures a perfect guidance of the bundle of goods formed from the stacked rope, whereby it is for ropes different batch sizes and properties can be used without costly retrofitting.
- the device according to the invention has the features of claim 1.
- the new device for the treatment, especially wet treatment, of strand-like textile goods in the form of a circulating strand of goods has, among other things, a goods store arranged in the treatment container for temporarily holding the paneled strand of goods, the goods store having a storage area for the strand of goods fed in by the transport device.
- the storage area is delimited laterally in the manner of a chamber by storage walls all around, at least one of which is designed to be adjustable at least in the storage area by changing the cross section of the goods storage.
- This adjustable storage wall can be adjusted both transversely to the transport direction of the fed strand of goods and in or against its transport direction in a respectively predetermined orientation to the storage wall opposite it.
- the distance between the storage area and the rope exit point at the mouth of the transport device can be automatically set to the optimal amount required for a controlled storage of the rope, while at the same time an adjustment is made to the bundle of goods that becomes narrower after the rope has entered the treatment container.
- the new device also allows the treatment of different batch sizes, which means, for example, that small batches can be treated on such a device, which is designed for large batches, without the need for complex retooling work on the device.
- the adjustable storage wall can be moved on a predetermined movement path around a fixed axis of rotation and is coupled to guide means which determine its orientation.
- the movement path can be designed according to any desired purpose and can be specified, for example, by a link guide of the adjustable storage wall. Particularly simple conditions arise when the movement path is a circular path, which can be achieved in that the adjustable storage wall is coupled to a shaft containing the axis of rotation via parts of a lever mechanism.
- the guide means have a straight guide.
- the adjustable storage wall has a lower edge which is at a distance from an opposing curved wall area of the goods storage and through which the strand of goods folded into a package is guided at the exit of the storage area.
- the adjustable storage wall can have a collecting channel at the bottom for the treatment liquid separated from the rope, which advantageously has an outlet opening laterally next to the bundle of goods below.
- the wet treatment plant shown as an example for rope-like textile goods is a JET dyeing plant. It has a closed treatment container 1 in the form of a pressure-tight vessel with a cylindrical container wall 2 which is welded pressure-tight at the end to dished or arched arch bases 3.
- the container wall 2 is provided with a closable loading and unloading opening 4 on the operator side.
- a transport nozzle arrangement 5 and a strand storage device 6 associated therewith are arranged, which allow one at 7 in Figure 2 to put indicated endless strand of goods in an arrow direction 8 for the purpose of treatment in circulation.
- the transport nozzle arrangement 5 has a hydraulically operated transport nozzle 9, the details of which, for example, in FIG DE 10 2013 110 491 B4 are described.
- the transport nozzle 9 is provided on one side with an inlet opening 10 of rectangular or square cross-section and on the other side is connected to a transport pipe 11 through which the rope 7 sucked in via the inlet opening is conveyed to an outlet bend 12, from which the Rope of goods arrives in the goods store 6.
- the strand of goods emerging from the discharge curve 12 is tabulated in a manner to be explained.
- a transport medium supply line 15 is connected to the transport nozzle 9 at 14, which feed line 15 passes through the container wall 2 and is externally connected to a supply device 16 which has a pump 17, a heat exchanger 18 and corresponding filters and valves.
- the supply device 16 sucks treatment liquid, i.e. liquor, from the liquor sump of the treatment container 1 via a line 19 and feeds it to the transport nozzle 9 under pressure.
- the outlet bend 12 with a corresponding pipe socket 20 is in the direction of the transport tube longitudinal axis 21 ( Figure 3 ) longitudinally displaceable and mounted so that it can be rotated about this axis.
- the outlet bend 12 is rectangular or square in cross section. Its side walls are, as in particular, from the Figures 5, 6 can be seen, perforated at 22 in order to allow the liquor carried along by the running rope 7 to pass through before entering the goods store and to separate it from the rope.
- the rope outlet is designed in the form of an outlet opening 23 which is also rectangular or square in cross section and which lies below the longitudinal axis 21 of the transport tube in a plane 26 which forms an angle 28 of 30 ° to 50 °, preferably approx. 40 ° with the longitudinal axis 21 of the transport location, without to be limited to this angular range.
- a guide rod 30 coaxial with the guide tube longitudinal axis 21 is connected to the outlet bend 12 via a fork 29 connected, which is mounted in a pressure-tightly connected to the outside of the container wall 2 guide bushing 31 longitudinally displaceable and rotatable.
- a cylindrical bolt 33 Arranged on an intermediate section 32 adjoining the pipe socket 20 of the outlet bend 12 is a cylindrical bolt 33 which intersects the longitudinal center axis 21 of the transport pipe 11 with its axis and extends at right angles to the latter, which extends above the longitudinal center axis 21, while the rope outlet opening 23 is well below the Longitudinal center line 21 is located.
- the bolt 33 is part of a crank mechanism 34 ( Figure 3 ) which has a drive motor 35 located outside the container wall 2 and a drive shaft 36 passing through the container wall 2.
- a crank arm 37 is connected to the drive shaft 36 and is coupled to the bolt 33 via a universal joint 38.
- the crank arm 37 is on the drive shaft 36 according to a double arrow 39 ( Figure 3 ) mounted so as to be displaceable up and down, the drive shaft 36 being arranged with its axis intersecting the longitudinal axis 21 of the transport tube.
- the discharge arch 12 When the drive shaft 36 rotates, the discharge arch 12 thus executes a pushing and rotating movement on the stationary part of the goods transport route, ie the transport pipe 11, with the result that the discharge opening 23 of the outlet bend 12 designed as a pipe bend describes a circular or elliptical closed path with the intersection of its diagonals, the size and course of which are determined by the design and setting of the crank drive 34.
- the goods storage 6 has, as in particular Figure 2 To see, a partially cylindrical tub 41 with side walls 42, 43 and a bottom wall 44, the side walls 42, 43 of which are connected to perforated wall segments 45, 46, which together with also perforated front and rear wall parts 47, 48 form an upwardly open rectangular storage area 49 limit, as in particular from the Figures 2 and 7, 8 can be found.
- the outlet opening 23 of the outlet arch 12 opens into the deposit area 49, so that the rope 7 emerging from the outlet opening 23 of the outlet arch 12 is conveyed into the deposit area 49.
- a correspondingly curved, perforated sliding base 50 is arranged on the circularly curved base of the trough 41 of the goods storage 6, which extends at a distance from the base wall 44 and extends as far as the vicinity of the storage area 49.
- the trough 41 of the rope storage device 6 therefore has a surface which is essentially circular in cross section and which is cut out in the area of the transport nozzle 9 and the discharge arch 12 which executes a depositing movement.
- the side walls 42, 43 and 45, 46 are sufficient Figure 2, 3 can be seen up to the vicinity of the longitudinal center axis of the treatment container 1 and the tub 41. This axis is denoted by 51.
- the transport nozzle arrangement 5 is assigned to the goods storage 6 in such a way that the transport pipe longitudinal axis 21 is symmetrical to the rectangular or square cross section of the storage area 49 of the store 6, the outlet arch 12 protruding with its outlet opening 23 in the storage area 49 into the goods storage 6.
- the strand of goods 7 emerging from it is in the direction of the storage walls 46; 47, 48 delimited rectangular storage area 49 stored in loops lying on top of one another, as shown in the very schematic representation of the principle Figure 8 is readily understandable.
- the spirally deposited strand of goods 7 uses the rectangular interior of the storage area 49 as far as possible into the corners, with the strand of goods extending to the inner wall of the goods storage unit 48 furthest inside in the treatment container 1, so that the interior of the previously unused in the prior art Treatment container 1 is now also charged with goods.
- the shape and radii of the movement path are dimensioned in such a way that the previously unused interior space of the treatment container 1 is optimally used.
- the storage area 49 of the goods storage 6 has, as mentioned and for example from the Figures 2 and 7, 8 to be seen, a rectangular or square cross-section while the strand of goods 7 emerging from the discharge curve 12 executes an elliptical or circular movement when it is deposited, in the place of which a reciprocating movement can also occur.
- the speed of rotation of the movable discharge sheet 12 in the corners of the storage area is correspondingly reduced in a preferred embodiment.
- the dyeing installation can also be used for dyeings with a reduced lot size by means of an adjustable inner goods storage wall 48.
- the adjustable storage inner wall 48 of the goods storage 6 is mounted on a linkage 55 with two levers 57 attached to a shaft 56 containing the longitudinal container axis 51 so as to be pivotable about the longitudinal container axis 51 and is stabilized by two telescopic tubes 58 against the container wall 2 and in a predetermined orientation with respect to the opposite storage wall 47 held.
- the adjustment drive indicated at 59 the storage wall 48 can move from its normal operating position into the position shown in FIG Figure 4 position shown in dashed lines or transferred to an intermediate position in between.
- Shaft 56 rotatably mounted in bearing parts 560 is connected to a lever mechanism consisting of three levers 561, 562, 563 coupled to one another, which is coupled to an actuating shaft 564 via lever 561.
- the actuating shaft 564 is rotatably mounted at one end on a stationary bearing part 565 inside the treatment container 1 and, on its opposite side, is guided to the outside via a pressure-tight bearing 566 through the adjacent dished or arched arch base 3 and with an actuating lever 567 connected to which an adjusting drive acts, which in Figure 1 at 59 is indicated.
- the adjustable storage wall 48 can thus move from its normal operating position to the Figures 4 , 7th in the in Figure 4 dashed and in Figure 8 position shown in detail or transferred to an intermediate position in between.
- the adjustable storage wall moves on a circular path with a radius predetermined by the length of the lever 57 around the axis of rotation 51, while on the other hand its alignment with respect to the opposite storage wall 47 is determined by the telescopic tubes 58 acting as a straight guide. Accordingly, during the adjustment movement, the adjustable storage wall 48 executes both a first movement component directed transversely to the rope transport direction 8 of the fed rope and a second movement component which takes place in the rope transport direction 8 or against the same.
- the adjustable storage wall 48 itself is, in particular, the Figures 7 to 9 to be found, formed in several parts. It consists of three essentially tabular rectangular wall parts 480, 481, 482 that extend along adjacent longitudinal edges, including one at 483 in Figure 8 indicated obtuse angles are connected to each other.
- the wall parts 480, 481, 482 are at least partially perforated and thus permeable to the treatment liquid.
- Two tabs 484 are attached to the middle wall part 481, via which the adjustable side wall 48 is pivotably mounted on the levers 57.
- the telescopic tubes 58 hinged to the container wall 2 at 581 are connected to the wall parts 480 and 482 via webs at 500 ( Figure 2 ) connected.
- the middle wall part 481 of the adjustable storage wall 48 is provided with a perforated Teflon film 485, which is attached at 486 and is provided on the two opposite end faces with upright guide elements 487 bent at 90 ° for the strand of goods, which create the structural gap between the memory sidewalls 45, 46 ( Figure 2 ) and the adjustable storage wall 48.
- the ends of the Teflon film 485, which are bent up by 90 °, are pressed against the inside of the adjacent storage walls during operation by the weight of the rope itself.
- the upper wall part 480 is provided with a recess 488 for the passage of the transport pipe 20, while on the lower edge of the lower wall part 482 there is a collecting channel 489 for the treatment liquid draining from the storage wall 48, which has a partially cylindrical jacket and is laterally adjacent to the Rope package 13 opens out in such a way that treatment liquid that has accumulated in it does not reach the rope package 13, but is diverted laterally from this into the treatment container 1.
- the construction of the goods store with the adjustable storage wall 48 described so far works as follows: After the rope has moved into the treatment container 1, the rope still has a relatively large volume because it is still slightly wetted with treatment liquid (liquor) after it has passed through the transport nozzle 9 for the first time.
- the adjustable storage wall 48 takes the in Figure 7 A position shown, in which the goods storage in the storage area 49 has maximum volume and maximum passage cross-section. After two to three revolutions of the closed rope, its volume is reduced significantly. This has the consequence that the distance between the depositing area and the rope exit point given by the opening 23 of the discharge curve 12 increases significantly, with the result that an orderly, controlled depositing is impeded or no longer possible.
- the adjustable storage wall 48 is automatically moved backwards, ie towards the opposite storage wall 47, via the adjustment device 59, so that, for example, a state similar to that follows Figure 8 , results, in which the distance of the storage area from the rope exit point is optimally matched to the rope, which has a much smaller volume in the saturated state, for a controlled storage. Since the adjustable storage wall 48 simultaneously executes a downward movement, ie in the transport direction 8, its lower edge rounded by the collecting channel 489 ensures that the strand package 13 is guided and kept narrow when leaving the storage area 49.
- the height of the strand package 13 is thus determined by the distance between the lower edge of the adjustable storage wall 48 and the opposite curved base wall 44 or the sliding base 50. This distance can be measured by sensors and transferred to an appropriately programmed control device 500 ( Figure 1 ) are supplied. It is also conceivable to measure the height of the storage area and its location in the goods store, ie the upper layers of the bundle of goods 13, by sensors, and to automatically readjust the correct position of the storage area by means of the signals transmitted by the control device 500.
- the respective position and setting of the adjustable storage wall 48 can also take place by measuring the angle of rotation of the actuating shaft 564, which is an in Figure 10 can be assigned to the sensor designated 600, which supplies the corresponding angular position signals to the control device 500.
- the readjustment of the adjustable storage wall 48 can, moreover, be carried out in a common design of such a wet treatment system for any operating weight between 20 kg and 300 kg.
- the adjustable storage wall 48 is set to a position of 55% of its total adjustment path during loading. After two to three runs of goods, the position is readjusted to 59% of this adjustment path, for example. This is it however, it is only a non-limiting embodiment.
- the adjustable storage wall 48 with its three flat wall parts 480, 481, 482 has an approximately polygonal convex outline and thus adapts to the storage walls 47, 44 lying opposite.
- the Figures 7, 8 show that via the inclination of the upper wall part 480 in cooperation with the opposite wall part 47, a funnel-shaped insertion opening is achieved in the storage area 49, while the adjoining wall parts 481, 482 a favorable guidance of the strand of goods during storage and of the continuously forming strand of goods package 13 surrender.
- the device according to the invention has been described in connection with a jet dyeing system which works with a treatment container 1 in the form of a pressure-resistant vessel.
- the new device is also suitable to the same extent for systems with a pressureless treatment tank, as are often found in practice.

Description
The invention relates to a device for treating rope-like textile goods in the form of a circulating rope which is set in circulation at least during part of its treatment.
The device has a treatment container, a transport device that sets the strand of goods in circulation, a separating device and a goods storage device arranged downstream of the transport device in the direction of transport of the strand of goods for temporarily receiving the boarded strand of goods. The strand of goods can be continuously withdrawn from the goods store and fed to the transport device.
The goods storage has a storage area for the strand of goods fed in by the transport device, this storage area being laterally bounded by storage walls all around, which enclose an essentially box-shaped or tubular structure that is open at the top and bottom and has a predetermined passage cross-section for the strand of goods. The strand of goods is deposited in the deposit area with a dismantling movement given to it by the abutting device and then moved forward in the form of a stranded bundle of strands in the subsequent further part of the goods store.
The orderly placement of the rope in the depositing area of the goods store receiving the running rope emerging from the transport tube of the transport device is decisive for a good rope run in such jet systems. The problem arises that the strand of goods has a relatively large volume after being introduced into the treatment container because the goods are not yet completely wetted with treatment liquid after the one-time contact with the treatment liquid (liquor) in the transport nozzle. To two to three revolutions of the closed strand of goods its volume is significantly reduced because it is now completely saturated with treatment liquid. As a result, the distance between the storage area and the rope exit point at the mouth of the transport tube or an outlet arch arranged on it increases, with the result that controlled storage of the rope may no longer be possible.

The change in the volumetric size of the treatment chamber, that is to say of the goods store, which can be achieved in this way, however, is not sufficient under certain operating conditions to produce a perfectly folded bundle of goods which the strand of goods can be withdrawn properly and with little tensile force as it enters the transport device.
The object of the invention is to create a device of the type mentioned, which allows a controlled storage of the rope in the goods storage immediately after the entry of the rope in the treatment container and ensures a perfect guidance of the bundle of goods formed from the stacked rope, whereby it is for ropes different batch sizes and properties can be used without costly retrofitting.
To achieve this object, the device according to the invention has the features of claim 1.
The new device for the treatment, especially wet treatment, of strand-like textile goods in the form of a circulating strand of goods has, among other things, a goods store arranged in the treatment container for temporarily holding the paneled strand of goods, the goods store having a storage area for the strand of goods fed in by the transport device. The storage area is delimited laterally in the manner of a chamber by storage walls all around, at least one of which is designed to be adjustable at least in the storage area by changing the cross section of the goods storage. This adjustable storage wall can be adjusted both transversely to the transport direction of the fed strand of goods and in or against its transport direction in a respectively predetermined orientation to the storage wall opposite it.
In this way, the distance between the storage area and the rope exit point at the mouth of the transport device can be automatically set to the optimal amount required for a controlled storage of the rope, while at the same time an adjustment is made to the bundle of goods that becomes narrower after the rope has entered the treatment container. The new device also allows the treatment of different batch sizes, which means, for example, that small batches can be treated on such a device, which is designed for large batches, without the need for complex retooling work on the device.
The adjustable storage wall can be moved on a predetermined movement path around a fixed axis of rotation and is coupled to guide means which determine its orientation. The movement path can be designed according to any desired purpose and can be specified, for example, by a link guide of the adjustable storage wall. Particularly simple conditions arise when the movement path is a circular path, which can be achieved in that the adjustable storage wall is coupled to a shaft containing the axis of rotation via parts of a lever mechanism.
Die Führungsmittel weisen dabei eine Geradführung auf.The guide means have a straight guide.
In a preferred embodiment, the adjustable storage wall has a lower edge which is at a distance from an opposing curved wall area of the goods storage and through which the strand of goods folded into a package is guided at the exit of the storage area. The adjustable storage wall can have a collecting channel at the bottom for the treatment liquid separated from the rope, which advantageously has an outlet opening laterally next to the bundle of goods below.

When the

It should be mentioned that embodiments are conceivable in which the

In the foregoing, the device according to the invention has been described in connection with a jet dyeing system which works with a treatment container 1 in the form of a pressure-resistant vessel. However, the new device is also suitable to the same extent for systems with a pressureless treatment tank, as are often found in practice.
