Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de lavage adapté à une utilisation dans des machines à laver qui comprennent au moins une cuve ; au moins un tambour qui est positionné à l'intérieur de ladite cuve et qui effectue une opération de lavage en tournant autour d'un axe ; au moins un moteur pour permettre le mouvement du tambour ; au moins une vanne qui permet de recevoir de l'eau dans la machine pour les opérations de lavage et de rinçage ; au moins un capteur d'écoulement d'eau pour détecter la quantité d'eau reçue dans la machine ; au moins un capteur de niveau d'eau pour détecter la pression de l'eau dans le tambour et pour convertir la valeur de pression mesurée en une valeur de fréquence ; au moins un capteur de turbidité pour mesurer une turbidité de l'eau dans le tambour ; au moins un capteur de couleur pour détecter la couleur du linge qui est placé à l'intérieur du tambour ; au moins un capteur de température pour détecter la température de l'eau dans le tambour ; au moins une unité de traitement à laquelle sont transmises et évaluées des mesures obtenues à partir desdits capteur d'écoulement d'eau, capteur de niveau d'eau, capteur de turbidité, capteur de couleur et capteur de température, et où ladite vanne, ledit moteur et ledit tambour sont commandés en fonction de ladite évaluation,
    caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à :
    - recevoir l'eau dans la cuve par ladite vanne pendant une première période de temps (t1) ;
    - commencer la rotation du tambour à la fin de ladite première période de temps (t1) ;
    - pendant une deuxième période de temps (t2) à partir du début de rotation de tambour, mesurer la pression de l'eau dans le tambour et la convertir en une valeur de fréquence par ledit capteur de niveau ;
    - surveiller, par ladite unité de traitement, la valeur de fréquence qui est obtenue à partir dudit capteur de niveau d'eau, et en conséquence, lorsque ladite valeur de fréquence atteint une première valeur de fréquence (f1), recevoir de l'eau dans la cuve via la vanne jusqu'à ce que ladite valeur de fréquence atteigne une deuxième valeur de fréquence (f2), et répéter cette opération pendant ladite deuxième période de temps (t2) ;
    - lorsque ladite deuxième période de temps (t2) est terminée, mesurer, à l'aide dudit capteur d'écoulement d'eau, la quantité d'eau totale (V2) reçue dans la machine à la fin de ladite première période de temps (t1) et de ladite deuxième période de temps (t2), et déterminer une vitesse d'essorage par rapport à la valeur de quantité d'eau totale mesurée (V2) ;
    - effectuer une opération de lavage de telle sorte que le tambour soit déplacé selon un cycle de lavage qui est déterminé par rapport à la valeur de quantité d'eau totale mesurée (V2) ;
    - à la fin de l'opération de lavage, effectuer une mesure du niveau de saleté par ledit capteur de turbidité ;
    - en référence à ladite mesure de niveau de saleté reçue par le capteur de turbidité, déterminer s'il faut terminer le lavage ou effectuer une opération de lavage supplémentaire,
    - lorsque l'opération de lavage est terminée et/ou que l'opération de lavage supplémentaire est terminée, déterminer le nombre de rinçages en fonction de ladite mesure du niveau de saleté qui est effectuée par ledit capteur de turbidité ;
    - effectuer les opérations de rinçage et d'essorage conformément au nombre de rinçages et à la vitesse d'essorage déterminés
  2. Procédé de lavage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite première période de temps (t1) est comprise entre 59 secondes et 81 secondes.
  3. Procédé de lavage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite deuxième période de temps (t2) est comprise entre 9 minutes et 11 minutes.
  4. Procédé de lavage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lorsque la valeur de quantité d'eau totale mesurée (V2) est égale ou inférieure à 10 litres, l'opération de lavage comprend les étapes consistant à faire tourner le moteur à 53 tours/minute pendant 10 secondes dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, à l'arrêter pendant 10 secondes, à le faire tourner à 53 tours/minute pendant 10 secondes dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre et à l'arrêter pendant 10 secondes, respectivement, et de manière répétée pendant 30 minutes.
  5. Procédé de lavage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lorsque la valeur de quantité d'eau totale mesurée (V2) est égale ou inférieure à 10 litres, la vitesse d'essorage est de 800 tours/minute.
  6. Procédé de lavage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lorsque la valeur de quantité d'eau totale mesurée (V2) est supérieure à 10 litres et inférieure ou égale à 14 litres, l'opération de lavage comprend les étapes consistant à faire tourner le moteur à 53 tours/minute pendant 15 secondes dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, à l'arrêter pendant 9 secondes et à le faire tourner à 53 tours/minute pendant 10 secondes dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, en l'arrêtant pendant 6 secondes, respectivement et de manière répétée pendant 20 minutes, et en faisant tourner le moteur à 53 tours/minute pendant 10 secondes dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, en l'arrêtant pendant 6 secondes, en le faisant tourner à 53 tours/minute pendant 15 secondes dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre et en l'arrêtant pendant 9 secondes, respectivement et de manière répétée pendant les 20 minutes suivantes.

Procédé de lavage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'étape consistant à comparer, à la fin de l'opération de lavage, le niveau de saleté obtenu comme résultat de ladite mesure qui est effectuée par ledit capteur de turbidité à une valeur de seuil, et si la valeur de mesure est supérieure à ladite valeur de seuil, à déterminer le fait d'effectuer ladite opération de lavage supplémentaire.
  13. Procédé de lavage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite opération de lavage supplémentaire comprend les étapes consistant à faire tourner le moteur à une vitesse de 53 tours/minute pendant 10 secondes dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, à l'arrêter pendant 10 secondes, à le faire tourner à une vitesse de 53 tours/minute pendant 10 secondes dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre et à l'arrêter pendant 10 secondes, respectivement.
  14. Procédé de lavage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à déterminer, par ledit capteur de couleur, les couleurs du linge qui est reçu dans la machine, et à modifier la température de lavage en fonction de la couleur déterminée du linge.
