Claims (11)

  1. Le conteneur selon la remarque 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux modules pliables (5), adaptés pour être reliés de manière amovible l'un à l'autre et/ou à la partie portail (2) et à la partie arrière (3) du conteneur pliable (1), ces modules pliables (5) après le pliage peuvent être placés verticalement l'un à côté de l'autre et les modules pliables (5) ainsi placés, individuellement ou combinés en une seule unité, peuvent être insérés dans la partie arrière (3) du conteneur pliable (1), qui peut ensuite être fermée à l'aide de la partie portail (2), créant un conteneur avec une longueur extérieure plus courte que la longueur initiale du conteneur pliable (1) avant le pliage.
  4. Le conteneur selon une revendication quelconque des précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend trois modules pliables (5), adaptés pour être reliés de manière amovible l'un à l'autre et/ou à la partie portail (2) et à la partie arrière (3) du conteneur pliable (1), ces modules pliables (5) après le pliage peuvent être placés verticalement l'un à côté de l'autre et les modules pliables (5) ainsi placés, individuellement ou combinés en une seule unité, peuvent être insérés dans la partie arrière (3) du conteneur pliable (1), qui peut ensuite être fermée à l'aide de la partie portail (2), créant un conteneur avec une longueur extérieure plus courte que la longueur initiale du conteneur pliable (1) avant le pliage.
  5. Le conteneur selon une revendication quelconque des précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plafond (7) comprend des ouvertures (15) adaptées pour y introduire les fourches d'un chariot élévateur et des supports latéraux (16) fixés durablement, essentiellement de façon perpendiculaire aux bords extérieurs (17) du plafond (7) sur les côtés correspondant aux parois latérales (8, 9) de telle manière qu'après avoir plié le module pliable (5) les supports latéraux (16) reposent sur le plancher (6) et peuvent être verrouillés avec celui-ci.
  6. Le conteneur selon une revendication quelconque des précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie portail (2) et la partie arrière (3) ne sont pas pliables et contiennent des ouvertures (15) adaptées pour y introduire les fourches d'un chariot élévateur et des éléments de structure (17) servants à transporter la charge pendant le déplacement ou le stockage d'un conteneur pliable (1) l'un sur l'autre.
  7. Le conteneur selon une revendication quelconque des précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la dimension de la partie portail (2) dans le sens de la longueur du conteneur pliable (1) est de 2,5 pieds égale à 0,75725 m, la dimension du module pliable (5) dans le sens de la longueur du conteneur pliable (1) est de 10 pieds égale à 3,029 m et la dimension de la section arrière (3) dans le sens de la longueur du conteneur pliable (1) est de 12,5 pieds égale à 3,78625 m.
  8. Le conteneur selon une revendication quelconque des précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des éléments de stabilisation séparés cachés dans les niches (18) de la partie portail (2).
  9. Le conteneur selon une revendication quelconque des précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le conteneur pliable (1) comprend trois modules pliables (5) et la dimension de chaque module pliable (5) dans le sens de la longueur du conteneur pliable (1) est de 10 pieds égale à 3,029 m, au total la dimension du conteneur pliable (1) dans le sens de sa longueur en position pliée est de 45 pieds égale à 13,6305 m.
  10. Une procédé de pliage du conteneur pliable (1) selon la revendication 9, le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes:
    a) détachement des éléments suivants de raccordement (19) en commençant par la partie portail (2),
    b) déconnexion de la partie portail (2) et la mettre de côté,
    c) détachement des éléments de raccordement (19) du premier module pliable (5),
    d) déconnexion du premier module pliable (5) et le mettre de côté, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend d'autres étapes:
    e) introduction des fourches du chariot élévateur dans les espaces libres dans le bas du plafond (7) du module pliable (5),
    f) pliage du module pliable (5) en abaissant le plafond (7) vers le plancher (6) en inclinant en même temps le bord supérieur de la première paroi latérale (8), relié de manière coulissante au plafond (7), vers la deuxième paroi latérale (9) et du haut vers le bas, et en déplaçant en même temps le bord inférieur de la deuxième paroi latérale (9), appuyé de manière coulissante sur le plancher (6), le long de la largeur du plancher (6) vers le bord inférieur (10) de la première paroi latérale (8),
    g) attachement des éléments de raccordement (20) et inclinaison du module pliable (5) de 90° sur l'un des supports latéraux (16),
    h) attachement de l'élément stabilisant (21) à un côté du module pliable (5), afin de sécuriser contre les inclinaisons en ajoutant les modules pliables (5) restants,
    i) détachement des éléments de raccordement (20) du module pliable (5) suivant,
    j) détachement du deuxième module pliable (5) et le mettre de côté,
    k) pliage du deuxième module pliable (5) (selon le point f), fixation de l'élément de raccordement (20) dans le deuxième module pliable (5), inclinaison du module pliable (5) de 90° sur l'un des supports latéraux (16) et l'ajouter au premier module pliable (5),

    o) pliage du troisième module pliable (5) (selon le point f), attachement de l'élément de raccordement (20) dans le troisième module pliable (5), mise sur le côte le troisième module pliable (5) et en ajout aux deux modules pliables (5) précédemment pliés et fixés ,
    p) attachement de l'élément de raccordement (20) entre le troisième et le deuxième module pliable (5),
    q) détachement de l'élément stabilisant (21) du premier module pliable (5) et le mettre dans la niche (18) dans le module portail (2),
    r) ramasser, à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur standard, trois modules pliables (5) préassemblés et les insérer dans la partie arrière (3),
    s) déterminer la position des modules pliables (5) à l'intérieur de la partie arrière (3) et les protéger contre une chute ou un déplacement à l'intérieur de la partie arrière (3),
    t) saisir à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur standard, la partie portail (2) et la déplacer vers la partie arrière (3) jusqu'à ce qu'elle entre en contact avec la partie arrière (3),
    u) joindre à l'aide des éléments de raccordement (20) la partie portail (2) et la partie arrière (3) à la suite de quoi un conteneur d'une longueur de 15 pieds est obtenu,
    v) joindre à l'aide des éléments de raccordement (20) les parties frontales de trois conteneurs d'une longueur de 15 pieds, obtenus selon les étapes précédentes, dans le but d'obtenir un conteneur d'une longueur de 45 pieds.
  11. Le procédé de dépliage du conteneur pliable (1) selon la revendication 9, le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes:
    a) déconnexion des parties frontales des trois conteneurs d'une longueur de 15 pieds, formant un conteneur de 45 pieds,
    b) mise de côté des conteneurs d'une longueur de 15 pieds dans le but de les rendre disponibles pour le détachement à chaque fois selon les étapes suivantes,
    c) déconnexion de la partie portail (2) de la partie arrière (3),
    d) mise de côté de la partie portail (2), caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend d'autres étapes:
    e) déblocage des modules pliables (5) de la position bloquée à l'intérieur de la partie arrière (3),
    f) déménager les modules pliables (5) de la partie arrière (3) à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur standard,
    g) mise de côté des modules pliables (5) assemblés,
    h) extraire l'élément stabilisant (21) de la niche (18) dans le module portail (2) et fixation de cet élément stabilisant (21) au premier module pliable (5),
    i) déconnexion du module pliable (5) de bord des autres modules pliables (5) et son placement dans la position où le plancher (6) repose sur la base,
    j) dépliage du module pliable (5) en soulevant le plafond (7) à l'aide des fourches du chariot élévateur standard en déplaçant en même temps les parois latérales (8, 9) vers la position verticale,
    k) blocage des éléments du module pliable (5) déplié les uns par rapport aux autres à l'aide des moyens de blocage (11) et sa mise de côté dans la position prête pour la connexion avec les modules pliables (5) suivants,
    l) déconnexion du module pliable (5) suivant en laissant le dernier module pliable (5) dans une position sécurisée contre le basculement au moyen d'un élément stabilisant (21),
    m) démantèlement du module pliable (5) suivant de la même manière qu'aux points j), k),
    n) positionnement du module pliable (5) déplié au module pliable (5) déplié précédemment et leur fixation ensemble à l'aide des éléments de raccordement (20),
    o) ramasser le dernier module pliable (5) plié avec les fourches d'un chariot élévateur, détachement de l'élément stabilisant (21), son inclinaison sur le côté jusqu'à la position où le plancher (6) repose sur la base, puis réalisation des étapes analogues aux points j), k), n),
    p) attachement de la partie arrière (3) aux trois modules pliables (5) reliés ensemble, les bloquer à l'aide des moyens de raccordement (20) et ensuite y ajouter la partie portail (2) et bloquer à l'aide des moyens de raccordement (20),
    q) positionnement de l'élément stabilisant (21) dans la niche (18) et le sécuriser contre les chutes,
    r) dépliage des deux autres conteneurs pliables d'une longueur de 15 pieds selon les points c) à q), création de trois conteneurs pliables (1) d'une longueur de 45 pieds, dépliés selon les étapes ci-dessus, pour le chargement ou le déplacement vers un autre endroit.
