Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wandschrank mit einem quaderförmigen Schrankkorpus, dessen offene Stirnseite mit mindestens einer Schranktür verschließbar ist, die am Schrankkorpus angelenkt ist.
  • Es sind Wandschränke, insbesondere Küchen-Wandschränke, bekannt, bei denen der Schrankkorpus in drei oder mehr übereinander angeordnete Schrankfächer abgeteilt ist. Der Schrankkorpus trägt mindestens eine über eine vertikale Schwenkachse angelenkte Schranktür. Die Schrankfächer sind für die Ablage von Küchengeschirr und dgl. nur zugänglich, wenn sich die Schranktür in Öffnungsstellung befindet.
  • Es sind aber auch Wandregale ohne Schranktür bekannt, bei denen die Regalfächer stets zugänglich sind, so dass Küchengeschirr und dgl. immer abgelegt oder abgestellt werden können.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Wandschrank, insbesondere Küchen-Wandschrank, zu schaffen, bei dem zumindest ein Schrankfach unabhängig von der Öffnungsstellung oder Schließstellung der Schranktür immer zugänglich ist, während weitere Schrankfächer nur in der Öffnungsstellung der Schranktür zugänglich sind und zur Ablage oder zum Abstellen von Küchengeschirr und dgl. verwendet werden können.
  • Die gestellte Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Dies ist dadurch erreicht, dass auf den Innenseiten der Seitenwände im oberen Bereich des Schrankkorpus Kippbeschläge für eine als Klapptür ausgebildete Schranktür angebracht sind, dass die Kippbeschläge durch Innenwände abgedeckt sind, dass die Klapptür aus einer Innenplatte und einer Außenplatte zusammengesetzt ist, die über einen oberen Frontbereich des Schrankkorpus von der Außenseite der Deckwand des Schrankkorpus bis zur Oberseite des unteren Schrankfachs reicht und der absenkbare Frontabdeckungen zwischen den Innenwänden und den Seitenwänden des Schrankkorpus zugeordnet sind, dass die Außenplatte der Klapptür sich mindestens über einen unteren Bereich der Frontseite der Innenplatte erstreckt und sich bis zur Oberseite des untersten Schrankfachs des Schrankkorpus erstreckt und dass sich an die absenkbaren Frontabdeckungen bis zur Unterseite des untersten Schrankfachs des Schrankkorpus erstreckende feststehende Frontabdeckungen zwischen den Innenwänden und den Seitenwänden des Schrankkorpus anschließen, die bündig mit den Stirnseiten der Innenwände und der Seitenwände des Schranckorpus sind.
  • Auf diese Weise ist unabhängig von der Öffnungsstellung und der Schließstellung der Klapptür die Frontseite des untersten Schrankfachs stets offen und zum Ablegen oder Abstellen von Küchengeschirr und dgl. zugänglich. Die übrigen darüber angeordneten Schrankfächer des Wandschranks können mit der Klapptür verschlossen und geöffnet werden. Dabei sorgen die absenkbaren Frontabdeckungen in der Schließstellung der Klapptür für einen bündigen Einbau des Wandschranks in eine Zeile von Schränken. Die an die absenkbaren Frontabdeckungen zur Unterseite des Schrankkorpus hin anschließenden feststehenden Frontabdeckungen stellen einen sauberen Verschluss der Zwischenräume zwischen den Innenwänden und den Seitenwänden des Schrankkorpus sicher. Die an den Schränken der Zeile von Schränken im Abstand vorstehende Außenplatte der Klapptür kann leicht gefasst und geöffnet werden.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Wandschranks sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
  • Die Kippbeschläge sind auf den Stirnseiten von Brettern kippbar befestigt, wobei die Öffnungsstellung der Klapptür durch Anschläge der Bretter und der Kippbeschläge festgelegt ist und wobei die Kippbeschläge in der Schließstellung der Klapptür bündig in die Zwischenräume der Innenwände und der Seitenwände des Schrankkorpus eingeklappt sind. Dabei bildet die Befestigungsfläche für die Innenplatte der Klapptür den Anschluss für die Klapptür.
  • Die absenkbaren Frontabdeckungen stehen in der Öffnungsstellung der Klapptür über die Stirnseiten der Innenwände und der Seitenwände des Schrankkorpus vor. In der Schließstellung der Klapptür sind die absenkbaren Frontabdeckungen in die Zwischenräume zwischen den Innenwänden und den Seitenwänden des Schranckorpus eingedrückt und schließen bündig mit diesen ab.
  • Der Wandschrank weist vorzugsweise drei vertikal übereinander angeordnete Schrankfächer auf. Die Klapptür verschließt in der Schließstellung die beiden oberen Schrankfächer des Schrankkorpus.
  • Der Innenraum des Schrankkorpus kann nach einer weiteren Ausgestaltung auch auf den Innenseiten der Innenwände im oberen Bereich des Schrankkorpus Beleuchtungselemente und im unteren Bereich des Schrankkorpus Elemente zur Elektrifizierung tragen, die vorzugsweise als Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Steckdosen und dgl. ausgebildet sind.
  • Die Abteilung des Schrankkorpus in Schrankfächer kann durch Blech-Elemente erfolgen, die vorzugsweise als Organisierungssysteme ausgebildet sind.
  • Der Wandschrank nach der Erfindung kann bündig in eine Zeile von Schränken eingebaut werden, wobei die Außenplatte der Klapptür in der Schließstellung an der Frontseite der Zeile von Schränken in einem Abstand der Stärke der Innenplatte der Klapptür vorsteht. Damit bleibt das leichte Fassen der Klapptür beim Öffnen der Klapptür erhalten.
  • Unterhalb der Zeile von Schränken kann in einem Abstand eine horizontale Arbeitsplatte angeordnet sein, die einen Unterbau von Unterschränken überdeckt.

  • In Fig. 1 ist ein quaderförmiger Schrankkorpus 10 gezeigt, dessen Frontseite offen ist. Auf den Innenseiten der vertikalen Seitenwände 11 des Schrankkorpus 10 sind im oberen Bereich Bretter 12 befestigt, die auf ihren Stirnseiten kippbar gelagerte Kippbeschläge 13 tragen. In der gezeigten Öffnungsstellung der Kippbeschläge 13 bestimmen Anschläge 14 der Bretter 12 und Anschläge 15 der Kippbeschläge 13 die Öffnungsstellung der Kippbeschläge 13.
  • Wie Fig. 2 zeigt, sind die Kippbeschläge 13 durch vertikale Innenwände 16 abgedeckt. Der Zwischenraum zwischen den Innenwänden 16 und den Seitenwänden 11 des Schrankkorpus 10 ist durch Frontabdeckungen 17 und 18 geschlossen. Die oberen Frontabdeckungen 17 sind absenkbar und stehen bei geöffneter Klapptür an den Stirnseiten der Innenwände 16 und den Seitenwänden 11 des Schrankkorpus 10 leicht ab. Die unteren Frontabdeckungen 18 sind feststehend und schließen mit den Stirnseiten der Innenwände 16 und der Seitenwände 11 des Schrankkorpus 10 bündig ab.
  • Ist die Klapptür geschlossen, dann sind die Kippbeschläge 13 so in die Zwischenräume zwischen den Innenwänden 16 und den Seitenwänden 11 des Schrankkorpus 10 eingeklappt, dass die Befestigungsfläche für die Kippbeschläge 13 für die Innenplatte 20 der Klapptür bündig mit den Stirnseiten der Innenwände 16 und der Seitenwände 11 des Schrankkorpus 10 abschließt, wie Fig. 3 zeigt.
  • Die Fig.4 zeigt in Perspektive eine Küchen-Schrankwand mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Wandschrank bei geöffneter Klapptür. Der Wandschrank ist bündig in eine Zeile von Schränken 40 eingebaut. Die Klapptür besteht aus einer Innenplatte 20 und einer Außenplatte 21. Dabei ist die Innenplatte 20 den absenkbaren Frontabdeckungen 17 zugeordnet und erstreckt sich über den größten Bereich der oberen zwei Schrankfächer. Die Außenplatte 21 ist auf der Frontseite der Innenplatte 20 nach unten versetzt befestigt und ragt an der unteren Seite der Innenplatte 20 so weit vor, dass sie mit der Oberseite des untersten Schrankfachs abschließt. Die Zeile von Schränken 40 ist an einer Wand 70 der Küche befestigt. Unterhalb der Zeile ist eine horizontale Arbeitsplatte 100 angeordnet, die einen Unterbau von Unterschränken 60 überdeckt.
  • Wie Fig. 5 zeigt, steht in der Schließstellung der Klapptür die Außenplatte 21 an der Wand der Zeile von Schränken 40 um die Stärke der Innenplatte 20 ab und endet mit der Oberseite des untersten Schrankfachs des erfindungsgemäßen Wandschranks.
  • Die Außenplatte 21 der Klapptür kann damit gut gefasst und geöffnet werden. Die Fig. 5 zeigt deutlich, dass das unterste Schrankfach für das Ablegen und Abstellen von Küchengeschirr und dgl. unabhängig von der Öffnungsstellung und der Schließstellung der Klapptür stets frei zugänglich bleibt.
  • Die Fig. 6 zeigt ein anderes Ausführungsbeispiel eines quaderförmigen Schranckorpus 10 für einen Wandschrank nach der Erfindung. Die Innenseiten der Innenwände 16 tragen unter der Deckwand des Schrankkorpus 10 Beleuchtungselemente B. Über der Bodenwand des Schrankkorpus 10 sind in die Innenwände 16 Bohrungen für eine Elektrifizierung eingebracht, die vorzugsweise Steckdosen aufnehmen.
  • Die Leitungen für die Beleuchtungselemente B und die Steckdosen können in den Zwischenraum zwischen den Innenwänden 16 und den Seitenwänden 11 des Schrankkorpus 10 geführt werden. Die Abteilung in Schrankfächer des Schrankkorpus 10 können Blech-Elemente O übernehmen, die z. B. als Organisationssystem ausgebildet sind.
  • Bei dem in Fig. 7 und 8 dargestellten Küchen-Wandschrank ohne Klapptür ist gezeigt, dass die Kippbeschläge 13 am Ende mit einem angelenkten Anlageabschnitt 13.1 versehen sind und dass diese nur mit einem Brett 50 abgedeckt sind, das sich nur über einen Teil der Seitenwand 11 erstreckt, aber mit dieser bündig abschließen. Unter und über dem herausklappbaren Kippbeschlag 13 sind Befestigungselemente 19 und 19.1 vorgesehen, die direkt unter der Deckwand und über der Bodenwand des Küchen-Wandschranks verbindbar sind.
  • Wie die Fig. 9 und 13 zeigen, sind an diese Befestigungselemente 19 und 19.1 die Abdeckungen 19.3 und 19.5 klappbar angebracht; sie nehmen jedoch in der Öffnungsstellung der Klapptür eine Stellung ein, die bündig mit der Stirnseite der Seitenwand 11 und der Innenwand 16 des Kippbeschlags 13 ist. Dabei ist an den Anlageabschnitt 13.1 des Kippbeschlags 13 die Klapptür angebracht und kann auf den an dem unteren Befestigungselement 19.1 angelenkten Befestigungsabschnitt 19.5 eingeklappt werden. Dabei nimmt der Befestigungsabschnitt 19.3 die in Fig. 12 gezeigte Stellung ein.
  • Über dem von der Deckwand des Küchen-Wandschranks beabstandeten Brett 50 des Kippbeschlags 13 ist am Befestigungselement 19 ein Befestigungsabschnitt 19.5 über ein Zwischenstück 19.4 mit dem Befestigungselement 19 fest verbunden und nimmt immer die Anlagestellung für die Klapptür ein, wie den Fig. 13 und 14 zu entnehmen ist.
  • Die Fig. 15 und 16 zeigen, dass die Kippbeschläge 13 auch mit einem Brett 50 abgedeckt werden können, das sich nur über einen Teil der Seitenwand 11 des Küchen-Wandschranks erstreckt oder aber über eine parallel zur Seitenwand 11 stehende Innenwand 16 abgedeckt werden kann. Beide, das Brett 50 und die Innenwand 16, schließen bündig mit der Stirnseite der Seitenwand 11 ab.
  • Die. Fig. 17 und 18 zeigen, wie mit zusätzlichen Brettern 25 und 26 ein Innenfach in den Küchen-Wandschrank eingebaut werden kann. In der Fig. 17 nehmen die Bretter 25 und 26 die Montagestellung ein. In Fig. 18 sind sie fest miteinander und der Innenwand 16 und der Bodenwand des Küchen-Wandschranks verbunden, und zwar über Steckzapfen 27 und Steckaufnahmen 28 an den Brettern 25 und 26 und der Bodenwand des Küchen-Wandschranks. Das Brett 25 liegt dabei auf Steck-Auflagen 29 auf, die in Bohrungen 28 der Innenwand 16 eingesteckt sind.
  • Bei geöffneter Stirnseite des Küchen-Wandschranks und heruntergeklappten Kippbeschlägen 13 nehmen die Abdeckungen 19.3 und 19.5 zwischen der Seitenwand 11 und der Innenwand 16 stets die bündige Anlagestellung für die Klapptür ein.
  • Wie die Fig. 19 und 20 zeigen, kann das Innenfach mit den Brettern 25 und 26 durch Ablagebretter 27, die auf Steckeinsätze 29 abgelegt sind, unterteilt werden. Das Brett 51 schafft neben dem Innenfach ein weiteres Fach im Küchen-Wandschrank, das nur auf Steckeinsätzen 29 aufliegt, die im Brett 26 des Innenfachs mit in der Innenwand 16 in entsprechende als Bohrungen Steckaufnahme 28 eingesteckt sind.
  • Als wesentliches Merkmal ist noch einmal hervorgehoben, dass die Bretter 50 und die Innenwand 16, die als parallele Seitenwand zur Seitenwand 11 ausgebildet ist, die ausklappbaren Kippbeschläge 13 stets voll abdecken, solange die Klapptür geschlossen ist, wie die Fig. 19 und 20 zeigen. Dabei ist wichtig, dass die Abdeckungen 19.3 und 19.5 bündig mit den Stirnseiten der Bretter 50 oder der Innenwände 16 abschließen, die bündig mit der Stirnseite des Küchen-Wandschranks abschlie-ßen.

Claims (10)

  1. Wandschrank mit einem quaderförmigen Schrankkorpus (10), dessen offene Frontseite mit mindestens einer Schranktür verschließbar ist, die am Schranckorpus (10) angelenkt ist und mit den Außenseiten der vertikalen Seitenwände (11) und der horizontalen Deckwand des Schrankkorpus (10) in der Schließstellung der Schranktür bündig abschließt, insbesondere Küchen-Wandschrank, wobei auf den Innenseiten der Seitenwände (11) im oberen Bereich des Schrankkorpus (10) Kippbeschläge (13) für eine als Klapptür ausgebildete Schranktür angebracht sind,
    dass die Kippbeschläge (13) durch Innenwände (16) abgedeckt sind,
    dass die Klapptür aus einer Innenplatte (20) und einer Außenplatte (21) zusammengesetzt ist, die über einen oberen Frontbereich des Schrankkorpus (10) von der Außenseite der Deckwand des Schrankkorpus (10) bis zu einer Oberseite eines unteren Schrankfachs reicht und welcher absenkbare Frontabdeckungen (17) zwischen den Innenwänden (16) und den Seitenwänden (11) des Schrankkorpus (10) zugeordnet sind,
    dass die Außenplatte (21) der Klapptür sich mindestens über einen unteren Bereich der Frontseite der Innenplatte (20) erstreckt und sich bis zur Oberseite des untersten Schrankfachs des Schrankkorpus (10) erstreckt und
    dass sich an die absenkbaren Frontabdeckungen (17) bis zur Unterseite des untersten Schrankfachs des Schrankkorpus (10) erstreckende feststehende Frontabdeckungen (18) zwischen den Innenwänden (16) und den Seitenwänden (11) des Schrankkorpus (10) anschließen, die bündig mit den Stirnseiten der Innenwände (16) und der Seitenwände (11) des Schrankkorpus (10) sind.
  2. Wandschrank nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Kippbeschläge (13) auf den Stirnseiten von Brettern (12) kippbar befestigt sind, wobei die Öffnungsstellung der Klapptür durch Anschläge (14, 15) der Bretter (12) und der Kippbeschläge (13) festgelegt ist und wobei die Kippbeschläge (13) in der Schließstellung der Klapptür bündig in die Zwischenräume der Innenwände (16) und der Seitenwände (11) des Schrankkorpus (10) eingeklappt sind.
  3. Wandschrank nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die absenkbaren Frontabdeckungen (17) in der Öffnungsstellung der Klapptür über die Stirnseiten der Innenwände (16) und der Seitenwände (11) des Schrankkorpus (10) vorstehen und in der Schließstellung der Klapptür in die Zwischenräume zwischen den Innenwänden (16) und den Seitenwänden (11) des Schrankkorpus (10) eingedrückt sind und bündig mit diesem abschließen.
  4. Wandschrank nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass er drei vertikal übereinander angeordnete Schrankfächer aufweist und dass die Klapptür in der Schließstellung das unterste Schrankfach in der Frontseite des Schrankkorpus (10) offen lässt und die beiden oberen Schrankfächer verschließt.
  5. Wandschrank nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass auf den Innenseiten der Innenwände (16) im oberen Bereich des Schrankkorpus (10) Beleuchtungselemente (B) und im unteren Bereich des Schrankkorpus (10) Elemente (E) zur Elektrifizierung befestigt sind, die vorzugsweise als Bohrungen zum Einbau von Steckdosen ausgebildet sind dass die Abteilung der Schrankfächer im Schrankkorpus (10) durch Blech-Elemente (O) erfolgt, die vorzugsweise als Organisationssysteme ausgebildet sind.
  6. Wandschrank nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Schrankkorpus (10) in eine Zeile von Schränken (40) bündig eingebaut ist, wobei die Außenplatte (21) der Klapptür in der Schließstellung an der Frontseite der Zeile von Schränken (40) in einem Abstand der Stärke der Innenplatte (20) der Klapptür vorsteht.
  7. Wandschrank nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass unterhalb der Zeile von Schränken (40) in einem Abstand eine horizontale Arbeitsplatte (70) angeordnet ist, die einen Unterbau von Unterschränken (60) überdeckt.
    dass der Kippbeschlag (13) am Ende einen angelenkten Anlageabschnitt (13.1) aufweist und dass dieser zumindest durch den Kippbeschlag in die untere Abdeckungsstellung einklappbar ist.
  8. Wandschrank nach Anspruch 1 und 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass über dem von der Deckwand des Wandschranks beabstandeten Kippbeschlag (13) eine obere Abdeckung (19.5) angeordnet ist, die in der Anlagestellung der Küchentür fest eingestellt ist.
  9. Wandschrank nach Anspruch 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Innenfach des Wandschranks durch Steckzapfen (27) und Steckaufnahmen (28) an den Brettern (25, 26) des Innenfachs und der Bodenplatte des Wandschranks zusammensteckbar ist,
    dass das Innenfach des Wandschranks durch Ablagen von weiteren Brettern (25, 26) auf eingesteckten Auflagen (29) unterteilbar ist.
  10. Wandschrank nach Anspruch 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Kippbeschläge (13) durch Innenwände (16) abgedeckt sind, die sich nur über einen Teilbereich oder über die gesamte Seitenwand (11) des Wandschranks erstrecken.
