Definitions
- the invention relates to a furniture fitting for performing a combined sliding and swiveling movement of a multi-part door which has at least a first and a second surface element.
- the furniture fitting has a sliding guide for the first surface element and a pivoting guide for the first and the second surface element, the first surface element being guided linearly displaceably relative to the second surface element by the sliding guide in a first movement section and the first surface element and the in a second movement section second surface elements are coupled to one another and are pivotably guided jointly by the pivot guide, a pivot axis of the pivot guide being positioned at a distance from a plane in which the door extends, so that the coupled surface elements are guided in a rotational and translational movement in the second movement section.
- the invention also relates to a piece of furniture with a multi-part door and a furniture fitting of this type.
- Doors that perform a pure pivoting movement are disadvantageous in particular in the case of wall cabinets, as are often used in kitchens, since an open door protrudes far into the room and there is a considerable risk of impact in the head area.
- wall units can be equipped with sliding doors. Open doors do not protrude into the room, but access to the interior of the furniture is limited in that only part of the cabinet interior is accessible at any one time, for example only about half of the cabinet interior with a two-part sliding door.
- a door arrangement in which a door flap arranged at the top of a cabinet so that it can pivot outward is formed in two parts.
- a second surface element can be retracted or extended into a first, pivotable surface element of the door flap.
- the second surface element is extended downward from the first surface element so that the entire furniture opening is closed.
- the second surface element can be retracted, whereby a lower half of the cabinet is accessible.
- the two surface elements retracted into one another are then pivoted together around their upper edge in order to make the upper part of the cabinet accessible.
- the disadvantage here is that the two surface elements retracted into one another are pivoted about an axis of rotation that lies on the edge of the pivotable surface element.
- the overall arrangement of the surface elements that are retracted into one another protrudes completely forward beyond the front edge of the cabinet body.
- great forces have to be applied to hold the open door arrangement in its horizontal position.
- lateral support levers are used that support the open door at its side edges. The support levers also protrude forwards over the cabinet body.
- a multi-part door that performs a combined sliding and pivoting movement is also from the publication U.S. 2,322,377 known. This arrangement is particularly suitable for large doors such as building doors. In this arrangement, too, an upper surface element is pivotably mounted and at least one second surface element is arranged displaceably on said first surface element.
- the lower surface element is raised on the upper surface element and then the arrangement of both surface elements is pivoted into an approximately horizontal position.
- the upper end of the first surface element is moved essentially horizontally inward on a guide curve.
- a pivot lever is articulated which, in combination with the sliding movement at the upper end of the surface element, leads to a combined pivoting and sliding movement of the door arrangement.
- the door arrangement is aligned essentially horizontally and at least half of it is drawn into the interior.
- a furniture fitting for performing a combined sliding and pivoting movement of a multi-part door is also from the publication WO 2012/145769 A1 known.
- the door is a three-part folding door, with an upper part of the folding door being pivoted over the furniture body in the open state and the two lower parts being folded together, the lower part moving upwards with its lower edge along a sliding guide.
- a furniture fitting according to the invention of the type mentioned at the beginning is characterized in that the sliding guide has at least one guide profile and a trolley with rollers running therein.
- the guide profile has a first section for attachment to a furniture body, and a second section which is pivotably guided by the swivel guide, the trolley being guided from the first into the second section in the first movement section.
- a sliding guide is created which is firmly and solidly carried by the body in the first section, and in which the trolley and thus the door can be pivoted in the second section carried by the pivoting guide.
- a furniture fitting according to the invention of the type mentioned at the beginning is characterized according to a second aspect in that the sliding guide comprises at least one pull-out guide which guides the first surface element in a linearly displaceable manner with respect to the second surface element.
- the pull-out guide is pivotably guided by the pivoting guide together with the second surface element.
- a support frame is preferably provided parallel to the second surface element, which is pivotably guided with the second surface element through the swivel guide and on which the pull-out guide is mounted.
- the sliding guide can also have at least one guide profile for fastening to the furniture body and a guide roller running therein. A particularly simple structure is achieved when the guide roller is attached to the pull-out guide.
- the guide profile is designed and arranged such that the guide roller leaves the guide profile at the end of the first movement section and is not in engagement with the guide profile in the second movement section. It is achieved that the guide roller supports the sliding movement only in the first movement section. In this movement section, the pull-out guide is moved out the furthest, so that guidance support by the guide roller is particularly helpful in this movement section.
- the furniture fittings mentioned do not pivot about a pivot axis positioned in the plane of the surface elements, but about an axis that lies outside the surface plane of the door, in particular the pivot axis is positioned further towards the rear of the carcass.
- the door then swivels in such a way that it performs a combined rotational and translational movement and at least partially slides over the body, so that it does not protrude as far into the room.
- the pivot axis can, for example, at least temporarily, i.e. in sections of the sequence of movements, are above a top panel of the furniture body.
- the swivel guide has a lever mechanism with two levers.
- the levers are preferred hinged to a base plate which can be mounted in a furniture body and to a supporting profile which is pivotably mounted in this way.
- the lever mechanism with two levers makes it possible, in a structurally simple and space-saving manner, to implement a pivoting guide whose pivot axis lies outside the plane of the door, for example in that the levers are not aligned parallel to one another.
- the levers are arranged in a plane that runs parallel to the sides of the furniture body. Within this plane they are not aligned parallel, that is, they run obliquely to one another, which results in a pivoting movement, the pivot axis of which is outside the door and also at least in sections outside the lever mechanism.
- One of the levers can be coupled to an actuating lever which is connected to a linear guide.
- the pivoting movement can be motorized in that an output member of a linear guide acts on the lever mechanism via the actuating lever.
- a piece of furniture according to the invention in particular a wall unit, has a body and a multi-part door which comprises at least a first surface element and a second surface element in planes spaced parallel to one another.
- the furniture is characterized in that the surface elements are fastened and guided on the body via at least one furniture fitting described above.
- the sliding guide for the first surface element is arranged at least partially in side walls of the body.
- the pivoting guide for the second surface element is more preferably mounted on an intermediate floor of the body, the intermediate floor being arranged in an upper region of the body.
- An electric drive can be integrated well by acting on the furniture fitting via at least one Bowden cable and / or at least one rotary shaft.
- FIG. 1a to 6 a first embodiment of a piece of furniture is shown with a furniture fitting according to the application.
- the door is sliding in a vertical direction and pivoting about a horizontal axis.
- the furniture fitting shown can in principle also be used in a door that is shifted in the horizontal direction and pivoted about a vertical axis.
- the piece of furniture has a body 10 which has two side walls 11, a base 12, a top base 13 and a rear wall 17. As in Figure 1f As can be seen, an intermediate floor 14 is arranged below the upper floor 13 and closes off an interior 16 of the body 10 towards the top. Furthermore, the interior 16 can optionally be subdivided by a shelf 15.
- the space between the upper floor 13 and the intermediate floor 14 accommodates components of the furniture fitting as well as an electrical drive 50 which may be provided and which is coupled to the furniture fitting.
- an opening is provided in the top panel 13, which is covered by a cover 131, in addition to for assembly and service purposes.
- the cover 131 there is again a smaller opening through which a nameplate can be seen.
- Power supply and control cables for the electric drive 50 are passed through one or more openings in the rear wall of the body 10.
- the piece of furniture has a multi-part door 20 which comprises a first surface element 21 and a second surface element 22.
- the surface elements 21, 22, hereinafter also referred to as fronts 21, 22, are glass plates in the illustrated embodiment. In principle, it is also possible to use other materials, for example wood, for the fronts 21, 22 of the door 20.
- Figure 1a shows the furniture with the door 20 closed.
- the fronts 21, 22 are arranged one below the other, the upper second front 22 being arranged parallel spaced in front of the lower first front 21 and the first front 21 slightly overlapping at its upper side edge, for example by a few centimeters .
- the first that is to say the lower rear front 21
- the second that is to say the front upper front 22
- a first path section a first path section
- the pivoting takes place about a horizontal pivot axis which is positioned in height approximately between the intermediate floor 14 and the upper floor 13 behind the door 20. Due to the arrangement of the pivot axis, the door 20 protrudes only slightly forwards beyond the side walls 11 of the body 10 after the pivoting. A remaining part of the pushed together door 20 is positioned above the body 10.
- FIG. 13 shows an enlargement of the upper part of FIG Figure 2e .
- Figure 3 details of the structure of the furniture fitting according to the application, which will be discussed below, can be seen.
- Figure 2a shows first the closed state of the door 20. With the position of the front front 22 unchanged, is shown in FIG Figures 2b and 2c , move the rear front 21 vertically upwards to open the door 20.
- FIG Figures 2b and 2c move the rear front 21 vertically upwards to open the door 20.
- the two fronts In the state of Figure 2c are both fronts 21, 22 with their lower edge at the same height.
- the two fronts also have essentially the same dimensions, so that in the in Figure 2c In the state shown, the upper edges of the fronts 21, 22 are also essentially at the same height. In other words, the two fronts 21, 22 are arranged almost congruently one behind the other.
- a sliding guide 30 with a guide profile 31 in which a trolley 32 is guided so that it can be moved vertically with the aid of rollers 321 is used for linear movement of the first front 21.
- Fastening means for the first front 21 are provided on the trolley 32.
- the fastening means can comprise a mounting bracket to which the first front 21 is fastened.
- the mounting bracket provides corresponding fastening means that are adapted to the material of the first front 21.
- four rollers 321 are provided on the trolley 32, with which a movement of the trolley 32 with as little play as possible in the guide profile 31 can be achieved.
- the upper and, in the installed state, forward-facing and the lower, in the installed state, rear-facing rollers 321 are loaded.
- the two middle rollers 321 arranged between the mentioned rollers serve to arrange the roller carriage 32 within the guide profile 31 without play.
- they can be mounted on an eccentric arrangement (not shown here) that allows the position of these rollers 321 to be adjusted laterally.
- at least one elongated hole can be formed in the trolley 32 in order to be able to adjust the relevant rollers 321 as required to minimize play.
- the illustrated sliding guide 30 is preferably present on both sides of the body 10 in order to guide the first front 21 uniformly on both sides.
- the guide profile 31 of the sliding guide 30 is preferably embedded in a recess, for example a cutout on the inside of a respective side wall 11.
- the ones in the Figures 2a-2c The illustrated linear movement of the first front 21 can in principle take place manually.
- an electric drive is provided which acts on the first front 21 and / or the trolleys 32 via one or more cable pulls (not visible in these figures).
- FIG. 2c After reaching the in Figure 2c The position shown is another opening of the door 20 by a common pivoting of the first and second front 21, 22, as shown in FIG Figures 2d-2f is shown.
- This movement is also electrically driven in the example shown, but could in principle also take place by manual actuation.
- a movement control In the case of the electric drive provided, a movement control is provided in such a way that pivoting only takes place when the in Figure 2c position shown is reached.
- a lock can be provided by which the pivoting movement is only released when the first front 21 has moved completely behind the second front 22.
- the pivoting movement shown is made possible by a pivoting guide 40.
- the pivot guide 40 comprises a base plate 41 fixed to the body and a support profile 43 which is pivotably connected to the base plate 41 via a lever mechanism 42.
- the lever mechanism 42 comprises two levers 421, 422, which are each mounted both on the base plate 41 and on the support profile 43 in hinge points 4211, 4212, 4221, 4222 (see FIG. A).
- the levers 421, 422 have different lengths between their pivot points and are not arranged parallel to one another, as a result of which the support profile 43 executes a pivoting movement about a horizontal pivot axis which is spaced from the door 20 in the area of the side wall 11.
- the hinge points 4211 and 4212 as well as 4221 and 4222 each form a pair of hinge points, the connecting lines of which, when extended at a common intersection, form a pivot axis or an instantaneous center M for the door 20 pushed together.
- the momentary pole M is not stationary, but changes continuously by moving on a momentary pole path. So that the pushed together door 20 can move away from the body 20, at the beginning of the pivoting movement and shortly thereafter the momentary center M is above the top panel 13.
- the pushed together door 20 thus performs a combined rotational and translational movement.
- the aforementioned leads to the fact that the pushed together door 20 in the fully opened state of Door 20 is positioned at least partially above the body 10 and is therefore correspondingly less far into the room.
- the second front 22 is attached to the support profile 43 via a U-shaped support bracket 44 protruding to the front.
- the support bracket 44 spans an area between the second front 22 and the support profile 43 into which the trolley 32 and the first front 21 can move.
- the lever 421 is designed as an angle lever with a further lever arm to which an actuating lever 45 is articulated.
- This actuation lever 45 is coupled to an output member 461 on a linear guide 46.
- a horizontal sliding movement of the output member 461 in the example shown is converted into the pivoting movement of the support bracket 44 and thus the door 20 via the actuation lever 45 and the levers 421, 422.
- the guide profile 31 of the sliding guide 30 is designed in two parts. It comprises a first lower section 311 which is fixedly connected to the furniture body 10 with the side wall 11.
- the guide profile 31 further comprises a second upper section 312, which is arranged on the support profile 43 and is pivoted with the support profile 43.
- the length of the upper section 312 is dimensioned such that the trolley 32 can move completely into this section.
- both sections 311, 312 of the guide profile 31 are in alignment, so that the trolley 32 moves seamlessly from the lower section 311 to the upper section 312 when the first front 21 is raised or from the upper section 312 to a lower one when the first front 21 is lowered Section 311 can move.
- FIG 4 a front corner area of the furniture is shown in a horizontal section.
- the guide profile 31 is embedded in the side wall 11 of the body 10.
- the arrangement of the rollers 321 in a correspondingly C-shaped guide chamber 313 in the guide profile 31 can also be seen, as well as the side rollers 33, which run along a front running surface 314 of the guide profile 31, around the door 20 laterally, i.e. in a direction orthogonal to it Direction of travel to guide.
- a side profile 47 is located on each of the side edges of the second front 22 attached, for example glued, which is mounted on the support bracket 44.
- the side profile 47 serves on the one hand as a side cover or privacy screen, on the other hand to guide the first front 21 relative to the second front 22.
- the side profile 47 has a channel 471 in which a guide finger 211 arranged indirectly on the first front 21 slides.
- roller holders 23 with an inserted roller 231 rotatable about a horizontal axis.
- the roll holders 23 are mounted, preferably glued, on the second front 22 and run with their roll 231 on the surface of the first front 21. Two or more of these roll holders 23 can be arranged next to one another and / or distributed one above the other on the inside of the second front 22.
- Figures 5a and 5b and FIG. 6 two different configurations of an electric drive 50 for the electric motor movement of the door 20 are shown.
- Figure 5a and 6th each show the furniture in an isometric oblique view from behind and above, with both the rear wall 17 and the top panel 13 removed.
- Figure 5b additionally shows the configuration according to Figure 5a in a plan view of the intermediate floor 14, the top floor 13 also being removed.
- the electric drive 50 comprises a pivot drive 51 and a lifting drive 52, both of which are mounted on the intermediate floor 14.
- the swivel drive 51 has an electric motor (not visible here) with a gear mechanism that acts on a rotary shaft 511 leading through the drive. This runs over the entire width of the furniture body 10 and ends on the right and left in the linear guides 46.
- a rotary movement of the rotary shaft 511 in both linear guides 46 is converted into a synchronous linear sliding movement of the respective output member 461.
- An actuation of the swivel drive 51 accordingly leads to a swiveling of the door 20 by the swivel guide 40.
- the lifting drive 52 also has an electric motor with a downstream gear, for example a worm gear, which acts on a Bowden cable 521.
- the Bowden cable 521 compensates for a pivoting movement of the pivoting guide 40 and merges into two cable pulls, not visible here, which are attached to the trolley 32. Actuation of the lifting drive 52 lifts or lowers both trolleys 32 synchronously and thus raises or lowers the first front 21 relative to the second front 22.
- a sequence control is provided so that the swivel drive can only be actuated when the lifting drive 52 has raised the first front 21 completely or at least almost completely to the intended height.
- a pivot drive 51 and a lifting drive 52 are also provided.
- the swivel drive 51 is identical to that in the example of FIG Figures 5a and 5b .
- the lifting drive 52 is not arranged on the intermediate floor 14, but rather mounted on the support bracket 44 so that it is moved along with the pivoting of the door 20. In this way, the Bowden cable 521 can be omitted or made shorter; in particular, the drive movement for the sliding guide 30 does not need to be transmitted via the pivoting movement.
- a spindle drive can also be implemented for the lifting movement, for example.
- FIG. 7a-13 is another embodiment of a piece of furniture with a furniture fitting according to the application for a combined sliding and pivoting movement of a door.
- the same reference symbols identify elements that are the same or have the same effect as in the first exemplary embodiment.
- the second exemplary embodiment is shown on the basis of an essentially identical body 10 of an upper cabinet, for example for a kitchen, and a comparable door 20. Reference is hereby made explicitly to the statements relating to the first exemplary embodiment.
- Figures 7a-7c shows, in three stages here by way of example, an opening process of the again two-part door 20 in three partial images in a manner comparable to FIGS. 1a-1f.
- the door 20 in turn comprises a lower first surface element 21, also called first front 21, and an upper second surface element 22, also called second front 22.
- the pivot guide 40 corresponds to that of the first embodiment. It will not be explained again at this point.
- the two fronts are coupled to one another via a pull-out guide 34.
- the pull-out guide 34 is completely retracted and pivoted with the fronts 21, 22.
- the pull-out guide 34 With the first front 21 lowered (cf. Figures 8a and 9a ) the pull-out guide 34 is extended.
- the individual rails of the pull-out slide 34 can be seen: an outer rail 341, a middle rail 342 and an inner rail 343.
- the outer rail 341 carries the movable first front 21, the inner rail 343 is together with the second front 22 on the Support bracket 44 of the pivot guide 40 attached. Details are explained in the figures described below.
- the middle rail 342 enables the first front 21 to be fully extended compared to the second front 22.
- the pull-out guide 34 therefore represents a full extension.
- the guide roller 35 is arranged at the lower end region of the outer rail 341 as a further guide means.
- the guide roller 35 swivels into a recess 111 in the side wall 11.
- the guide roller 35 comes into a guide profile 31, which is embedded in the side wall 11 in a manner comparable to the lower section 311 of the guide profile 31 of the first exemplary embodiment.
- Figure 9a the pull-out guide 34 is pulled out as far as the closed door 21 according to, for example Figure 7a or 8a corresponds.
- Figure 9c shows the fully retracted position of the door 20, in which the first front 21 has moved completely behind the second front 22 (cf. Figures 7b or 8b ).
- Figure 9b finally shows an intermediate position in which the first front 21 has partially moved behind the second front 22.
- the Figures 9a-9c show that the pull-out guides 34 with the respective inner rail 343 are not mounted directly on the second front 22, but on an additional support frame 24, which is arranged parallel to the first or second front 21, 22 and that with the second front 22 an upper end spaced therefrom.
- the pull-out guides 34 are mounted on the lateral end faces of the support frame 24. When it is raised, the first front 21 moves between the second front 22 and the carrier frame 24 relative to the second front 22.
- Figure 10 shows a detailed view of the upper end area of the guide profile 31, which opens into the recess 111.
- the state shown shows the arrangement of the first and second front 21, 22 and the support frame 24 at the beginning or just ending pivoting out or in process.
- the guide profile 31 is widened in a funnel-shaped manner and has a bevel 315 which facilitates the introduction of the guide roller 35.
- Figure 11 shows a front corner area of the furniture body 10 and the door 20 in a horizontal sectional view.
- the arrangement of the guide rail 34 and the guide roller 35 and the positioning of the guide roller 35 in the guide profile 31 can be clearly seen.
- a side profile 47 with a channel 471 placed on the second front 22 can be seen, in which a guide finger 211 is slidably guided and is attached to the first front 21.
- the electric drive 50 comprises a swivel drive 51 which acts on linear guides 46 via rotary shafts 511. Details of the swivel guide 40 and the swivel drive 51 are given in connection with the first exemplary embodiment, to which reference is hereby made. Furthermore, a lifting drive 52 is also mounted on the intermediate floor 14, which acts on the sliding guide 30 via a Bowden cable 521. As in connection with the example of the Figures 5a and 5b is explained, the Bowden cable 521 goes over, for example, into cable pulls (not shown here) that are fastened directly or indirectly to the first front 21.
- the electric drive 50 here in turn comprises the swivel drive 51 mounted on the intermediate floor 14 and a separate drive for the sliding guide 30, this separate drive being swiveled with it.
- the drive for the sliding guide 30 is designed here in the manner of a roller shutter drive 53, which comprises an elongated tube extending approximately over the entire width of the body 10 with an internal motor. When the engine is running, the entire tube rotates. Cable pulls 531, which are directly or indirectly connected to the first front 21, are wound up in the end regions, so that the latter is raised evenly (synchronously) on both sides.
- the cables 531 can, as shown, be suspended from brackets 212 which are connected to the first surface element 21 or to the inner rail 343 of the pull-out guide 34. It is also conceivable to fasten the pull cables 531 only to the inner guide rail 343.
- the guide rope 531 can be fastened to a bearing pin of the guide roller 35.
