Claims (13)

1. Siphon assembly (1) comprising
a siphon element (2) having a bearing portion (3) and having a siphon channel (21), which comprises an inlet (4) and an outlet (5), and
a holding element (6) for connecting the siphon element (2) to an assembly frame (7),
wherein the holding element (6) comprises a receiving portion (8) for receiving the bearing portion (3) of the siphon element (2) and further comprises a fastening portion (9) for fastening the holding element (6) on the assembly frame (7),
wherein a center axis (M) extends through the receiving portion (8),
wherein the receiving portion (8) and the bearing portion (3) are formed such that the siphon element (2) is alignable in a pivotable manner about the center axis (M) with respect to the fixed holding element (6),
wherein the holding element (6) comprises a ring (10) which is substantially circumferential about the center axis (M), wherein the ring (10) provides the receiving portion (8), or wherein the receiving portion (8) is formed on the ring (10),
characterized in that
a plurality of circumferentially arranged spring tabs (12) is arranged on an inside of the ring (10), wherein the spring tabs (12) provide the receiving portion (8) with their free ends (13).
Siphon assembly (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the siphon element (2) is pivotable about a pivot angle of at least 180° or about a pivot angle of at least 240°; or that the siphon element (2) is pivotable about a pivot angle of 360°.
Siphon assembly (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the receiving portion (8) and the bearing portion (3) are formed as a latching connection.
Siphon assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the receiving portion (8) and the bearing portion (3) are formed such that the siphon element (2) is alignable in a movable manner perpendicular to the center axis (M) within a predetermined play (X, Y) with respect to the fixed holding element (6) and/or that the receiving portion (8) and the bearing portion (3) are formed such that the siphon element (2) is movable within a predetermined play (Z) with respect to the fixed holding element (6) in the direction of the center axis (M).
Siphon assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the receiving portion (8) is provided by a latching lug (14) which is arranged on the free end (13) of every spring tab (12).
Siphon assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bearing portion (3) is formed as a circumferential groove (22) about the center axis (M).
Siphon assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the siphon element (2) comprises, in the region of the inlet (4) into the siphon element (2), a circumferential seal (15) about the inlet (4).
Siphon assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the siphon element (2) comprises at least one fastening opening (16) which serves to receive a fastening means (17) for connecting the siphon element (2) to a shower surface (18), wherein the fastening opening (16) preferably is a threaded opening and the fastening means (17) preferably is a screw.

Assembly according to claim 10, characterized that the holding element (6) on the bearing point (20) is held via a releasable latching connection, wherein the bearing point (20) is arranged on the assembly frame (7) preferably in a fixed manner, and/or that the assembly frame is a frame with at least three corners, wherein the siphon assembly is arranged preferably in the peripheral region of the frame and/or in the middle between two neighboring corners.
