Claims (12)
- Pumpverfahren in einem Pumpsystem (SP, SPP) umfassend:- eine erste geschmierte Drehschiebervakuumpumpe (3) mit einem Gaseinlassanschluss (2), welcher mit einer Vakuumkammer (1) verbunden ist und einem Gasauslassanschluss (4), welcher in eine Leitung (5) vor Austreten in den Gasauslass (8) des Pumpsystem (SP, SPP) führt,- ein Rückschlagventil (6), welches in der Leitung (5) zwischen dem Gasauslassanschluss (4) und dem Gasauslass (8) angeordnet ist, und- einen Injektor (7), der parallel zu dem Rückschlagventil (6) verbunden ist,- einen Kompressor (10),wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
der Kompressor durch die erste geschmierte Drehschiebervakuumpumpe angetrieben ist;
die erste geschmierte Drehschiebervakuumpumpe (3) gestartet wird, um die in der Vakuumkammer (1) enthaltenen Gase durch den Gasauslassanschluss (4) zu pumpen;
gleichzeitig wird der Injektor (7) mit einem Arbeitsfluid durch den Kompressor beaufschlagt; und
der Injektor (7) wird während der ganzen Zeit, in der die erste geschmierte Drehschiebervakuumpumpe (3) von einer Energiequelle mit Energie versorgt wird und die Vakuumkammer (1) evakuiert, weiter mit Arbeitsfluid beaufschlagt. - Pumpverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslass des Injektors (7) sich mit der Leitung (5) nach dem Rückschlagventil (6) vereint.
- Pumpverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arbeitsfluid des Injektors (7) Druckluft und/oder Stickstoff ist.
- Pumpverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlagventil (6) schliesst, wenn der Druck auf der Saugseite der ersten geschmierten Drehschiebervakuumpumpe (3) zwischen 500 mbar absolut und dem Endvakuum liegt.
- Pumpverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Injektor (7) in einem Modul integriert ist, welches das Rückschlagventil (6) enthält, wobei das Modul selbst in dem Ölabscheider der ersten geschmierten Drehschiebervakuumpumpe aufgenommen ist.
- Pumpverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kompressor (10) Atmosphärenluft oder Gase der Gasausgangsleitung nach dem Rückschlagventil (6) ansaugt.
- Pumpsystem (SP, SPP), umfassend:- eine erste geschmierte Drehschiebervakuumpumpe (3) mit einem Gaseinlassanschluss (2), welcher mit einer Vakuumkammer (1) verbunden ist und einem Gasauslassanschluss (4), welcher in eine Leitung (5) vor Austreten in den Gasauslass (8) des Systems von Vakuumpumpen (SP) führt,- ein Rückschlagventil (6), welches in der Leitung (5) zwischen dem Gasauslassanschluss (4) und dem Gasauslass (8) angeordnet ist,- einen Injektor (7), welcher parallel zu dem Rückschlagventil (6) verbunden ist,- einen Kompressor (10),wobei das Pumpsystem (SP, SPP) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
der Kompressor von der ersten geschmierten Drehschiebervakuumpumpe (3) angetrieben ist; und
der Injektor (7) angeordnet ist, um mit Arbeitsfluid während der ganzen Zeit, in der die erste geschmierte Drehschiebervakuumpumpe (3) von einer Energiequelle mit Energie versorgt ist und die Vakuumkammer (1) evakuiert, beaufschlagt zu werden. - Pumpsystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslass des Injektors (7) sich mit der Leitung (5) nach dem Rückschlagventil (6) vereint.
- Pumpsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arbeitsfluid des Injektors (7) Druckluft und/oder Stickstoff ist.
- Pumpsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlagventil (6) schliesst, wenn der Druck auf der Saugseite der geschmierten Drehschiebervakuumpumpe (3) zwischen 500 mbar absolut und dem Endvakuum liegt.
- Pumpsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Injektor (7) in einem Modul integriert ist, welches das Rückschlagventil (6) enthält, wobei das Modul selbst in dem Ölabscheider der ersten geschmierten Drehschiebervakuumpumpe aufgenommen sein kann.
- Pumpsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kompressor (10) die Atmosphärenluft oder Gase in der Gasausgangsleitung (8) nach dem Rückschlagventil (6) ansaugt.
