Claims (8)
- Dispositif de commutation (1) comme commutateur de polarité pour un transformateur de réglage (10) comprenant un premier enroulement (2) pour réguler une phase d'un réseau de courant alternatif, comprenant- une première borne de raccordement (1.1) reliée à l'enroulement (2)- une seconde borne de raccordement (1.2) reliée à une ligne de sortie (3)- un tube de commutation sous vide (4) comportant un contact fixe (4.1) et un contact mobile (4.2)- un commutateur de déconnexion (5) munit d'un contact de connexion (32), fixe et d'un boîtier de palier (23) mobile, électro-conducteur,- une résistance (6) en série avec le tube de commutation sous vide (4) et le commutateur de déconnexion (5)- un rotor de polarité (20) monté à rotation, comportant un plateau de support supérieur et un plateau de support inférieur (21, 22) entre lesquels est installé verticalement le tube de commutation sous vide (4), et auquel est fixé le boîtier de palier (24)- un arbre d'entraînement (23) installé verticalement entre les plateaux de support (21, 22), qui entraîne en rotation le rotor de polarité (20) dispositif de commutation dans lequel- la première borne de raccordement (1.1) est reliée à la seconde borne de raccordement (1.2) par le montage en série- le rotor de polarité (20) entraine en rotation le commutateur de déconnexion (5) et le tube de commutation sous vide (4)- le boîtier de palier (24) est appliqué contre le contact de commutation (32) ou est séparé du contact de commutation (32)- le contact fixe (4.1) est monté sur le plateau de support inférieur (21) et le contact mobile (4.2) est relié mécaniquement au plateau de support supérieur (22),- le contact mobile (4.2) est relié mécaniquement à un levier d'actionnement (28)- le levier d'actionnement (28) est monté pivotant par une extrémité (30) sur le boîtier de palier (24) et son autre extrémité (31) porte un galet (29).
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon la revendication précédente comprenant- un cylindre à came (25) dans lequel le rotor de polarité (20) est monté à rotation
dans lequel- le cylindre à came (25) comporte à son bord supérieur (26) un contour (27) ayant au moins un segment de contour (34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39),- le galet (29) roule sur au moins un segment de contour (34-39) par la rotation du rotor de polarité (20) et actionne ainsi le tube de commutation sous vide (4). - Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, pour un transformateur de réglage (10) qui comprend un premier enroulement supplémentaire (2) respectif pour au moins une phase supplémentaire à réguler du réseau de courant alternatif comprenant- pour chaque enroulement supplémentaire (2)* une première borne de raccordement supplémentaire (1.1) qui peut être reliée à l'enroulement supplémentaire (2)* une seconde borne de raccordement supplémentaire (1.2) qui peut être reliée à une ligne de sortie (3)* un tube de commutation sous vide supplémentaire (4)* un commutateur de déconnexion supplémentaire (5) et* une résistance supplémentaire (6) en série avec le tube de commutation à vide supplémentaire (4) et avec le commutateur de déconnexion supplémentaire (5),- un moyen d'actionnement pour actionner le tube de commutation sous vide (4) dans un ordre prédéfini,
dispositif dans lequel- chaque première borne de raccordement supplémentaire (1.1) est reliée à la seconde borne de raccordement (1.2) correspondante par le montage en série associé. - Dispositif de commutation (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel- le moyen d'actionnement est réalisé de façon qu'au moins deux tubes de commutation sous vide (4) soient actionnés de façon décalée dans le temps, l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel- le moyen d'actionnement comprend le cylindre à came (25)- à chaque tube de commutation sous vide (4) est associé au moins un segment de contour (34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39). - Dispositif de commutation (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel- les segments de contour (34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) sont réalisés de façon que la rotation du rotor de polarité (20) actionne au moins deux tubes sous vide de commutation (4) de manière décalée dans le temps.
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes pour un transformateur de réglage (10) qui comprend un second enroulement (7) pour au moins une phase à réguler,
le premier enroulement (2) associé à cette phase ayant une première et une seconde prise d'enroulement (2.2, 2.3) et une prise intermédiaire (2.4) entre les prises d'enroulement (2.2, 2.3), comprenant- un présélecteur (9) ayant* une première borne de présélection (9.1) qui peut être reliée à la première prise d'enroulement (2.2)* une seconde borne de présélection (9.2) qui peut être reliée à la seconde prise d'enroulement (2.3)* une borne de base (9.3) qui peut être reliée au second enroulement (7)* un contact de présélection (9.4) qui est relié à la borne de base (9.32) et qui peut être relié sélectivement à la première ou à la seconde borne de présélection (9.1, 9.2),dispositif dans lequel- la première borne de raccordement (1.1) peut être reliée au premier enroulement (2) en étant reliée à la prise intermédiaire (2.4). - Dispositif de commutation (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel- le présélecteur (9) est réalisé sous la forme d'un inverseur ou d'un sélecteur d'approche.
