In a mechanical watch, it is customary to use a regulating member comprising a sprung balance device. Conventionally, the inner end of the hairspring is fixed to a ferrule provided on the axis of pivoting of the balance. In order to fix and position the outer end of the hairspring, it is known to use a peg holder housing a pin, in combination with a clamping screw for tightening the bolt against the portion of the hairspring engaged in the bolt carrier.

In such an assembly, the bolt carrier is conventionally attached to a cock also serving to fix one end of the axis of the balance. In practice, during assembly and / or adjustment, the manipulations to be performed with these various elements are delicate because access is restricted and the parts are very small. In addition, with such configurations, it is common for the spiral clamping screw or peg holder to come loose, and / or be lost during handling such as adjusting the active length of the hairspring.

The document CH42750 discloses a holding or supporting assembly of a clockwork spiral spring, comprising a base provided with an upper surface and a lower surface, a stud and a stud holder being arranged on said base.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEEDETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention proceeds from the general idea of providing a holding or supporting assembly of a spiral clock spring allowing a mounting / dismounting of the piton simpler and to place the pin very close to the balance shaft for the purpose of using spirals with a small outer diameter.

Le porte-piton 3 utilise des moyens de fixation 6 pour la fixation du piton 9 au coq 5.On the figure 1 is shown a schematic view of a holding or supporting assembly 1 of a spiral spring clock according to a first embodiment. This holding assembly 1 comprises a peg carrier 3 arranged to be fixed to the rocker bridge 5 also called cock via fastening means 7. The holding assembly also comprises a peg 9 fixed on a turn of the spiral spring 11. The bolt carrier 3 uses fastening means 6 for fixing the stud 9 to the cock 5.

In a first embodiment, the cock 5 also called base, is provided with a housing 50. This housing 50 is here in the form of an opening or through hole 51 in which the stud holder 3 is placed, said bolt carrier 3 being held in its housing 50 via the attachment means 7 as visible to Figures 1 and 2 . The opening 51 has a peripheral rim 51a and is circular in shape. The bolt carrier includes a rotating element used for fixing the stud to the cock. The attachment means 7 comprise an interface maie arranged 71 on the outer edge 33 of the rotary member and a female interface 72 arranged on the peripheral rim 51a. These male interfaces 71 and female 72 thus cooperate together to allow the rotary member to be mounted in the housing 51 by a rotational movement of said rotary element relative to the cock 5. This assembly by a rotational movement is used to lock the stud in the housing 50. The mounting by a rotational movement causes a support of the stud on the peripheral rim. The rotary element, the housing and the fastening means form the fastening means 6. For this, two solutions are envisaged.

In a preferred embodiment of this first embodiment visible to Figures 5, 6 and 7 the rotary element is here in the form of a central hub 30 which has an upper face 31, a lower face 32 and an outer edge 33. This central hub 30 is shaped similar to that of the opening c ' that is to say circular.

In a first solution visible to figures 1 and 3 , the peripheral rim 51a is provided with a notch 52 through whose dimensions are similar to those of the pin 9 so that the latter can be placed there. During assembly, the stud 9 is previously placed in the notch 52 of the peripheral rim 51a. Then, the hub 30 is fixed in its housing 51 by engaging the male interface 71 of the hub 30 with the female interface 72 of the peripheral rim 51a. The hub 30 is then fixed by turning it which causes a contact between its outer edge 33 and the pin 9. The latter is thus plated on the peripheral rim 51a to be blocked. This solution allows to have a pin placed in a fixed position.

In a variant of this first solution visible to the figure 1 the hub 30 has an irregular shape so that the outer edge 33 in contact with the pin 9 is not perfectly circular. As such, the outer edge 33 in contact with the peak 9 comprises a substantially triangular recess so as to have a gentle slope. This configuration makes it possible, during the rotation of the hub 30 in the housing 50 for its attachment, to smooth the increase in the stress applied to the stud 9 to block it.

In a second solution visible to the figure 4 , the hub 30 is provided with a through slot 35 whose dimensions are similar to those of the stud 9 so that the latter can be placed there. During assembly, the stud 9 is previously placed in the notch 35 of the hub 30. Then, the hub 30 is fixed in its housing 51 by engaging the male interface 71 of the hub 30 with the female interface 72 of the peripheral rim 51a. the hub 30 is then fixed by rotating it which causes a contact between the peripheral rim 51a and the pin 9. This latter is thus plated on the peripheral rim 51a to be blocked. This solution allows to have a stud 9 whose position is adjustable angularly around the axis of the balance and therefore allows to adjust the marker.

In a variant of this second solution as visible in the figure 4 , the peripheral rim 51a has an irregular shape so as not to be perfectly circular. As such, the peripheral rim 51a comprises a substantially triangular recess so as to have a gentle slope. This configuration allows, during the rotation of the rotary element that is to say the hub 30 in the housing 50 for its fixation, to smooth the increase in the stress applied to the peak to block it.

In another preferred embodiment, the rotary member is here in the form of a ring 300. This ring 300 has an upper face. 301, a lower face 302, an outer edge 303 and an inner edge 304.

The rotary element 3 is advantageously used as a multifunction hub. As such, it is expected that the central hub 30 comprises a shock absorbing system 100 as visible at Figures 1, 5, 6 and 7 . The central hub then comprises a recess 101, crossing or not, in which is housed the shock absorbing system 100. A recess 101 through allows said shock absorbing system 100 to be visible and thus improve the aesthetics.

In the case of a ring 300 as visible in the figure 8 the central orifice can be used to place a shock absorbing system 100 therein.

The shock absorbing system 100 may be in a conventional form that is to say a kitten in which a pierced stone and a stone against pivot are arranged or in the form of a single stone. This unique stone is provided with a recess to cooperate with the balance shaft and can be driven into the hole of the hub or mounted via an elastic ring. The shock absorbing system 100 may also be in the form of a pellet provided with elastic arms. An advantage of this configuration is to have a centered system since the position of the stud is centered relative to the balance shaft cooperating with the damping system. Moreover, this makes it possible to have a multifunctional system acting as a stud holder 3 and a shock absorber system 100 that is easy to assemble. The shock absorbing system 100 may be previously mounted on the hub before final assembly with the stud 9.

Of course, it is conceivable that the shock absorbing system 100 is not integrated with the hub 30 but arranged on the cock 5 in an off-center position with respect to the central hub 30. This configuration allows the use of a spiral balance assembly of large diameter without necessarily having a hub 30 large.

La bague 300 rotative sera placée dans ladite creusure circulaire 510.In a second embodiment visible at the figure 9 , the cock 5 comprises a housing 500. This housing 500 is here in the form of a circular recess 510 formed of a peripheral rim 511, an inner rim 512 and a bottom 513. The inner rim 512 forms a central island or circular central portion 514 projecting from the bottom 513 of the housing 500. The rotary element 3 is here in the form of a ring 300. This ring comprises an upper face 301, a lower face 302, an outer edge 303 and an inner slice 304. The rotating ring 300 will be placed in said circular recess 510.

Toutefois, l'interface male 701 pourra être agencée sur la tranche intérieure 304 de la bague 300 alors que l'interface femelle 702 sera agencée sur le rebord interne 512 du logement 500.In this embodiment, the attachment means 7 comprise a male interface 701 arranged on a wafer of the ring 300 and a female interface 702 arranged on one of the flanges of the housing 500. The male interface 701 may be arranged on the wafer. 303 outside the ring 303 while the female interface 702 will be arranged on the peripheral rim 511 of the housing 500. However, the male interface 701 may be arranged on the inner edge 304 of the ring 300 while the female interface 702 will be arranged on the inner rim 512 of the housing 500.

These male interfaces 701 and 702 thus cooperate together so as to allow the ring 300 to be mounted by a rotational movement relative to the housing 500. This mounting by a rotational movement is used for locking the pin 9 in the housing 500. The assembly by a rotational movement causes a support of the stud on a rim of the housing.

In a third embodiment visible at the figure 10 , the cock 5 comprises the housing 500. This housing 500 is here in the form of a circular recess 520 formed of a peripheral rim 521 and a bottom 522. The rotary element can be seen here in the form of a hub 30 as described in the first embodiment or a ring 300 as described in the first embodiment.

In this third embodiment, the attachment means 7 comprise an arranged male interface 701 on the outer edge 303 of the rotary member and a female interface 702 arranged on the peripheral rim 521. These male 701 and female 702 interfaces thus cooperate. assemblies so as to allow the rotary member to be mounted in the housing 500 by a rotational movement of said rotary element relative to the cock 5. This mounting by a rotational movement is used for the locking of the stud 9 in housing 500. The assembly by a rotational movement causes a support of the stud 9 on the peripheral rim.

In this second and third embodiment, a notch for accommodating the piton is arranged.

According to a first solution visible to Figures 11 to 13 , the stud 9 is mounted in a non-adjustable fixed position at the bolt carrier. For this, a through notch 515, 523 is arranged at the peripheral rim 511, 521 or at the inner flange 512. The pin 9 is then placed in the notch 515, 523, then the rotary member is fixed in its housing 510, 520 by engaging the male interface 701 with the female interface 702. The rotating element 3 is then rotated which causes a contact between one of the slices of the rotary element and the pin 9. This The last one is thus placed in the notch 515, 523 to be blocked. This solution allows to have a pin placed in a fixed position.

In a variant of this first solution, the rotating element has an irregular shape so that the outer edge 33, 303 in contact with the peak 9 is not perfectly circular. As such, the wafer in contact with the stud 9 comprises a substantially triangular recess so as to have a gentle slope. This configuration makes it possible, during the rotation of the rotary element in the housing for its fixation, to smooth the increase in the stress applied to the peak 9 to block it.

According to a second solution visible to Figures 14 to 16 , the bolt is mounted in an adjustable position at the bolt carrier. In this solution, the rotary element is then provided with a notch 35 whose dimensions are similar to those of the pin so that it can be placed there. The housing 500 further comprises a through portion so that the pin 9 can pass and open into the housing 500 so that the pin can be attached to the spiral and inserted into the notch 35. This notch 35 for the pin 9 can be arranged at the outer edge 303 of the ring 300 or at the inner edge 304. This through portion will have the shape of a circular groove.

During assembly, the stud 9 is previously placed in the notch 35 of the rotating element. Then, the rotary member is fixed in its housing 500 by engaging the male interface 701 with the female interface 702. The rotating element is then rotated and causes a contact between the peripheral rim 511 and the peak 9 or between the inner rim 512 and the piton. The latter is thus plastered to be blocked. The circular groove shape of the through portion 2 of the bottom 513 of the housing makes it possible to place the stud 9 in the notch of the rotary element and then to rotate the latter.

Of course, it will be understood that the notch of the ring may be protruding or not in order to gain size.

In a variant of this second solution, the peripheral or internal rim has an irregular shape so as not to be perfectly circular. As such, the peripheral or internal rim comprises a substantially triangular recess so as to have a gentle slope. This configuration makes it possible, during rotation of the rotary element in the housing for its fixation, to smooth the increase in the stress applied to the peak to block it.

In a first variant of the second embodiment or the third embodiment visible to the Figures 17 to 19 it is possible that the housing 500 is arranged at the underside of the cock. Indeed, the cock 5 has an upper face, face up when the cock 5 is mounted and a lower face. This lower face is generally the face at which the balance shaft is fixed. The housing of the cock 5 is arranged at this lower face. This allows, in the context of the second and third embodiments to have no bottom partly through so that the stud is fixed in the notch of the rotary element and attached to the spiral. This gives a perfectly smooth face of the rooster for engraving decorations.

In a second variant of the second embodiment or the third embodiment visible to the Figures 20 to 23 a shock absorber system 100 is arranged. The latter can be in a conventional form that is to say a kitten in which a pierced stone and a stone against pivot are arranged or in the form of a single stone. This unique stone is provided with a recess to cooperate with the balance shaft and can be forced into the hole of the hub or mounted via an elastic ring. The shock absorbing system 100 may also be in the form of a pellet provided with elastic arms.

In the case where the housing is arranged at the visible side of the rooster visible at the figure 20 , the bottom of the bottom of the housing comprises a recess in which said shock absorbing system 100 is arranged. If the housing is provided with a projecting portion formed by the inner rim, the recess for the shock absorbing system 100 will be placed at this projecting portion or central island for perfect centering.

In the case where the housing is arranged at the invisible side of the cock, there are several possibilities.

In the case of a housing provided with an internal rim forming a protruding part or central island as visible at the figure 22 , the recess for the shock absorber system will be created on this central island.

In the case where the housing provided with a peripheral rim and a bottom and where the rotary element is a hub as visible in the figure 21 , the recess for the shock absorbing system 100 will be arranged on said hub.

In the case where the housing provided with a peripheral rim 511 and a bottom 513 and where the rotary member is a ring 300 as visible in FIG. figure 23 , the recess for the shock absorbing system 100 will be arranged at the bottom of said housing 500 so that the balance shaft carrying the hairspring passes through said ring 300.

In a variant of the various embodiments in which the rotary element is a ring and visible to the figure 24 the rotary ring 300 invests a multi-level ring 333. Specifically, the rotary ring comprises two levels 333a, 333b. For this, the rotary ring 300 would be similar to a tube having a constant inner diameter and a variable outer diameter. The first level 333a having the largest diameter would bear the male interface 702 while the second level 333b having the smallest diameter would serve to block the pin 9. This variant makes it possible to separate the attachment part of the pin and the attachment part in housing and approach the peak of the spiral.

For the rotational mounting of the rotary member of the different embodiment, the male interfaces 71, 701 and female 72, 702 thus cooperate together so as to allow the central hub to be mounted in the housing by a rotational movement of the hub relative to housing.

According to a first alternative embodiment, the rotational mounting is a bayonet mount. For this, the female interface 72, 702 consists in that the peripheral rim comprises in its thickness, at least one cavity. This cavity is formed by a clearance parallel to said central axis of the hub and opening relative to the upper surface, and secant with said first clearance and opposite the surface upper, one-eyed throat. This groove is used for bayonet immobilization of the rotary element.

The male interface 71, 701, located on the rotary element, consists of at least one projecting part. This projecting portion is located on the outer edge of the rotary member. This projecting portion is arranged to cooperate with the female interface.

The rotating member is mounted in the housing so that the projections can be introduced into the recess. The rotating element can then be introduced into the housing. When the rotating element comes into abutment, the projecting parts must be facing the grooves. Therefore, a rotational movement is made to introduce the protrusions into said grooves and fix said rotary member in the cock.

According to a second alternative, the rotational mounting is a screw mounting. For this, the female interface is that the peripheral rim has a screw thread. The male interface, located on the rotating element, also consists of a thread. This screw pitch is arranged to cooperate with the female interface.

Of course, other types of assembly can be used such as for example the driving or gluing but they are not removable like bayonet mounting or screwing.

It will be understood that various modifications and / or improvements and / or combinations obvious to those skilled in the art can be made to the various embodiments of the invention set out above without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the appended claims.
