caractérisée en ce que- la première région d'étanchéité (36) et la deuxième région d'étanchéité (41) de l'élément d'étanchéité (34) présentent au moins une première branche (39) connectée à la région de base (35) et une deuxième branche (40) montée sur la première branche (39) et coudée par rapport à la première branche (39). - Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un premier angle entre la première branche (39) et la deuxième branche (40) est compris entre 120° et 150°, s'élève de préférence à 135°.
- Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un deuxième angle entre la première branche (39) et la région de base (35) est compris entre 55° et 80°, s'élève de préférence à 68°.
- Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la première région d'étanchéité (36) et la deuxième région d'étanchéité (41) sont agencées symétriquement l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la première branche (39) de la première région d'étanchéité (36) est coudée par rapport à la région de base (35) en direction de la deuxième région d'étanchéité (41) et/ou la première branche (39) de la deuxième région d'étanchéité (41) est coudée par rapport à la région de base (35) en direction de la première région d'étanchéité (36).

- Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une épaisseur de paroi de la première région d'étanchéité (36) et/ou de la deuxième région d'étanchéité (41) de l'élément d'étanchéité (34) s'élève à une valeur compris entre 0,5 mm et 1,5 mm, de préférence à 1,0 mm.
- Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une épaisseur de paroi de la région de base (35) de l'élément d'étanchéité (34) s'élève à une valeur compris entre 0,5 mm et 2 mm, de préférence à une valeur compris entre 1,0 mm et 1,5 mm.
- Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la région de base (35) peut être connectée positivement par la matière à la porte à vantaux pliants (2, 3) tout particulièrement par l'intermédiaire d'un élément à contre-dépouille (42).
- Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une première porte à vantaux pliants (2) et une deuxième porte à vantaux pliants (3), dans la position fermée de la première porte à vantaux pliants (2) et de la deuxième porte à vantaux pliants (3) la première région d'étanchéité (36) et la deuxième région d'étanchéité (41) de l'élément d'étanchéité (34) de la première porte à vantaux pliants (2) s'appliquent contre la région de base (35) de l'élément d'étanchéité (34) de la deuxième porte à vantaux pliants (3) et/ou la première région d'étanchéité (36) et la deuxième région d'étanchéité (41) de l'élément d'étanchéité (34) de la deuxième porte à vantaux pliants (3) s'appliquent contre la région de base (35) de l'élément d'étanchéité (34) de la première porte à vantaux pliants (2).
- Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la région de base (35) est fabriquée d'une matière ayant un module d'élasticité compris entre 2000 MPa et 3000 MPa, de préférence de 2500 MPa, et/ou la première région d'étanchéité (36) et la deuxième région d'étanchéité (41) sont fabriquées d'une matière ayant un module d'élasticité compris entre 15 MPa et 25 MPa, s'élevant de préférence à 20 MPa.
- Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la région de base (35) est fabriquée d'une matière ayant une dureté selon l'échelle de dureté Shore A compris entre 95 et 105, de préférence compris entre 98 et 99, et/ou la première région d'étanchéité (36) et la deuxième région d'étanchéité (41) sont fabriquées d'une matière ayant une dureté selon l'échelle de dureté Shore A compris entre 45 et 55 MPa, s'élevant de préférence à 50.
- Installation de porte à vantaux pliants (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la région de base (35) est fabriquée d'une matière ayant une densité compris entre 1,38 g/cm3 et 1,40 g/cm3, et/ou la première région d'étanchéité (36) et la deuxième région d'étanchéité (41) sont fabriquées d'une matière ayant une densité compris entre 1,20 g/cm3 et 1,35 g/cm3.
