Claims (7)
- Un dispositif de charnière (20), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend :un premier élément (22) ;un bras de raccordement (24) raccordé de manière pivotante au premier élément (22) ;un élément élastique (808) monté sur le premier élément (22), l'élément élastique (808) incluant une partie d'extrémité (52, 200, 300, 706, 810) présentant une section transversale non circulaire ; etun élément douille (800) fixé à l'élément élastique (808) et interagissant avec le bras de raccordement (24), l'élément douille (800) incluant une cavité (802) dans laquelle la partie d'extrémité (52, 200, 300, 706, 810) de l'élément élastique (808) peut être montée ; etun levier (26, 500, 600) situé au bras de raccordement (24), l'élément douille (800) est en contact avec le levier (26, 500, 600),l'élément élastique (808) inclut en outre une autre partie d'extrémité (54, 704) et une partie de bobine (56, 702), et la partie de bobine (56, 702) est raccordée entre la partie d'extrémité (52, 200, 300, 706, 810) et ladite autre partie d'extrémité (54, 704),la cavité (802) de l'élément douille (800) est une cavité on circulaire,caractérisé en ce quela cavité (802) de l'élément douille (800) inclut une première partie (804) et une seconde partie (806), et la première partie (804) présente un diamètre supérieur à celui de la seconde partie (806), et quela seconde partie (806) présente une largeur (W1) inférieure à une largeur (W2) de la partie d'extrémité (810) de l'élément élastique (808).
- Le dispositif de charnière (20) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le premier élément (22) est capable d'être entraîné pour pivoter par rapport au bras de raccordement (24) grâce à une force élastique générée par l'élément élastique (808).
- Le dispositif de charnière (20) selon l'une des revendications 1-2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre un second élément (32) raccordé au bras de raccordement (24), l'élément élastique (808) est monté sur le premier élément (22).
- Le dispositif de charnière (20) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre un second élément (32), le dispositif de charnière (20) est adapté pour être monté sur un premier élément de mobilier (90), le meuble (90) incluant un premier élément de mobilier (902) et un second élément de mobilier (904) ; le premier élément (22) est monté sur le premier élément de mobilier (902), alors que le second élément (32) est monté sur le second élément de mobilier (904) ; le bras de raccordement (24) se raccorde de manière pivotante au premier élément (22) et au second élément (32) ; et l'élément élastique (808) est monté sur le premier élément (22).
- Le dispositif de charnière (20) selon l'une des revendications 1-4, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément élastique (808) inclut une partie autre que la partie d'extrémité (52, 200, 300) et présentant une section transversale non circulaire.
